Brilliant guy who answered the phone, Marijn, I think. I was almost killed by a girl because she was hungry, but luckily he guided me and made sure I had a delicious meal. So, thanks, Marijn.

They used to make very good burgers. Used to. Now everytime I order burger is overcooked and chewy,last time I even recived UNCOOKED fries. Its sad to see how quality dropped over the year.

Arrival time 7:55/8:15 PM, arrived at 8:50 PM. A whole half hour, and I don't even live that far away. This is ridiculous.

It arrived over two hours after I placed my order. After an hour and a half, I called to ask where my order was. The employee told me it was busy, but that the delivery driver was already on his way... This then took another half hour. The fries were cold, hard, and chewy, the drink wasn't right, and the burger had the wrong ingredients on it. The burger tasted fine, after I removed the part I hadn't ordered.

This was honestly a really good fast-food burger. Special praise also for the guy who single-handedly took care of all the kitchen work tonight. He did a really good job, was meticulous, and was very friendly. I find that very impressive; I really appreciate this man.

Food was delivered two hours later, and you pay €50 for two burger menus with half a container of fries and cold ones. If you can't offer delivery, you should abolish it.

I don’t know about you guys but me and my friend we ate there and the food was very nice the chicken wasn’t dry and the fries are the best!! Very nice service they are clean and friendly. Nice music and chill people.

We had a wonderful meal when ordering through Thuiszorgd didn't quite work out. I called and it was resolved immediately! The food was delivered quickly, and it was definitely worth it. I'll definitely order from here again! 👍🏻

The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the sauce spilled during delivery. This was later resolved with extra sauce for the next order. Sometimes delivery can take a little longer during busy periods. But overall, definitely recommended!

Order takes 2 hours to be delivered. When I called after an hour to ask how long it would take, they said the delivery person had left 10 minutes ago. This was a blatant lie. Do not order here.

Scandalous. It looked like dog vomit. Everything was crammed onto the bun with limp cold fries, and to make matters worse, no chicken burger but a rock-hard fried piece of what was supposed to be chicken. And that for €23. Never order from this store again. I wish I had ordered from MAC DONALDS.!!!!

Limp cold fries, limp lettuce on the burger, cold burger with cheese that has solidified again, soggy bun, cold mozzarella sticks, delivery by bike from Nijmegen center to Nijmegen north due to the considerable cold. So food takes far too long to arrive. Had to wait 75 minutes. The order of almost €70 for us never again. VERY VERY BAD

Mediocre burger for the money. The place is run by teenagers. Waited 5 minutes before we could order while no one else was there and much longer before our burgers arrived. Burger itself was dry and there was more sauce on the outside of the bun than on the burger. Fries were the “best” but way too much salt.

Bacon burger + cherry coke is a meal fit for for a king. huge fan.

Ordered via Uber eats waited a bit more than an hour for our food. The burger and the tenders were great but the cheese sticks sucks. The cheese isn’t even melted from the inside.

The fries had way too much paprika, the union rings were limp and soggy with oil, one burger was almost drowning in ketchup and the other tasted mostly like the burnt bacon on it. We paid 35 euros for it too, literally never ordering such disappointing food.

€5.25 for 5 chili cheese nuggets that together are no bigger than a cheese soufflé. In short, quite expensive. Staff was nice and the fried nuggets tasted good.

I ordered a chicken burger menu with extra toppings. The order arrived an hour later. Fries and onion rings were already lukewarm, so I ate that first before I started my burger. When I wanted to eat my burger I saw that I had a normal chicken burger and my colleague had the crispy burger with extra toppings, which was of course tasty. 40 euros were spent for this. Too bad I still have to work all night. Thanks Update now 2 months later: after the complaint, an immediate response by email that I could get the order again. When I called this evening it was fine. We received the burgers at the agreed time and it was hot! The burgers were tasty. Thank you burger business until next time! Good service now

Edit: ordered again and the ingredients have unfortunately changed. The meat "used to be" fresh and clean, now it's a glued together mess that doesn't taste like meat and is more like a bouncy ball than a burger in texture. The fries are not all fresh, although the seasoning is still top notch. I also ordered chicken tenders for a change, which were soggy. Well seasoned. Service is still excellent, but the quality of the food has unfortunately deteriorated significantly. Unless the meat comes from the old supplier again, I don't need to order from here again. A while ago we ordered two burgers that did not arrive as intended: incorrectly assembled. Called to report this. The employee explained that we were too busy to do anything about it now, but that we would be compensated for our next order. Burger Business has adhered to this very neatly. Super friendly, delicious food, and a great solution that works for both parties. A great example of good service and good quality!

I wouldn't order from here, unfortunately, the first and last time. We threw everything away: it's not worth eating (if you opt for quality). The burger was not well done, had a strange taste, I don't think those were mozzarella sticks, even the chicken tenders were not tasty. Wasted money.

After being a satisfied customer for months, the problems have been piling up lately. Order arrives 30 to 45 EARLY, leaving us with cold food. Previously, people would call about this and it was no problem, but nowadays they just stand on the sidewalk and keep ringing and knocking until you open the door (during work!!). A call to the store tells me: "Yes, it's busy, if you're not satisfied, you should order somewhere else." Sorry, but that is not a service. Previous order took 2.5 hours and arrived cold, after calling twice. No more Burger Business for us. Very unfortunate because we were regular customers and very satisfied with the excellent food and - until recently - excellent service...

The burgers themselves were okay and the onion rings were fine. Unfortunately we missed the extra sauce on one of the burgers. We also received the wrong can of soda (The Fanta suddenly became a Cherry Coke). The delivery person was also half an hour late due to the crowds for King's Day as an explanation. And the delivery person drove past our house despite instructions given. Tip: adjust the expected delivery times on busier days so that people can take this into account. If it will be later, please let us know in time by email or telephone.

Scammers... waited 1.5 hours, while it was supposed to take 40 minutes. Called and was told I would have it within 30 minutes. Waited another hour and called again. They said it was on its way now, but I would get my money back. In the end I received nothing and no money back. What kind of hopeless action is this?! Lying on the phone twice... Update after the message below; you would expect to get your money back, but that is not possible... play in front of the stage in nice weather, but do nothing in the meantime (for the 3rd time...)

I've had a few good experiences at Burger Business, but unfortunately also a bad one, so I won't order there much more often. Ordered burgers for almost 80 euros in a group. Citizens very incomplete. Things we paid extra for (onion rings, cheese, egg, etc.) were almost all missing. That quickly amounts to tens of euros. Called the business; was kindly spoken to. We would receive a discount code for next time. Okay! But... unfortunately I never received this discount code. The service can therefore also be described as downright bad. Incomplete, disappointing burgers (for a hefty price!) in combination with poor service due to a false promise will make me look for another burger joint next time. Update as of April 23: after posting this review, I still received a discount code by email. Possibly based on the review. Fine. This increased the score slightly, from 2/5 to 3/5. :-)

Ordered something twice. Both times more than 2 hours late. Only received a cold collapsed burger about 2.5-3 hours after ordering. A lot for what you get. I will never order anything from here again, so I would advise against it to everyone.

First of all, we waited exactly 3 hours for the order. On the phone we were treated antisocially and not at all friendly. once more. 3 hours. When we received the order, instead of the 2x chicken strips we had ordered, we received onion rings that were cold and tough. The fries were also tough and cold. the ordered sauce was also not delivered. It's outrageous that we paid for this.

Both servings of fries were STALE, HARD, and DRY all at the same time. The chicken burger missed all the extras we ordered. We ordered chicken strips, and they called saying they don't have it. They said we could get popcorn chicken, and then they called back again saying they don’t have popcorn chicken either, and ended up just getting onion rings. Also, the people on the phone were rude, giving attitude when we asked about our delivery. Thank god the onion rings were edible but very oily.

The burgers are tasty, but the question is whether you get what you order. 3 of 3 orders were incorrect. It's not that difficult to read a receipt, is it? Very annoying. The restaurant also wants people to order via its own website. Fine, but you will be scammed. You select your products, view your shopping cart and see all your products, including discounts and delivery costs that have been processed. But then, in your payment screen, more than 3 euros has suddenly been added to the amount and it is impossible to find out where that came from. Luckily I noticed it, but chances are it won't notice. This was also the case with pickup. All very crazy. Contacting the restaurant by telephone about this does not help. From now on I will order elsewhere, where my order is correct and an extra 3 euros will not simply be taken from my account.

I WALK even faster over that distance (about 15 minutes walking distance). So you are simply being lied to as a customer. Ended up waiting 2 hours and 10 minutes. Once you eat here, you get a burger where the bottom of the burger is cut crooked and further soaked. Difficult to hold without getting completely greasy fingers, but it also doesn't help with the presentation. Fries lukewarm and sometimes hard enough to lose a tooth on. Meat on the burger was actually the only plus. Bizarre, we won't choose this burger joint again.

Ive ordered around 11 am and around 00:15 i got worried , so i called to check . The answer was - its already on its way . 20 mins later called them second time and the excuse was : sorry , but we really bussy , the order shouwld be by u in any second . So if they cant take so much orders , maybe is better if they dont do thuisbezorg.

Ordered via the site for 6 people. Would be delivered after 40 minutes. Called after an hour to find out where it was. He couldn't say when it would arrive, the delivery man would be on his way. After half an hour it finally arrived (1.5 hours after ordering). The burgers were very dry, the buns not toasted, the fries tough. We were hungry, so we ate the burgers but threw away the fries. This is the first and last time we order here.

Ordered at 00:20, 3 chicken strips, 1 corn on the cob and 1 chicken popcorn for 16.55 euros. Didn't get anything so I called at 1:35 am because I thought it was taking a very long time (estimated delivery time was between 00:50-01:10). Was told the delivery person had just left. Didn't receive my small expensive order until 1:52 am. There was nothing wrong with the food, only preparation/delivery took too long

The delivery time is a joke... the order was supposed to arrive at 11:50 p.m. because we ordered at 11:05 p.m. However, it came at 00:40. The food was even okay, but the waiting time was really annoying.

First order from Burger Business. Certainly not bad. Everything in cardboard and the meal looks fresh. Tastes fresh too. Good fries, nicely seasoned. Chicken had lost its crispiness due to the amount of sauce and the journey. Perhaps serve the sauce separately or put less on it, because it is a waste of the chicken and the bun. Friendly delivery person too. All in all excellent price/quality.

Because the weather was nice today, I got an extra drink from the company! Great service! Also very good burgers and fries, seasoned with paprika. Everything was hot when it arrived and well packaged! Definitely recommended and will definitely order more often!!!

Update: We are 8 months further after my previous review. Tried again today. Ordered 4:58 PM. It is now 6:18 PM... Haven't seen a delivery person yet. This business cannot be reached by telephone at the moment. The 1 star will remain there for a while... Delivery extremely poor... Ordered at 6:06 PM. Delivery at 6:50 PM according to the confirmation in the email. It is now 7:50 PM... we are an hour further. Wait an hour and a half for your order? Had telephone contact. We'll be there in 10-15 minutes. Not so. 40 minutes have passed since the phone call. No judgment on the food yet (we'll probably end up with a cold, sticky hamburger...) but the very long wait for the order has already ruined it unfortunately...

Terrible. Had to wait more than an hour for a cold tough burger and cold tough fries. And that for 14.00. Ridiculous!

Unfortunately, the quality has left much to be desired lately. The cheese (for which you pay extra) was not added on two burgers, the chicken was almost burnt and dry and there was virtually no sauce on all three burgers (you also pay extra for it). We take for granted that the fries were cold. Very unfortunate, because previously I was very satisfied with the citizens. Hopefully there will be an upward trend again, because then it will certainly be worth it. Edit: Emailed twice, received no response for compensation.

Ordered a burger menu for 2 people on Friday. The meat of the burger was hard, certainly not tender and had hard pieces in it. The next day we both got sick. Vomiting, diarrhea and burning stomach. It's now Sunday, so it's been 2 days and we're still having trouble with it. A very bad experience, definitely not worth repeating!!!!!!! It's a shame that there is only a response to the "burning stomach" and not to the rest of the complaints 🤣🤣 then you already know enough. So the rest of the complaints seem quite normal, as if they happen often.

Placed an order at Burger Business yesterday. Delivered a little later than expected, but fine. Everything was neatly delivered in green boxes, and that gives a good impression. Fries were very well seasoned (better than many cafeteria!) but unfortunately not really warm. Ordered a coleslaw that did not seem home-made and had a mediocre taste. Then of course the showstoppers: oyster mushroom/truffle burgers and DIY avocado burger! The rolls were both tough, not very tender or super fresh. The oyster mushroom burger had a good taste but was dry, and the truffle could not be found. The DIY avocado burger was crispy and, with the right sauce, nice and juicy (which also makes the dry bun a bit more enjoyable). Yet it was missing something: the quality of the ingredients is not great...? Did the order meet my expectations? Mwa. Better than BK or MacDo or BurgerMe? Yes! Best in Nijmegen? Certainly not: then you would be much better off going to Wally's. A bit more expensive, but a giant leap in taste, texture, quality and story. Plus, you get really handmade burgers, sandwiches and more generous toppings from higher quality regional products.

Have already ordered a few times and they have a really super tasty, almost perfectly timed delivery system and the food always stays warm.

In the meantime, I have ordered here 5 times, built a beef burger myself, delivery is always hot and always on time. Recommended.

I am a lover of a very good burger. This place lives up to its name. The truffle mushroom burger is really delicious. Order 2 for myself every time, even though I actually fall outside the delivery area. I have already ordered here and will continue to do so.

Benefit of the doubt several times after cold delivery. Last time the delivery person was sent back after a wandering, but no solution whatsoever. Nothing delivered, no refund. Worst service ever.

Just very mediocre for the money. I ordered a Spicy cowboy beef burger, coleslaw and a mushroom & truffle chicken burger. One half of the beef burger was a lot thicker than the other half, so the thinner part was completely done. Sandwich and toppings were fine but not enough sauce. The chicken burger was better but nothing special and not enough sauce. I took 2 bites of coleslaw and then threw it away as it was swimming in mayonnaise. Won't order from here again. EDIT after response: The fact that a minced burger is a lot thicker on one side than the other has nothing to do with whether it is fresh, since you form the minced meat yourself into a burger... Nice try to justify it.

Ordered via Uber eats and was told it would take 20-40 minutes. Apparently this was on their busiest day of the year, so that was not entirely correct and this was also filed as a complaint with Uber Eats. However, when I called after an hour and fifteen minutes, I got a grumpy employee on the line who snapped at me that the waiting time was 1.5 hours, which could also be read on their website. I really suspect that there must be another way to let people know this, even if it is an external platform. But since this rush was new, I assume they will now figure out how to manage it better next time. My advice, look into this and in my original review I had 3 options for this, maybe thinking out of the box is also possible. In short, make sure the delivery time on Uber eats is correct, don't do business with Uber eats, or just be polite to your customers, because I will certainly not come back with this service. The food was pretty good, so I'll recommend that. And if they do a good analysis of their service and also manage external orders better, I might recommend them. Edit: and instead of being disappointed about justified negative reviews, you could also be happy, because then such a busy day will no longer occur. 😉 But I also think it's good that you learn something from it and do your best to prevent it, I didn't read that in your response.
