The man who served today, very rude. For some reason he pretended not to understand that I was asking him for a cappuccino. When I decided to leave without purchasing, I wished myself "bon voyage." 🤷🏻‍♂️ I recommend everyone to buy the coffee at the previous kiosk, which is run by some very nice girls.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. For years, the floors have been extremely slippery, and the fries are overly salted and soggy! I'd rather pay a little more and eat at BurgerFederation a few meters away. Please, do a business inspection.

Today we placed an order totaling €98.94. What we received wasn't what we ordered. Three coconut milkshakes were missing, I ordered Kentucky loaded fries, and two corn on the cob were missing. The chicken was cold, and the fries looked more tasteless than ever. We called to report the error. Someone answered the phone but didn't say anything. I could hear people talking. I even thought for a moment I was on the wrong line. I thought I was in Turkey because that's the language they were speaking. And my husband, on the other end, kept saying hello. We tried several times. Finally, an employee answered, completely unprepared. They said the milkshakes were out of stock but didn't call to ask if we wanted a replacement. They said we would get our money back and that they would give us a phone number to contact, and then hung up without explaining the problem. We tried several times; They answered the phone but didn't say anything, and we heard them talking to each other in their native language. A complete lack of respect. We tried several times, but they answered and hung up each time. A huge chain like KFC, and the quality of their products is deteriorating, combined with terrible and unprofessional customer service. It caused us enormous stress during a relaxing family moment. My husband has emailed KFC customer service, and tomorrow we're going to the KFC branch in the center of Hoofddorp. I tell everyone: we won't be buying anything from them anymore, and I advise you to do the same. You'll only be disappointed. Close the doors, because it's seen better days.

Bought a salad (Tuna) and a water. 17€ Tasted not only like nothing because it was served in the plastic tray, also it felt like there was sand in the salad leaves. So was kind of crunchy. You get the extra crunch for 17€. Never again
