Aan De Waterkant in Oude Stad

I've rarely had such a bad ordering experience as at Wok-Inn Haarlem. It took an hour and 20 minutes, and a single phone call just before closing time, for my food to finally arrive, which was a major disappointment. When the order arrived, it turned out the drinks had simply been forgotten. The food arrived hot, so it wasn't the delivery driver's fault. Furthermore, I ordered a large portion, but received a tiny container that was completely disproportionate to what I expected. Most frustrating of all: I specifically requested no onions, but my dish was covered in them. This made the food practically unpalatable. All in all, this was a truly disappointing order. No more Wok-Inn Haarlem for me.

Extremely rude staff and owner. Just like in The Hague. The chicken is dry and the fries are lukewarm. Those poor Deliveroo drivers often make us wait longer than 30 minutes. Even though these drivers get paid per delivery.

We had a lovely meal with nine people. The service was friendly. The food was delicious. What more could you ask for?

Too sad for words. 1. Pushy owner, who asked ten times if we wanted a drink. 2. The food was more microwave-safe than restaurant-quality. 3. The meat wasn't cooked through. 4. The dessert was very small. 5. The carpaccio tasted like a watery dishcloth. 6. Far too much parsley on the meat. 7. The wine glasses were still dirty. 8. Traces of Parmesan cheese were visible on the bread roll with the tomato soup. 9. The interior was shabby and lacking any decoration. In short, this establishment lives up to its name, because it's a complete SCAMpi.

Food arrived after 1.5 hours. No ordered sauces, no extra bread that we paid for. Meat is extremely sad, the fries that they put under the meat incredibly soggy. Will I order again? No. Never. Absolutely does not worth the price.
