The food was delicious as usual, but a bit cold at times. Otherwise, the staff and atmosphere were good.

Super friendly staff! I'd recently forgotten my bag here with my laptop in it. I called soon after, they found it, and set it aside so I could come pick it up. They were quick to help and very understanding, thanks again guys!

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. While I was ordering my food, one of the employees made an unprofessional and disrespectful comment, telling me that what I was doing was “haram,” in a way that mocked Islam. This kind of behavior toward customers is completely unacceptable, especially when it involves disrespecting someone’s religious beliefs. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures that staff are properly trained to treat all customers with professionalism and respect, regardless of their background. My experience was far below the standards expected from an international brand like McDonald’s.

A finger-licking good establishment. Do you vividly remember having a bit too much to drink the night before? Don't hesitate to treat yourself and your partner or housemate to a hearty hangover-cure breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the two Golden Arches we're so familiar with. This isn't recommended for a first date, but it's perfectly acceptable for a fifteenth. What's stopping you?

It's a shame you can't sit upstairs in the evening, but the food is good and the staff is very friendly. Note: it's always busy on nights out.

I ate at this restaurant and found myself in a very embarrassing situation. They gave me the wrong order, and when I returned, the employee was very kind and gave me my order. He said I could order both at the same time. After we'd already opened the order, the manager came to my table and told me that the food here isn't free. When I told him it was the employee who had told me, he said that I'm the manager here and that I'm the one who decides that you can't eat for free in front of everyone. It was an embarrassing situation, and I hope management doesn't tolerate this behavior from an arrogant employee.

I'm absolutely furious. One evening, I was out with my friends and we were hungry, so we decided to go to Febo, where I ordered a chocolate milkshake. Unfortunately, the machine broke down just before my milkshake could be made. But I still craved a chocolate milkshake, and after wandering around town for a while, we realized McDonald's definitely had one for me. Once we arrived at McDonald's, we were horrified to discover that they had NO chocolate milkshake. The entire flavor had been discontinued! So, I reluctantly ordered a banana milkshake. Yucky!! I'll never forgive them.

Very friendly! The Spanish girl who served us was super nice. The manager Obrad was also very kind.

It depends on when you go sometimes very good and sometimes less. Last time I went very busy and fries were limp also quite cramped inside if you have to wait. Wheelchair friendly (toilet I think not) but when busy you can't get to order post/checkout. There is a step at the entrance. Toilets are downstairs down the stairs. And you can also sit upstairs.

What a waste of my money, came here and i bought fries with 9 spicy mcnuggets, not only did they not give the fries, they gave normal mcnuggets.

When I'm in Nijmegen I always eat something small at this McDonald's branch. Usually it's a Big Mac, which has always been well-baked. And for the 25 years that I've been going there every now and then, that's quite an achievement. The building has atmosphere, which enhances the experience of the visit. The employees are customer-friendly.

Today I went to this McDonald's and ordered a lemonade along with some other things. I thought the lemonade was very sweet, as if you were drinking syrup. I walked to the cash register to ask if they make the drink themselves. The cash register staff asked the manager and he explained that it was the machine that mixes syrup and ice with the idea that the ice melts, that the ratio is right, then he asked me if I would like another drink. I liked that they listened to you. and a solution was sought, thank you for this positive experience

Waited 15 minutes for 6 chicken nuckets tonight, the taste was fine but they just didn't announce it properly until they complained for 15 minutes and then they said goodbye, we announced it a few times, I really listened carefully so I would like my money back!!!

I ordered a McFlurry (a whopping five euros) and was served this measly snack. I asked at the counter if it was a mistake and they said no. The last time I was at McDonalds I got almost 4x as much. I think this is very substandard.

My girlfriend had to go to the toilet here, but it smelled so bad (including the way there) that she had to vomit and I had to wait for her above the stairs because of the stench. These stairs led to the “restaurant” area or where the fries were heated (approximately 2m distance). Very dirty place and definitely not recommended for a first date.

literally had the best double cheeseburger ever here a few weeks ago. it was juicy, the cheese was melted well, it was just perfect. 100000% get your cheeseburger without pickle here, live laugh love this cheeseburger

The coke was really undrinkable here and soooo little. If you bring an ice cream for the road, you also pay €5 for it and it is 2 bites. Well, it's not just fast food, they also throw it in fast. A waste of money with this Mac.

Great centrally located branch, but unfortunately very unkempt. Tables and floor showed enormous signs of wear. It's a shame that the employees are not informed by their management about interim checks. Food was tasty as usual. Only the chili cheese burger was missing.

We received a wrong item that we did not order. Thankfully we got the right food item when we pointed it out to the shift manager. Also there were signs on the wall that instructed to discard the ice cubes from the reusable cups but there were no containers for that under the signs. Otherwise the food itself was good.

Cozy McDonalds, but for the money it is not normally expensive. The whole point of fast food is gone these days. Expensive food that you have to wait an hour for. On top of that, the Happy Meal toys have also become very sad and the toilet is often used to smoke crack. When I wanted to go to the toilet during an event after a delicious Big Mac menu, a very grumpy woman was shouting that I had to pay for the toilet, so I had to pee outside while the police just drove by. Had to wait a little more than 20 min for my chilli chicken. Ordered my fries during those 20 min at the desk because the order-screen thing wouldn't scan my deals QR-code (did lose the points tho). I did get those quite fast. Because I showed that I lost the points I did get them for free, so thats good. Still the waiting time was way too long for a 'fastfood'-restaurant. I missed my train because of the wait, that might be my own fault slightly, but if I got my burger 5 min faster I wouldve gotten to the train in time.

Run of the mill McDonald's in Nijmegen centre. Friendly service, the usual food. Inconvenient with small children and disabled people as most of the seating is upstairs.

Upper terrace is filled with mosquitoes and flys very uncomfortable to sit. Please take care

It is Sunday. I was there at 10am when they were supposed to open. But they weren't open. At 10:05am the manager came in and when he saw people at the door he didn't react in any way. There are also no opening hours on the glass. Which is very convenient for employees, when they want and open. But it is inconvenient for visitors. Service at zero. I do not recommend this setting.

A McDonalds like any other. They have more vegetarian options than in Spain and some less meat options, but it doesn't vary much more. To taste, but as a nutritionist, I cannot recommend its consumption
