Service level from staff is poor and unfriendly and disrespectful, it 07:45 there is no breakfast burgers available due to the machine/stove is not on yet. Tables are dirty and sticky and there is even a mouse 🐁 running around in the restaurant and floor is sticky and ditty as well.

Unbelievable. 12.5 euro for a gin and tonic and the glass is broken. Throw away broken glasses.

Hungry, we went for a burger, the gentleman at the cash register advertised the chicken burger as the store's special, we believed him and got it with two beers. What came to us were two lousy toasts with a cheap sauce and tasteless chicken of dubious origin with chips that had become a mass together with the sauce. Miserable tasteless and the worst I have had in the last 20 years. My opinion, if you want to throw away 20€ for a lousy toast, go there. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!

I have been here a few times now and the staff is always very nice. Unfortunately, my latest visit was also the very last time. While eating my burger, I saw mice running through the place to my horror. I reported this to the staff immediately and, naturally, stopped eating right away. Such a lack of basic hygiene is simply unacceptable in a hospitality establishment. This is downright filthy. Although I paid the full bill properly, I find it unacceptable that you have to pay the full price here after being confronted with vermin in the place where you are sitting and eating. They will never see me here again.

We ordered a Latte with oat milk but they didn’t listen well. So when we noticed it was regular milk and tried to tell the service, they answered really annoyed and didn’t make up their fault. Pretty nice if you get stomachache from cow milk. Thanks btw
