A Chicken Burger Nijmegen in Wijk 05 Nijmegen-Midden

Supposedly a €12.50 deal... Ordered at 10:12 PM and still hadn't arrived by midnight. Realize, almost two hours. What a crappy place! It should be free for the waste of time and money. One star is still too much. Disgraceful, a place like that should be ashamed. I didn't want to eat two hours later. One burger, one pair of fries, and one coke. Ridiculous! The food was fucking cold, do I seriously have to microwave it now? Thanks! But no way!

I swear by divorce, I ordered Mai and it arrived in 1 minute.

Ordered at 21:08, said it would take 49 minutes, food got here at 21:35! It was super hot still, the chicken was very nice and crispy, well seasoned and somehow still juicy, not dry at all! The chips were great too, well salted. Delivery guy was nice too. All in all, GREAT experience!

Extreme amount of salts that are in fried chicken make you thirsty like anything, this is because their products have extreme amount of MSG in them to taste them good but at the cost of consumers health. I will never buy anything from the shop from now onwards.

The outside of the wrap was covered in chili sauce. It was too slippery to hold and fell apart. It wasn't cheap, so I tried scraping some of it off. The wrap tasted good otherwise, despite the large amount of chili sauce. The delivery driver called me when he was at my door to ask if I could come to him. I do have a working doorbell, but ringing the doorbell and having to walk up maybe seven steps to my front door was apparently too much trouble. I always meet every delivery driver, by the way, so they don't even have to climb the stairs. So I walked downstairs, and you'd think he'd be waiting with my food, but no. I watched him slowly take my order out of his bag, and he seemed genuinely annoyed that I didn't walk (in my socks) to his bike to take it. I also don't understand why he was standing almost 3 meters from my front door when he could have stopped right there. It was quite extraordinary.

I was visiting Nijmegen and went to this restaurant by chance. The prices were very reasonable. My meal was served within 15 minutes and the food was delicious. The service was excellent. Their ice cream is also delicious. The other day I was in a restaurant and paid 75 euros for dinner and the food was terrible. In this restaurant, I paid 25 euros and the food was excellent. The chicken pieces were delicious.

I had to wait about an hour and a half for my food. I called at 4:30 PM to check the status of my order and was told it was "going out soon." I didn't get my food until 50 minutes later. Furthermore, the chicken in the burger was extremely overcooked and inedible, and the ground meat in the beef burger was exactly the same. The fries also tasted old and as if they had been re-fried. The chicken was so full of sauce that it wasn't even tasty anymore. When I called, I spoke to someone who apparently didn't want to hear my comments about the fries and didn't even dare bring up the burgers.

Hey, very satisfied with the service. At first, they forgot to include my drink and sauce. But the delivery driver was very friendly and picked it up and delivered it as soon as possible. I also received compensation and I'm very pleased with this restaurant. Definitely order it, the food is really delicious.

Delivered right on time. The fries were good, and so were the wings. The chicken strips, or whatever they're called, were a bit lukewarm, but that didn't matter. Ordered with a substantial discount, though.

Extremely overpriced. €28 for a soggy, wet burger and a few pieces of chicken. Very disappointing, a waste of money.

ordered a wrap. it was soaking wet. can't be eaten. fries are tough and cold. same goes for fries hot chicken, here the fries float in the sauce. very unfortunate.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. There was a special offer to receive extra portions of chicken, but I only received the regular amount. I also paid for sauces and drinks, but some items were missing from my order. I contacted them and was told I would get a call back shortly, but no one called me. This is not a professional way to treat customers. I expected better service and more care. I won't be ordering again unless this is resolved properly.

I ordered through a guest account on thuisbezorgd. Thuisbezorgd said 1hr (error, it was done after about 15 min). I went there, told them about it and they even gave me a drink for free! Quick, tasty (but obviously fried food and thus greasy), and a decent price for the amount of food.

I once wanted to order food via Uber Eats with an Uber Eats discount code. But when I called I was told something was wrong. I tried to explain that it was an official discount code from Uber, but it was a shame that they didn't even know what that meant—absurd, really. And then he just hung up because he didn't feel like it. Worst service ever! If they save at all, let alone on hygiene and decency👎

Ordered something last night. Unfortunately, I received my milkshake completely leaked. I was supposed to get a new one the same evening, but no one came. Called today and told them about the situation last night. They resolved it immediately. Got my milkshake, a redbull and 2 Ben&Jerry's. Very nice and still well handled!

Waiting 2 hours for order with the excuse of being very busy so a bicycle courier arrives. How surprising that the order is still delivered with the car. Everything was cold so tasteless, the milkshakes were almost liquid. The order was ready, but nothing was done with it, instead of checking the order for quality, just put it in the bag and deliver it. We will never, ever order from there again

The food is delicious, but the prices are a bit on the high side. Previously paid 6 euros for an XL burger, now 10 (only the burger, no menu yet!!).

Definitely not recommended. Worst fries I've eaten in years. I rarely if ever (more like never) throw away food, but I couldn't do anything else with the fries. The rest was just below average, except for the price-quality ratio. That was actually terrible.

They were open late. Fries were just below freezing point, chicken wraps were tasty, but without sauce. Did not receive any drinks ordered when ordering. After asking we were given this again. Had to pay a total of 25 euros for everything, quite expensive. Delicious chicken.

After a 2 hour late delivery due to crowds, I expected something from the company itself in terms of compensation. Fries cold and looks like cardboard, chicken fine, but some pieces are fried twice and others once, big difference in quality.

Excellent customer service. Ordered food online, but the coleslaw had started to leak in the bag during delivery. The delivery person immediately apologized and offered to give a refund or arrange new food. There was nothing wrong with the food so there was no problem for us. Can happen. A while later the same delivery person showed up on our doorstep again with a new coleslaw and 2 free milkshakes, a Capri Sun for our daughter and an American Cookie. Very nicely resolved after we had already indicated that it was no further problem.
