I was recommended by a friend to just go to get a coffee from this charming little place and I end up going every day to get my lunch. There is daily selection of homemade food wich is absolutely delicious and the owner is ALWAYS welcoming and friendly.
Give it a try! You’ll end up like me 😉
This place is enchanting. In the tourist center of Amsterdam, a few hundred meters from the tourist chaos, a bubble of kindness and calm in an elegant and soothing decor, where you are received like family (and in French) by a mother-tandem tandem. girl with contagious good humor. And what’s more, it’s really very good. Great discovery.
De Pizzagalerij, located at Amerbos 447, Amsterdam, offers a charming, home-based Neapolitan pizza experience. The handcrafted pizzas, made with high-quality ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes and organic toppings, boast a light, airy crust baked in a stone oven. The unique pay-what-you-want model makes it accessible and supports a local food bank. Open Sundays for pre-ordered pickups, it’s perfect for pizza lovers seeking authenticity. The only downside is no delivery, but the fresh, delicious pizzas are worth the trip. Highly recommended for a unique dining experience!
These arepas are the best! I’m Colombian and for the first time a try an arepa that I truly like, since I live abroad. The flavors and ingredients they use (spoiler: sweet plantain!) make me feel closer from home. I can taste the passion they put in making a delicious and great product for the customer! Gracias Mr. Plaenty and keep doing what you are doing guys!
If you have a good coffee machine, it is a waste of the machine and the taste to put standard beans in it. After searching for good beans, I ended up at Slick Coffee. After asking Slick for advice, I chose the House Blend. Truly highly recommended, 10/10.
I am also very satisfied with the pleasant communication with Slick. When my bag of coffee runs out, I will definitely order from here again!
We invited a few friends to our house for a wine tasting organized by Rijp Wine Bar. Ruben teaches you the tricks of the trade in a fun and clear way. He knows his wines well and can share a lot about them in a very engaging way.
It was a fun, delicious, and informative evening. Highly recommended!
What a nice place! A hidden gem in the neighborhood. Had a simple but delicious lunch, drank chai latte and that for a nice price and besides friendly staff (Gabi but also the others) you will also find a baby/children's corner including changing and feeding place 👍 Clearly done by a mom who knows what other moms need. The mom brunch was also perfectly arranged including making a Father's Day gift. Very nice!
