* It's funny that the franchisee mentioned in our review that he'd be happy to resolve the matter with us if we'd emailed them. We did so. Now, more than two weeks later, we still haven't received a single response. So don't fall for it. ----------------------------------------------------------- What started out as a pleasant evening was completely ruined by the manager when he felt the need to give us a rude slur when we needed some help ordering desserts. It was busy, and it's understandable that you have to wait a bit longer for your food. However, the later it got, the more staff went home, and the longer it took for our dishes to arrive. When we finally wanted to order some desserts and needed some help because the system was crashing, the manager, after receiving a rude remark from us, felt the need to laugh at us as we got up to leave. We've honestly never been treated so rudely as at Heinde Leerdam, and we won't be back. Perhaps if the manager takes a communication course, he will understand that this is not how you treat customers.

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. It was just very cold in the restaurant.

Went for dinner with my family. My youngest and oldest are quite picky about food, but they had a delicious meal. And everyone else enjoyed it. The gentleman who helped us was also very nice. The atmosphere was great. I highly recommend it.

The food is great! The restaurant interior is very uninviting! Sitting outside is better!
