I ordered a hair salon order, not a big one, but after 2 hours I still haven't received anything. I tried calling more than 20 times. The line is busy or rings, but no one takes any advice on this matter because this is simply not possible.

We had two XXL burgers and a portion of loaded fries for the two of us and opted for home delivery. 40 minutes after ordering, they were there, which was fantastic! The food was delicious, and we were immediately full. The order arrived at 8:40 PM. They had knocked on the door instead of ringing the doorbell because it was late at night and they wanted to make sure a child could sleep. We don't have children ourselves, but I think it's really great that they thought of this! The delivery person was also very sweet; highly recommended!

Ordered two large burger menus that were simply cold. A handful of Flemish fries was cold, and half of them hadn't even seen the fryer. One burger had burnt onions, and the chicken burger was terribly dry and hard. A different flavored drink and garlic sauce instead of mayonnaise. The chocolate ice cream with pecans was a fake Lidl "magnum" for €3. A €12.50 delivery charge. They couldn't find the house, and when they called, they saw him standing in the street, still chatting quietly with "hot" food in their car. What awful food, even the dog left it.

We weren't that happy with their food today. Ordered online and indicated that I would like to receive it around 5:20 PM. She was at the door with the order just after 4:30 PM. Since two of us were not home until after 5 p.m., the order was not accepted with the agreement to return at the agreed time. On the second attempt they didn't arrive until around 6 p.m. Although this time too late, I can expect a freshly prepared meal for more than 60 euros. However, everything was clearly reheated goo from the first delivery attempt. The fries were limp, we tried to keep the hamburger warm in foil: this was noticeable by the lettuce (or what was left of it) that was still on it. The pizzas clearly came from the microwave: they were tough and limp and had no crunch at all that you would expect from a pizza base. We had some difficulty eating something, but more because they were now falling over from hunger than because we saw it looking so tasty. I understood that they were so busy between 5 and 6 p.m. that we deliberately deliver orders earlier around this time to avoid the pressure. So on spec they had already headed our way way too early. Fine: but if it is not convenient for the customer, this is entirely at your own expense and risk and you will also have to bear the brunt. Fifteen minutes earlier a la, but almost 45 minutes is too much. In short: they have lost a customer in us.

Ordered large hair salon 6 times. Took an hour but it was tasty. Portions were nice and big.

I was glad that they open at night and there is a cash payment option; there were no problems with change either. Delivery arrived within 15-20 minutes after ordering on the website, friendly employees called and received an email, very convenient. Everything was very tasty, good temperature, the products and ayran were fresh and of high quality, the sauce was super, thank you :)

Ordered 3 XL Burger menus tonight, but what a disappointment... The food was barely warm when it was delivered. Maybe invest in warming bags? The burgers were dirty factory burgers. So tough and dry it looked like rubber...Even MacDonalds burgers are tastier. And then you order XL menus, you get a large sandwich with a small thin hamburger... All in all not tasty, and this was never again. Really a waste of money.

Fortunately, ordering more often went well, but now I have to get it done first!!
