the service was ok but not really attentive and the mussels were really undercooked.

Came back here for the second time, definitely not the last! Had the sea bass and pasta in some creamy sauce, all so so so so good!!! Like doing the little dance good!!! Heavenly, I should say. The thing I would note, is that we came up 16:50, 10 minutes before the restaurant opened, and waited outside for 10 minutes in the wind , even though it was quite obvious that they were completely ready to let us in. I get that we could have just came 10 minutes later, but if you have the ability to let people in a bit earlier, and not have them freeze outside, maybe do that) All the rest- perfection!

La pizza era genial! La pasta estaba un poco fría y no estaba totalmente cocida. Pagas 3 euros más por un gluten - pizza gratis, creo que es mucho. El servicio no fue bueno, solo tomamos una copa porque nadie nos preguntó si hubiéramos querido otra. Sólo después de terminar nuestra comida. Luego pedimos el recibo y duró 10 minutos antes de que lo consiguiéramos y después de eso esperamos 10 minutos para pagar pero nadie venía, así que necesitábamos preguntar de nuevo.

Very attractive and neat restaurant. Beautiful plates and friendly service. Menu is quite expensive: all dishes are delivered without attachments and fries, a bowl of fries (very small) costs 3.50. Not enough for 1 person, but the menu says it is for 2 people. This is a shame. Excellent vegetable and the sea bass was delicious with beautiful sauce. Also mega large ice sorbet. Four very big stars, next time make more fries and bake them a little longer. Then definitely 5 very big stars

Delicious food and super friendly staff. Went out for dinner with three friends to celebrate our birthdays. By chance we talked about this with the waitress, after which she surprised us with a firework in our dessert. Now this is service!

Went for the first time yesterday. Placed under air conditioning upon arrival. I asked 3 times if it could be taken off (certainly no problem), the 4th time I asked again because the promise to take it off was always forgotten. Pizza great! My girlfriend had pasta... the spaghetti was stiff and not cooked long enough. Pieces of meat in the pasta contained a lot of fat. When we pointed this out, we received the tip "yes, next time, order a pizza, they are tasty" The staff was student-like and there was one who was broke as hell.

Really great pizza! We had the burrata and parma pizza, which was so, so good. You should always reserve if you want to guarantee a spot. We got lucky and managed to grab a seat at 5pm but saw a few people get turned away later.

Jammer van de negatieve beoordelingen hier. Ik kom al jaren bij Anno Domini (en daarvoor bij de voorganger) en ik vind de combinatie prijs/bediening/kwaliteit elke keer weer fantastisch. Echt heel vriendelijk personeel, en ook snelle bediening. En de pizza's zijn zoals ze horen te zijn: knapperig en vol smaak. Enige minpunt dat ik kan bedenken is dat de akoestiek niet fantastisch hebt, dus als je slechthorend bent, of lawaaidoof, zou ik niet doen.

Had a great takeaway pizza. A bit on the expensive side for a salmon pizza. Taste was otherwise good.

Good food but busy for service on Thursday evenings.

Came across this place by chance. We were a bit early but were allowed to take a seat. It was quite busy but also enough staff, but they did not understand everything. Had to wait a long time for a drink and to get attention you had to try very hard, even when they were standing at the table next to us there was almost no contact. The hostess did her best to ensure everything ran smoothly and made us feel welcome. A few small points for improvement. The food was delicious and the wines were nice.

Did some take-away which was A-grade delicious veggi pizza. Pistachio Tiramisu looked weird but tasted great

The pizzeria was good but did not have the “wow” factor for me. The service could have been a bit sharper. It also took a while before it was on the table. Starter was quite plain for a carpaccio but the pizza tasted good.

Great food, great service. My only comment is that I would like to invite the owner of the place to experience how it feels like having a couple sitting at the tables outside, trying to have dinner and eating 2 pizzas in a small and shaky table while trying to slice the pizzas with the stake knives, while holding the glasses of wine from dropping off the table, and the pizza slipping off the plates. Not very cool

Excellent food and quick, friendly service. Major disadvantage: if you make a reservation for two people on the terrace, you will actually be sitting (shoulder to shoulder) with four complete strangers at a table for six. This means there is no room for a casual private conversation.

Het eten was heerlijk. Bediening goed. Alleen hele sfeer vind ik er niet meer. Lijkt meer op studentenpizzeria wat betreft de muziek. In verleden was er fijn Italiaanse muziek.

I like the interior, there is also a bar on the other side with nice seating areas.

Food is amazing, lots of drink choices. The staff is especially friendly. They even changed one of our dishes for free, much appreciated and sorry again!

Delicious food in a casual atmosphere.

A platter served as a starter for 3 people (€39) was perhaps worth just €15. Had 1 slice of carpaccio. Wasn't worth it at all. Said this to the staff but nothing is done about it at all. Then got the main course, pizza was fine but the pasta was just cold. Never again! While it was good before. In addition, the staff generally did not feel like it. It all took way too long.

Something probably went wrong in the kitchen because we only received our starter after more than an hour. It was excellent (spuntini misti), especially with a few bottles of Pino Grigio. Of the main courses, we found the tagliatelle al ragout to be less tasty. Too sour I would say. The pappardelle, pizza and desserts are delicious. Next time pizza...

We love the food from AD, however we ordered for delivery and paid extra for the fast delivery (within 25 minutes). In the end, the pizza wasn’t even collected by the Uber eats driver for 45/50 minutes, and in total arrived around an hour after we ordered, which was a shame. We were also not informed/kept up to date that the food would take longer. I must add that the food tasted delicious as usual!

I ate some amazing pici alla gricia! If you are in Rome ok, but you have to know where to go, otherwise you won't find a place like this. And then baked potatoes with their own mayonnaise, so good it tasted like melted cheese. Advised.

Afgelopen vrijdag onze trouwdag willen vieren met een heerlijke avond in 47 Anno Domini te Groningen. 0m 19.00 aan tafel en een voorgerecht met een heerlijk glas wijn besteld. Om 19.25 stond de serveerster met het hoofdgerecht klaar aan tafel terwijl we het voorgerecht nog nuttigden. Een schandalige vertoning met als argument dat zowel het voorgerecht als het hoofdgerecht gelijktijdig zijn doorgegeven, want "ossenhaas" duurt altijd iets langer meneer. Goed horecapersoneel is ver te zoeken. Wanneer gasten afgeserveerd willen worden is Anno Domini in Groningen een geweldig adres om naar toe te gaan. Wil je heerlijk en ontspannen italiaans eten loop dan met een grote boog Anno Domini in Groningen voorbij. Wij komen hier niet weer.

Big portions of pizza and deserts. Pistacho pesto and mortadella pizza and spicy pizza were amazing. Others lack some flavoring but the spicy oil helps. Try the Raffael cheesecake, not very sweet

Not recommended!! Had dinner last night and what a mockery of an “Italian” this is! Pizza was black and so greasy that it looked like they had put it in a deep fryer, with every bite the grease squeezed out in my mouth. Furthermore, the white wine was lukewarm. The staff did not apologize for anything and was “too stunned to speak” when we indicated this and would “just pass this on to the kitchen” Furthermore, quite a nicely decorated tent with certainly potential! Maybe don't let a bunch of students run the place. Shame! All in all a disappointment and we will definitely not be back until this is resolved and we would also advise against anyone dining here.

Delivery. The food was cold, the bread tough, the sweet potato fries limp, the cannelloni way too sweet. The pizza came in a very greasy box and stuck to the top of the box. And it was expensive. Wouldn't recommend this one. At least not for delivery.

We came in and were not helped, asked if we could order some drinks. The service was grumpy and not helpful at all. Then we got the food, tenderloin in a gorgonzola sauce. It looked like there was spoiled milk on the meat, super thick sticky sauce with blobs of gorgonzola in it. You also had to order extra dishes, even with a piece of meat costing €27.

Went with high expectations and left disappointed. Staff was not friendly and quite rude. We ordered tenderloin with gorgonzola, among other things; that is really not recommended. Fries and salad had to be ordered on top of the dish. Price-quality ratio very poor. Wouldn't go there again anytime soon.

De locatie is mooi en de bediening is vriendelijk . Mijn vrouw en 2 volwassen kinderen hadden elk een heerlijke pizza, maar mijn menu viel tegen. Ik had een secundi piatte besteld , de griglia mista pesce en dat waren 2 scampi en een klein stukje doorgebakken 'tonijn biefstuk'. Hier horen dus geen groente en/ of aardappels bij( moest ik apart bijbestellen. Hiervoor moest ik dus €27,- betalen! En het pulsje was wel een héle 0,2 cl! Geef me dan een grotere dan wil ik daar wel iets meer voor betalen!

We ordered some pizzas with them and after more than 1h of our pizzas waiting for the uber eats delivery guy, I called them and they made new ones so I could pick it up. I wish we had eaten there, the place looked so cozy and the staff was really nice. The pizzas were tasty and the pistachio tiramisu was really good.

It seemed like they forgot to take our order. No side dish with the dishes (paid only) and the fish looked more like a piece of salty chicken. The pasta also contained little shellfish and portions were small. Too bad because it was great a few months ago. Nicely dressed

Not recommended. Found that the food was served very quickly in succession, and we timed it with another couple where there was exactly 5 minutes between the starter and the main course. So recommended if you want a quick bite.

Very good restaurant with lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Ambiance is modern warm Italian and so are drinks. Really good Italian beers. Would definitely go here again. Great place, great food! I had the filled tenderloin with sweet potato fries. Really nice!

Very tasty pizza. Service was great too. I have a broken thumb and the service asked if I wanted the pizza cut. Nobody in Germany came up with the idea yet. We got a table spontaneously and the food was on the table quickly. If you're in the mood for some great pizza in Groningen, you've come to the right place.

What a great place! Beautiful, pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Very tasty food with delicious wines! You have time and it is given to you. This will be my new regular place to eat fantastic Italian food!

Genius pizzeria! Delicious food and as a vegan you will not be short of anything. A tip, at Jumbo they sell vegan salami that works great on a pizza. Other than that, get over here folks! Friendly service, beautiful occasion but above all delicious food!

So far I have ordered pizza twice through Uber Eats and picked up pizza once. In all cases the pizza was delicious; the best in town! The Bomba & the Burrata are truly phenomenal. In addition, I have never eaten such delicious tiramisu in my life (and I have been to Italy several times). When I picked it up I got a good impression of the atmosphere and ambiance inside and it looked very good. Going there very soon for a bite to eat!

We had dinner here Christmas Eve. It was very pleasant. Despite the crowds, we received sufficient attention from the staff and everything was served at a pleasant pace. The starters (fried squid rings, fried zucchini flowers and bruschetta were also very tasty). We would love to come again

Super pizza s, goede prijs, zit er leuk, altijd druk. De pizzas zijn veel specialer dan bij andere plaatsen. Ik vind de ene pizza wel beter dan de andere, maar de smaak is goed!

Was echt heerlijk. Wat een authentieke pizza's! En heerlijke wijn en koffie. Alleen de tiramisu was wat minder. Maar ook wel lekker maar niet wow.

Best pizza I've had in Groningen! We went here upon recommendation by an Italian and it did not disappoint. The pasta was also really good, but I would suggest the pizza moreso. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night. The menu includes wine pairings. The server was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

This is a super nice restaurant ! The food is amazing! My husband says: ‘the food is so nice! It’s like an angel pissing on my tongue 😜’ We went here for several times now! The place has a very nice ambiance. Amazing staff! And they know a lot about which wines matches with your food choice ! We have been lots of times in Groningen. But they also opened a second restaurant in Kampen (Overijssel, Netherlands). This is also a very nice place ! Same goes here for the quality of the food and all of that. If you like Groningen! You also want to try Kampen!

Heerlijk gegeten, bruschetta en mosselen vooraf, ravioli en Filetto di mama hoofd, en sgroppino als dessert. Uitstekend bijpassende wijnen. Geen 5 sterren omdat de bediening wat wisselend was. Eén serveerster kende haar vak uitstekend, anderen waren minder klantvriendelijk. De prijs is stevig, maar niet hoger dan elders momenteel (tenzij je voor pizza kiest).

Met 7 personen uit eten geweest. Zeer lekker gegeten en gedronken. Het was erg gezellig. We waren net klaar met de hoofdgerecht en wilden nog een toetje en drinken bestellen toen een medewerkster tegen ons zei dat we weg moesten omdat de 2.5 uur verstreken was en onze tafel gereserveerd was voor de andere gasten. We waren erg verbaasd dat we weg moesten gaan en wisten niet dat we daar maar 2.5 uur konden blijven. Er werd gezegd dat dit op de website was aangegeven! Wie leest nou nog de hele website!!!??En bovendien gaat het niet om een 'alll you can eat' concept! Hierdoor was onze avond helemaal verpest. Wij komen zeker niet meer terug!

Heerlijke pizza gegeten en goede keuzes aan wijn. De tonen in de wijn worden leuk omschreven, waardoor je makkelijk een keuze kan maken (of juist niet, omdat alles goed klinkt..) Verder echt een OVERHEERLIJKE PESTO, ik denk niet dat ik ooit zo een lekkere pesto heb gegeten. Als je de pizza niet op krijgt wordt heel netjes aangeboden of je hem mee wilt, zonder dat je er zelf naar moet vragen.

Heerlijke plek om lekker buiten te eten, erg gezellig, goede sfeer en prettige zeer vriendelijke bediening. Heerlijke biefstuk van de haas met gorgonzola, verse gegrilde groente en een pasta aglio, olio, peperoncino gegeten.

Super leuke zaak. Met echt heerlijk eten en super leuke bediening. We konden niet kiezen want alle gerechten zagen er zo lekker uit. Dus begonnen we met carpaccio en geloof me dit is zoals het hoort te zijn. Beter als dit vind je ze nergens. Vervolgens filetto del mamma en linguine vongole. Beide gerechten waren echt top. De filetto smelt in je mond met de heerlijk saus. En de linguine was ook top van smaak. Alleen al hiervoor rijden we graag weer is naar groningen. P.s. De desserts zijn ook top oef die affogato was super

Helaas zijn ik en mijn vriend heel erg ziek geworden van het eten. We hebben beiden al 2 dagen last van voedselvergiftiging. Erg jammer, want wel een leuke zaak en aardig personeel.
