We have been here for the 3rd time now. Fantastic food quality, friendly service, and a good atmosphere. No matter when you come, it is always packed. We ran a little late, but the staff didn't even make a fuss about it. Even though it is large and full, it doesn't feel crowded. You can easily hold a conversation. Good restaurant, All you can eat concept. Good atmosphere and nice building (former station hall). Service very friendly and fast.

The staff is friendly and the service is good. If you ordered drinks, they arrived very quickly. The food was a bit disappointing. It wasn't gross, but it wasn't very tasty either. It was just fine. However, a number of things were really poorly prepared. A filo pastry tart that was still raw and anything but crispy, and the red velvet cookie was like a brick. It was overcooked and burnt around the edges. We didn't feel like we absolutely have to go back after this experience. It's just fine for a one-time visit. We were with someone who eats vegetarian, and while there are some options for vegetarians/vegans, they aren't very special and are quite basic. You get bored of them quickly. There are better places to go for that. A minor downside is that desserts don't arrive at the same time as the other dishes. They consistently arrived much earlier. So if someone grabs desserts while the others haven't received theirs yet, they get theirs while the rest haven't. So keep that in mind.

Tricky....food was fine, atmosphere a bit less so. Got the impression that the staff needed a vacation. A few were really on the go, the others seemed a bit tired.

We had a pleasant evening. Ordering was very easy. The food was okay, but I think that is a matter of taste. However, we did receive another table's order once. There was a lot of overlap, so we didn't notice it immediately. The staff was friendly and regularly asked if we wanted anything else to drink. A few downsides: - The portions were not the same size. For instance, two of my table companions ordered ham on the bone at the same time. One received a much larger piece than the other. Also, the bowls of fries were only half-filled the first two times, and the third time we received a full bowl. - I started on the desserts a round earlier than my table companions. The desserts came first, followed by the hot dishes. It would have been better to receive the dishes at roughly the same time. - It was hot. I saw two air conditioners, but the doors were open. As a result, warm air came in. At our table, we were fanning the paper menus. I saw people fanning at other tables as well.

Had dinner tonight and it was amazing!! Top-notch service! Great atmosphere!! Will definitely come back

Nice concept that I know from the chain Het Zusje but here all drinks are included in the sharp price of 37.50 PP You can order food via an app, drinks are requested by staff when your current one is empty Food was fine, staff friendly and hospitable Food was super tasty and perfectly seasoned and at the right temperature The only downsides are in the old station building with a high ceiling and creaking floor, noisy and the air conditioning was unable to cool it down; later in the evening the large doors were opened which was wonderfully fresh. We had a nice spot and fortunately not all places were occupied.

We had a wonderful, cozy, and delicious evening with girlfriends at Jouke and his lovely team in Leerdam! Eating at a round table is really cozy, and the food was delicious. After a long evening with many different dishes and tasty bites, we were able to leave the former train station in Leerdam feeling very satisfied. We gave Jouke's team our compliments, and we received a beautiful and sustainable Heinde bag to take home, while the ladies received a small gift for Mother's Day 2026. Had another delicious meal tonight! Very friendly staff, served quickly and well. Nothing was too much trouble, not even cleaning up our son's stomach contents🫣 which happened outside their premises (which we actually wanted to clean up ourselves with a bucket of water, but they offered to do it for us). They also asked him if he was okay and if he wanted something to drink. Truly amazing service!!! Compliments to all the staff in this heat, which we as customers didn't notice at all because everything ran just as smoothly! You're the best!💪 Highly recommended for dining here!

We had a wonderful time with friends; the food was of superb quality, but the presentation definitely needs some improvement. The owner and his partner were super friendly! And some staff members look much better when they smile every now and then🫣 but all in all, we enjoyed it.

Visited for the first time today. I found it very disappointing; it took a long time before we received our food for the first time. Once the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm or cold; I think it came out of the microwave. The steak was tough, the chicken had sinew, only the fries were decent. It was all pre-made stuff. So noisy that you could barely hear each other. The staff could really use a friendliness course. No second time for me...

The dishes are very diverse and very tasty. Very affordable too.

Located in the former station building, dining at Heinde is pleasantly noisy, thanks to the creaking floor and the acoustics caused by the high ceiling. The dishes, only two per person, are somewhat meager, but delicious nonetheless. Sometimes there was a bit of a wait for the drinks, but this did not spoil the fun.

La Cubanita, but in terms of atmosphere, service, and especially food quality, it deserves at least one solid star more. Had a nice evening and ate well.

I really enjoyed the tapas concept; it took some getting used to having to order your food on my mobile. But this went great, the staff was friendly, and everything was cleared away quickly. I am very satisfied with my visit.

It was packed; you could barely get up from your seat to use the toilet. Moreover, because so many people were crammed into a space that was too small, it was very noisy. The food was good, but with the first order, three people ordered a side dish and only one person received it. Furthermore, we had to wait a long time for the food after the second round. Around 8:30 PM, we wanted to finish with coffee, waited a long time, and eventually went home without coffee. In short, the staff were far too busy.

Wow! After having been to all the well-known chains, we finally visited Heinde Leerdam. Free parking at the station. The restaurant is neatly set up and the staff are so friendly and hardworking. They were quick serving drinks and clearing tables. We had a delicious meal and a fantastic evening. A great concept and highly recommended. Thanks!

Unfortunately, it wasn't as good as the first few times we were here. We were seated at a cozy table with a bench, but it was too small for the number of people we were with. It was a Sunday evening, and it simply took too long to get our dishes. The menu was a bit basic now.

Honestly, I was a little hesitant to come here after reading the bad reviews. But it was fantastic. The food was great, the service was fantastic, and the girl was so enthusiastic that she cheered me up. I don't understand the bad reviews; they're probably just whiners. We had a fantastic evening and will definitely be back. A solid 10!

Once again, we had a delicious meal, friendly service, and a great all-inclusive price for the food and drinks. You can park affordably in the lot across from the restaurant, where you have to pay until 6:00 PM on weekdays. I believe this is only possible with a debit card or wallet. Reserve at least three months in advance, as it's always fully booked.

So don't fall for it. ----------------------------------------------------------- What started out as a pleasant evening was completely ruined by the manager when he felt the need to give us a rude slur when we needed some help ordering desserts. It was busy, and it's understandable that you have to wait a bit longer for your food. However, the later it got, the more staff went home, and the longer it took for our dishes to arrive. When we finally wanted to order some desserts and needed some help because the system was crashing, the manager, after receiving a rude remark from us, felt the need to laugh at us as we got up to leave. We've honestly never been treated so rudely as at Heinde Leerdam, and we won't be back. Perhaps if the manager takes a communication course, he will understand that this is not how you treat customers.

This is such a great little place. Excellent food and service that goes above and beyond.

We ate there for the first time last night, January 24, 2024. It is definitely highly recommended; everything was truly excellent, especially the serving was top-notch. You get the entire order (for 3 people) on the table immediately; it is truly unique. We will definitely be back!!

We didn't find the food quality good, just adequate. The service was also poor. Several dishes were missing from the order. We were unlucky enough to have a table between the bar and the entrance, directly across from the restrooms. It was our first, but definitely our last, time at Heinde.

The food is delicious. The service is fast, perfect, and friendly. The atmosphere is a bit lacking because the tables are very close together and therefore noisy. I had to speak loudly to hear each other.

The food and service were excellent. Just too many people inside, which made it very noisy. The biggest drawback, in my opinion, was the climate control. It was very warm inside, and the CO2 levels were high, which made everyone tired, etc. Otherwise, the food was excellent.

I'm in a wheelchair and we were promised a seat near the accessible toilet... well, nothing of the sort. I had to walk through the entire restaurant; I almost had to carry flags because everyone was looking at me. They didn't make it up the hill, and everyone was looking, and only one woman asked if she could help. It was very busy, and I couldn't hear my tablemates, which was very annoying. Going home was awful; people had to get up so I could pass. I shouldn't have worried because they knew that could happen, but I hadn't been told anything, and I felt pretty bad about it. The food was fine, but not exactly a feather in my cap. Nicely put, right? It'll be a while before I eat here again 😞

It took a long time to get our food. Several things were cold! The taste was fine, though. The app often didn't work and crashed. And it's quite annoying having to log in again and again. The table wasn't cleared regularly. In the sense that it took a long time. The staff was friendly!

The food was delicious! Ordering through the app wasn't quite as easy; we had to rescan the QR code every time. The dining area was packed with tables, which didn't exactly enhance the atmosphere. But all in all, we had a lovely evening. The service was friendly and helpful.

Overall decent food, some "warm dishes" arrived on our table on the cold side. French onion soup tasted like water and staff was helpful but didn't apear friendly. Decent dinner experience, but would pick some other establishment next time im in town.

The restaurant felt more crowded than it should have been. The emergency exit was blocked by tables. It's very difficult to access for a wheelchair.

Back to Heinde after months, but I think we could have come up with a better birthday present for the girls. The staff was chaotic; there was clearly no leadership. Glasses regularly fell in the kitchen, which didn't exactly help the dishes, which were often cold and of poor quality. Drinks were taken, but often not delivered. In the end, I had to wait an hour for my cappuccino because they were supposedly short-staffed. Sorry, but I don't care. Plan your reservations better and deliver the quality they've come to expect. Unfortunately, they're now blacklisted and attract a lot of negative word of mouth.

Never had such bad service. After 1.5 hours, five of our group members still hadn't eaten and had asked for a glass of wine four times. And then the manager arrived, a complete incompetent person, who said he couldn't do anything about it because there were 170 people inside. He thought we were attacking his staff. Well, never believe me; we even said we'd start over and didn't want a conflict. The tuna we ordered twice still had to arrive. 🙈 However, the manager continued to reproach us. There were 19 of us for a special celebration. This restaurant should be visited with small groups, so it can go smoothly. The dishes were generally good. The QR code didn't work, that was the biggest problem. I'm a positive person and I don't like negative communication at all, but I really hope you learn from this.

The four of us dined here. The concept is also used in other restaurants, and it's fun to be able to sample so many dishes. The service is quick and friendly. However, the wait for our order did get longer as the evening progressed. Reservations are essential, otherwise you won't be able to get a table.

Cozy restaurant. Delicious tapas. You can order as often as you like. Friendly staff. Always busy. I think you really need to make a reservation two months in advance. Drinks are included. It's right next to Leerdam station, so you can easily get there by train.

My first time at Heinde was very disappointing. The wait for the dishes was long, even though the restaurant wasn't full. The dishes were either left out of the refrigerator for too long, so they either stuck to the plate or were too soft. Or they were heated up in the oven or microwave. The layout was nice, though, and the location was pleasant. The staff were also friendly.

Top 👍 Beautiful location, good food, and friendly staff. We've been coming to Heinde for a while, but in our hometown. We're on vacation nearby now, so we ate here. Lovely terrace, nice and quiet. Pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes and the drinks. Apparently, there's quite a bit of variation between locations. The dishes are really well-seasoned and the right temperature. It's also nice that the children's rate was charged immediately upon payment; it doesn't work that well at every location. Keep up the good work 👍

Both its sister restaurant and La Cubanita have roughly the same concept, but Heinde is hands down the best. Drinks are included, which makes it very pleasant. They never once made us feel like they wanted us to leave, which is something other restaurants do after an hour and a half. Definitely recommended.

The desserts are delicious. The food is good. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly.

Bijzonder matige gelegenheid. Opgewarmde meuk uit de magnetron, wat ze zelf ook toegeven. “Het wordt zo aangeleverd” aldus de bediening. Vanzelfsprekend werd er gevraagd of we iets wilde drinken maar helaas… Dat bleef to 2x toe uit. Toch maar een andere keuze maken de volgende keer.

Reserved for 3 people. We got an uninviting table diagonally across from the door in the walkway. Drafty and very uninviting. We spoke to someone about it, but they didn't do anything about it. Food not really special. Some dishes were very tasty, but the rice with the sushi was grainy and dry. The cheese and toast with fried mushrooms were forgotten. The only pus point was that the drinks were included in the price. We won't be going back here anytime soon.

Nice restaurant where you can eat and drink as much as you want. You can order two dishes per round. They come by for drinks. Sometimes it takes quite a while before you receive your ordered round, but usually the entire table gets everything at once, which is fine. The restaurant is located in an old station building, with high ceilings. This makes it very noisy inside. The food is usually tasty but often not really hot. Parking used to be possible opposite, but that is no longer allowed. You can park a little further in the large parking lot of the train station.

Clearly stated in advance that three people eat gluten-free. Unfortunately, croutons were found in a salad, of which I had already taken a few bites before I noticed. The staff responded kindly and correctly, and immediately offered to make a new salad, which we really appreciated. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant and relaxed. Unfortunately, I still became ill, which meant that the evening had an unpleasant ending for me.

What a super beautiful, atmospheric restaurant! The hosts are friendly and approachable. They are very hospitable and bring everything with a cheerful note. We arrived on location before they were officially open, but we were allowed inside and received a drink and a baguette while they took care of the last things in the kitchen. The food was delicious and varied. Cozy atmosphere; We have discovered a nice new chain!

Had a delicious meal with a large group from the new menu, very tasty and also some favorites that we now have to miss... it was very well organized and catered for a large group, everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful evening... staff also very friendly!

Beautiful location and good food, sometimes the cooking did not go well, but it is all you can eat so if 95% is good, that is not to be expected. Nice broad menu with vegetarian, meat and fish (and desserts).
