Customer friendliness is hard to come by

When I arrived, the cashier was on the phone and refused to help. I waited there for 10 minutes... Really rude. The food is just normal, nothing special. It's just pre-baked bread.

I mentioned in the response that I only wanted a roll with egg due to an allergy. To be sure, I called and said this again. Got the response "it will be fine". Also ordered a panini caprese. What do you think..... panini without pesto and a healthy sandwich, which I really didn't want! Then called 4 more times but didn't answer! Never again for me!

Delicious food and super service

Nice young person who helped me, but it's a pity there was a hair in my bowl of sauce. Wear a uniform or an apron when preparing to prevent such unsanitary matters.

I understand why there are so many negative comments. Waiting time is very long staff is mannerless.

There Was A Spider In My Sandwich

This case has nothing to do with Valentino. Portions that you normally get are nothing like what you get here. And employees are all on their phones as if they care.

I placed an online order at 1:30 PM. Dinner arrived at 3:15 PM, which says it all. In addition, the food was cold.

Very rude people, employees behind the counter often very young and disinterested. I canceled my order after 2 hours because it still hadn't been delivered. I also contacted them after an hour and my sandwiches were about to go out!

Fantastic food! Fresh bread used to make fantastic paninis. No English menus as yet. Still amazing food! 5.0! Nowhere to eat, just a bench to sit on.

Today I ate a delicious sandwich! It was definitely worth 5 stars and I will definitely want to eat it again. You have a regular customer! :)
