Kudos to this English-speaking girl. Her way of working. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. This is something today's youngsters should learn from and follow her example. I haven't seen such a diligent work ethic in a long time. Hats off to this girl.

McFlurry wasn't even 1/4 full. There was no topping either.

Mc's is always delicious. But why it's only open until 7 PM is a mystery to me.

If you order food and an iced coffee through that digital kiosk, you'll get a refund because they've already cleaned the machine... even though they're still open. They did politely tell you, but that's utter nonsense: clean this after closing time.

Excellent McDonald's, centrally located in the center. Although this branch closes relatively early, that is not a problem because there is another one around the corner. It was fairly quiet inside, which was nice. I ordered two burgers – one was tasty, but the other was unfortunately very dry, which was a shame. Otherwise just a great McDonald's!

Portions are super small compared to others McDonalds.

It was summer, hot, and on the way we came across McDonald's and, of course, we went in and bought the whole family ice cream, which they had in a wide variety. We had to wait in line for a bit, well, it was a hot day and many people also bought something cool and tasty.

I think the slowest employees of McDonalds Netherlands work at this location, if you order something there, take into account a 30/40 minute wait until you get your food, the trash cans are also over full, there is still a lot of junk from the guests before you, and they always close at 6:45 PM

Chilly atmosphere. Order via order kiosks. Long waiting times because staff at the counter also stand still waiting for the order to be delivered. Inefficient; There are 5 people behind the counter, two of whom actually prepare something, three of whom are there to place orders. It used to be faster/more efficient to order at the counter and be helped by the same person.

I ordered a cheeseburger and there was no cheese on it

First of all, there is nothing to complain about the food. The food is the same quality as any other McDonald's. Unfortunately, something went wrong with my order. For example, I had a McSmart menu with fries, but the fries were nowhere to be seen. Too bad 😔 Service was also below par. I ordered for two people and had three drinks in total. Of course I didn't get any straws, so I asked about them at the counter. While the employee looked at my tray, he handed over a single straw, after which I had to indicate that I would like three because I also had three drinks. Not rocket science in itself, but apparently it remains difficult for people at that level. Could also be a bit more friendly 😉 If you don't feel like doing your job, just stay at home. These types of people do not benefit the service. In addition to everything mentioned above, it also took ages before I received my order. I think I had to wait fifteen minutes to receive it, even though I hadn't ordered that much. I get it faster at many branches.. 🤔

Took a while before we got the food/drinks. Unfortunately I had dropped my coffee, which was followed by great service, and I really felt like a queen who was being treated generously. And while this young man has his first day at work here. Very friendly staff, and also kind to each other in the kitchen. Nice to start Christmas like this! 🙏🏼

Ordered Big Tasty without sauce at the cash register from an employee (manager). Waited a long time until it was ready. While eating the hamburger I noticed that it still had sauce on it. I can't do without the sauce on the Big Tasty, because I find it very disgusting and a waste of the taste of a Big Tasty (without sauce). I spit it out and walk to the employee who helped me along with the receipt and partially eaten hamburger. The employee checks the receipt and admits that something went wrong in the kitchen. He looks at me and says he doesn't want to prepare a "free" Big Tasty without sauce for me because it had already been eaten. I indicate that I didn't find a style and that I actually couldn't do it! I walk away and actually see this employee (manager) with a laughing face talking to his colleague about my half-eaten hamburger. I was up for anything and thought it wise to walk outside and let my anger cool!

Never had such a bad meal at a Mac, don't speak Dutch and had very bad experiences with rabbit food, I'll never go there again, really worthless

They just stand and talk to each other. They don't help work and give orders. + Today I wanted to quickly buy coffee, but the employee forgot about me and gave me the coffee last.

Everything is basically good. However, as a paying guest you have to pay for the toilet. €1 each time. And it is usually very busy, but it is also in the middle of the city.

Staff are busier with each other than making orders. 8 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee, 0 other orders, 8 staff members chatting with each other.

Our order was all ready relatively quickly and fresh, but it's typical McDonald's and I don't need to write anything to the citizens 😅

Not child-friendly old people inside. Are able to move your child away because they have a permanent place. I thought you couldn't reserve tables at McDonalds

I wait only 5 minute in busy time

Staff was not customer friendly and fries were prepared long before the rest was ready, meaning they were not properly warm. The staff also did not interact well with each other. I couldn't find any vegetables in vegetable nuggets.

They remixed an English song with Dutch singers, it completely ruined the mood. I was cringing so hard and ruined my day 🤮

By far the dirtiest establishment in the Netherlands. There is rubbish everywhere and the waste bins are also overflowing. It was very busy, but we were served quickly.

It's a McDonald's so take that into account when it comes to food quality, but it was fairly busy so the fries at least were hot. It looks a little small at first but has a few floors making it a bit bigger. One of the order screens was frozen and didn't work which didn't help with the flood of costumers that came in after we sat down, so it got a little crowded both with ordering and waiting for the food at the counter. Place looked clean enough, and there were still some seats available so that was nice.

Scammed. I ordered a mcFlurry and it was 3 euros for 1/5 mc flurry in one bite. my spoon was even more present than the ice cream

Had to go back twice because they got the order wrong. There were only two in the box for 6 chicken nuggets. The MC chicken came in a MC chicken box but just had a beef burger on it. Didn't run very well. The Floor Manager turned to the team and then told them to do their best. Finally it was settled.

Slowest McDonald’s on the planet. 10 people at cash register hanging around talking, working very slowly, when 20 people are waiting for their food.

The food is tasty and the atmosphere is just cozy and the service is good but could be better

There is a big difference in taste when the burger has just come off the grill or whether it has been there for an hour. The second is actually always the case at this McDonald's. Then you would think that if those burgers are ready, they are ready right away, but that is not the case either. At this McDonald's you often wait a very long time for your food.

Got 2 mcflurry's for 3.75 each You get half a cup of watery soft ice cream. Not smooth soft ice cream as it should be, but watery with ice crystals. Very disappointed for almost 4 euros each!

This McDonald's is always busy. We arrived here just before the afternoon rush. It was ok, for a McDonald's experience even a bit less than you normally expect, but just ok.

Food was very good, normal maccie quality. But 4 of the 6 order screens were broken, and 1 of the 2 working ones had half the screen broken. Not very convenient for a mac in the city center. The food was ready quickly and the staff listens to your wishes. 1 star service is for the ordering kiosks, not the staff.

Unable to use the restroom, despite placing an order. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash with me, only a payment card. According to the cleaning lady, I was supposed to urinate in my pants since I didn't have any cash. Embarrassing

Food was old, fish fillet bread was hard. In addition, the employee spilled Coke and did not clean it up but simply left it there, causing the straws to become wet.

Waited 19 minutes for breakfast 3 times, the coffee was ready on the tray for 15 minutes, so the coffee was cold, the hamburgers were on the tray 3 times, we waited 10 minutes and yes, it was cold, now after 20 minutes it was ready, I could take it and yes, no straws and miss 2 jams. told the boy that it was cold, he was smart and told me to get new coffee, which actually took 7 minutes. we were done with it so we ate our eggs etc to cold. It wasn't even busy, 3 people sat and then waited half an hour for some food, bad thing never again

What a slow intention, I worked at McDonalds myself and you really have to have your order within 10 minutes in the rush. But we had to wait 25 minutes, no need to step up work, no, on the contrary, the managers go into their office when the rush starts and the rest of the staff is not managed. One of the worst branches I've been to. The staff was overwhelmed and the food was only average. We spent 20 minutes in a McDonalds. We waited for our meal and the place wasn't that full.

Busy, takes a long time (logically), lots of guys talking about barkies and snus, but hey, fast food in the center. Food was okay!

This Mac says it closes at 7:00 PM, but at 6:25 PM you are already turned away at the door. Previously the food was cold and the burger tasted like cardboard. Next time I'd rather walk a little further to Burger King.

Leckeres Frühstück, daß man am Terminal oder can order directly. The operation is friendly and helpful. This breakfast is really tasty. You can place your order at the kiosk or with an employee. The service is really good.

Regular Mc Donald's but you have to pay to go to the toilets even if you are a customer and it's cash only.

Unmotivated and very young staff who throw sauces on the tray. Very unprofessional in my opinion. The food was also really greasy, greasy than at other McDonalds. But hey, it's still McDonalds...
