Nice and cozy, excellent food and atmosphere.

Bad food, very small portions, and the service is absolutely terrible. They just sit there with their fingers in your plate while serving.

The food was delicious! Everything was very tasty and well-prepared. The service was perfect: fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed it. Definitely recommended!

Antonio's once, never again. We made a reservation for 8:00 PM and were offered the option of waiting outside at a table. Heat lamps were supposed to be turned on, but they forgot. The berry tea turned into green tea. It was going to take longer than expected, so we ordered bread and tapenade. We found a hair in it. After waiting outside for almost an hour, we saw people leaving. We weren't picked up, so we went inside ourselves. Once inside, no one asked for drinks, and there was no one around after they had taken the order. The food then took another hour, so I thought I'd go outside for a smoke. Bad timing on my part, because the food was already there. A good thing was that the young man came outside to tell me. I saw the opportunity to tell him it was my father's birthday and asked if they could do something nice with dessert. We were able to order a round of drinks with the meal, and guess what, another wrong order. Okay...it was corrected. Then we were done, and I didn't feel like dessert anymore, but luckily my father did. Only the young man couldn't remember whose birthday it was, so he signaled from the kitchen, "left or right?" I couldn't do this unnoticed, so I had to walk over, and that's how he figured it out. Once I walked back, I heard the vanilla ice cream was gone. 🤣 Then a little music started playing, accompanied by fireworks, and they sang for my father, which was really nice. This was only in my father's girlfriend's dessert, which a young woman then congratulated. Yes, very bizarre. We ended up making something of it ourselves. But I've never seen so much go wrong in my life. Truly terrible service, where they probably discriminate against guests.

I don’t understand how this place is only 4 stars. Legitimate Italian cuisine in the Netherlands. The atmosphere is very chill/cozy - perfect for a romantic evening, anniversary, celebration or a nice hearty meal. The wait staff is friendly, professional and the food quality is “next level”. The pasta, pizza, antipasto and dessert - were fresh, rich, and very much enjoyed. Looking forward to another visit sometime soon 🙏

We had a fantastic meal at Antonio's! Both the pizzas and desserts were delicious. The decor is also very atmospheric. The service was a bit lacking. They didn't come by to ask if we wanted another drink, and the empty glasses were left on the table when we received refills (even after we actively called for them). All in all, a very enjoyable evening. I would have given the restaurant 5 stars if they had been a bit more attentive to the tables. Otherwise, the staff were friendly! Antonio's is quite popular. I would definitely recommend making a reservation in advance!

We walked in without reservation on a fairly normal tuesday to find a full restaurant. Luckily we were allowed to sit at the bar for our aperitief and quickly seated afterwards. We had a lovely scallop and gamba starter and choose a nice italian wine from the list of exclusively good wines list. It was the main course that gave me that instant "oh this is good" feeling you rarely get after your first bite. As we were really just in for a quick meal we only had two courses. Never had a bad experience at Antonio's in the last 35 years or so and this one was again a great one.

Tasty food and a good variety to choose from. The tuna tartare and penne arrabiatta were good and also excellent limoncello.

1 star is fair for the service that they provide .. I’ll give a fair review, food is super good and delicious no comment on the food other than it is so good… but arrive is terrible and below one star … the server she wasn’t very friendly .. the food took a little to long to arrive and when I asked she had a bad attitude.. as well I ordered a dessert and it never came .. when I ordered the bill I was charged for the tiramisu that I never received.. when I told her . She checked and told me ohh the guy at the bar forgot to do it, I’ll just take it off your bill .. so the experience wasn’t really pleasant…

I've been twice in a relatively short time. Both times it was delicious, with friendly service and a lovely atmosphere. The fact that they have my favorite wine makes it even better. A presto!

I ordered the tortellini, and it took a very long time to get our food—5 minutes before they even brought it. I saw one of the staff members come in with an Albert Heijn bag. And sure enough, tortellinis came out. They brought the food and even said they were out of tortellinis. This was a terrible situation.

What a fantastic restaurant! The food was delicious and served very quickly. The service was truly excellent, especially thanks to Ciro. He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt truly welcome. Definitely recommended – we'll definitely be back!

I have not been to Antonio's ( that was one of my favourite restaurants) for more than 15 years and the last visit was a disappointment. We have ordered some starters which were quite good however the main course in my case tagliatelle tartufo was not edible. It was so salty that I couldn't finish it although I was hungry. The worst of it was the attitude of the waitress. One of my colleagues complained that the pizza was very salty and then I added that my tagliatelle was so salty that I could not eat them. The waitress was very dismissive saying that she is eating this every day and she finds that it is not salty. Perhaps I was not used to salty food! Unfortunately, I like salty food but this was beyond what anyone can stand. I can understand that maybe the chef made a mistake but the attitude and how the customers were treated is very difficult to understand. Very disappointing!

Been here with colleagues and the food was really delicious and a lot to eat. The starter was almost as much as the main course. Unfortunately 3 colleagues had tuna tartare and all three got diarrhea. That was a bit less. Furthermore the service was perfect and the food was great.

Delicious Italian restaurant. A must in Eindhoven.

I would say is an ok restaurant, meaning that the food was correct, the service was fine and the price in line with others in the same area. The antipasto was average but the steaks and shrimp were tasty. The service was friendly but it took really long to get the food. And the venue is fine and a bit on the noisy and dark side for my taste. But again, all in all, the restaurant is fine.

Great food, too bad we were ripped off at the end. Had ordered 2 glasses of wine and the wrong ones were put on the bill. Was told afterwards that the one we had ordered was gone and they had given us another. But we still had to pay for the one they had given us. A waste of the delicious food, but I will not go there again.

Service was really not good, waited 1.5 hours for the main course. And we asked for a recommendation for the starter. This was €90 for 4 people and was really very poor. In the end we paid too much for too little, not recommended

The tenderloin, cooked medium-rare with a slice of ham and fresh truffle was incredibly tasty. Well cooked, the meat almost melts in your tongue. Nice volume and yet complete and tender everywhere, well done. The silky sauce in combination with the truffle was sublime. Atmosphere was also great. We had a nice time, had fun and laughed a lot. Hopefully we didn't bother other guests, but otherwise the food would have made up for it ;)

Delicious Italian food and lots of choice on the menu. Each plate looks like a party and is beautifully laid out! It was quite a busy evening for a Wednesday, but the food was served quickly. A small point of attention is drinking, we had to draw attention to this. But hats off to the service who were certainly very friendly and enjoyed their work.

It was nice and cosy atmosphere. We had a work dinner- we could hear each other and enjoyed the good food as we chatted. I recommend.

Very tasty food, although the vitello was served a bit cold. After our main course we still felt like and had time for a dessert and a coffee. Unfortunately we could not make contact with the few staff that were walking around. When we finally did we asked for the bill.

Delicious Italian food at this restaurant. Our food came quickly. The offer was good. Staff were friendly. The place was neat and hygienic.

This place was recommended by a local, so we gave it a try. We found the food to be fresh and delicious. I had the fileto carpaccio, and my friend had fileto gorganzola. The carpaccio was stunningly good, and the gorganzola was good but drenched in a bit too much sauce. We enjoyed a Carmel/chocolate ice cream dessert that was super yummy 😋 The server was the only one working. And he was attentive & friendly. We loved getting a shot of lemoncello at the end of our meal.

The best truffle pasta I've ever had in my life ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ 🤤

We had dinner here last week, we had made a reservation in advance, but we were told by telephone that it was busy and we only had a limited time to dine. Upon arrival, a group of 5/6 were seated immediately without a reservation, so it was not that busy. It took quite a while before we could order something, the waiter walked past us and looked quickly and just realized that he could take an order. After ordering, we had to wait an hour for the food, while the last-minute group of 6 who came in after us had already finished eating. Other tables were also served earlier, despite arriving later. During our visit, not once did a waiter come by to ask if we would like anything to drink (other than our first drink upon arrival). The prices in the restaurant are considerably more expensive than on the online menu (36 euros on the menu compared to 28.50 online). The prices for drinks are also absurd (4.50 for a small bottle of ice tea green). The food was fine, but not worth the price. Portions were okay. After our food and one drink we left, still disappointed in the experience. We (neatly) shared our experience with one of the waiters, but he didn't speak Dutch and didn't really seem to understand it, not even in English. In any case, I won't be coming back here again.

Everything was delicious, absolutely everything!! I was invited by my comrade to watch a PSV match, but first I had dinner at your beautiful restaurant, it was great, I drove back to Zandvoort with a nice full belly, thanks

Heerlijk gegeten. Wat een pizza gemaakt van geweldig deeg. Spaghetti vongole was ook fantastisch.Een absolute aanrader!

Sloegen het voorgerecht over. Drankjes besteld die snel werden gebracht. Menukaart ook en de bestelling werd snel opgediend. Daarna was het over wat de bediening betreft. Er werd geen enkele keer gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Werd niet meer gevraagd of we nog iets wilde drinken. Na het afruimen van de tafel verwachtte ik iemand om te vragen of we nog een dessert wilde. Dat wilden we wel, maar er kwam niemand. Het was niet druk, genoeg personeel. Na lang wachten was de zin over en heb maar afgerekend. zal hier dus nooit meer naar toe gaan.

Excellent food, nice service. They also have vegan options. The place looks tidy, cozy and with good-vibing admosphere, love the decorations. Real italian pizza and pasta. A bit pricey, but totally worth it.

Pastas are good, pizzas are not. They are not even made with type 00 flour. This makes it quite overpriced

After having had a delicious starter and we were given our time to wait for the main course. Only while eating the main course a long hair between the tuna pasta.! I indicated this, they wanted to make a new one, but after we had already eaten a lot, our appetite has gone away.! Normally it's always great here, no owner present today. Female service immediately had to fix her hair... after several apologies from the friendly English-speaking waiter, she immediately asked for the check and no longer felt like having dessert... nice that the pasta was not charged and again an apology... the only downside was immediately reported to the receptionist. first table loose wiring at the top of the lamp which irritated me immediately after paying, of course the view of the beautiful restaurant is... I have had better food here before and better service from the female owner... hopefully everything will be better in the future than today Although it was not very busy... the only person worth 5 stars today was the English-speaking waiter!

Bediening was perfect, super snel en heel aardig. Eten was heerlijk, volle borden.!!! Kregen vlees nog mee wat over was,perfect, met 5 vrouwen gezellige avond gehad.

An excellent Italian restaurant in every respect

From the starter, to the coffee and desert,everything was delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed.

The food itself was tasty, but note: the price for some dishes is 30% higher than the price on the menu online on the website. Vegetables lukewarm with a meat dish. Advice to adjust this. Nice place and friendly.

Door een aantal factoren vonden we het uiteindelijk een teleurstellende ervaring. We begonnen de avond met het nemen van 2 verschillende drankjes (cola zero en bruiswater) maar kregen elk maar 1 glas. Dan nemen we een voorgerecht en daarna een hoofdgerecht. Na het eten van het voorgerecht werd de tafel afgeruimd en werd er 1 vork meegenomen alsook het bord waardoor we nog 1 vork hadden. Het hoofdgerecht werd geleverd en we hadden enkel een vork om mee te eten wat niet erg handig was dus moesten we om extra bestek vragen De 2e bestelde cola zero werd vergeten en dan moesten we er nogmaals achter vragen. Vervolgens werd de pasta gebracht maar zonder meer zoals bv. kaas of brood. De smaken van het eten zat goed enkel de bediening was zeer teleurstellend. Je moest achter alles vragen en ze waren weinig attent/aanwezig. Uiteindelijk ook nog een cola zero te veel betaald.

Lay a foundation for the Frogleap concert in the Effenaar. 2 Birra Moretti on tap, a pizza Quattro Stagioni. Nice thin base, crispy, well topped. Covered outdoor seating, attentive service and because there are many people walking and cycling past, you have plenty of distractions. If I visit another concert in the Effenaar, I will first eat at Antonio's again!

I was there with my friends to celebrate a bday in the group, our friend made a reservation for 10, but 2 of our members were sick and the other one couldnt make it. When we entered the restaurant, the waiter immediately asked how many we were (which was 4 at the time, and he obvsly didnt know we were there for a reservation), so we told him 4 and that we were here on a reservation. He immediately went and asked how mamy were rlly joining and that if there were no shows we would have to pay for a no show per chair. (which is ok ig, restaurant policy, but for the service not worth it)but the way he went about it was just plain rude. He asked for drinks hastily at rhis point we werent given a menu or list of options anything of the sort, took atleast 30 minutes before we got a menu. For the food order they switched waiters for abit, and she wasnt rude and treated us like customers. I also want to mention the restaurant wasnt at all at full capacity or anythinf lioe that, there was during our entire time like 2 other tables, on of those tables were there before us and were a group (like 10) older people. The entire time we were there it felt like they were doing their best not to serve us, like i understand we are students so we might not buy a 200 euro wine, but we were there to celebrate our friend, we wouldve stayed for dessert to atleast sing happy birthday for her, but we just wanted to get out of there. The food was tasty, we got everything we ordered, just abit of confusion on what plate belonged to who, bc the servee just placed it on the table, withoitt saying anything, but nonetheless it was good, my friend did have a steak (they never asked what her preferred choce of cooked was) there that was cooked on the outside but raw on the inside and it took like 40min of them not noticing that we were calling for them, when oue other friend had enough and stood up to get them to come to out table. My friend then asked if they could butterfly ir and cook it thoroughly, which they did butterfly, but once again it just wasnt cooked fully and still alittle raw here and there (not like pink but a deep red in meat) my friend gave up and just ate around it, it just seemed not worth the price she for example paid 40 euros for that and a drink, But the lasagna and pasta and pizza were all otherwise really tasty and good, i think the experience at the restaurant wouldve been a good one if it werent for how they went about it, and as a tip: next time skmeone orders a steak as them if they like it rare,medium well etc. That way it causes less work for everyone involved

Average vitello tonnato; tasty sea bas, but literally drowned in a sea of oil. Had a rather good wine to go with everything. Would be back, but choose different food.

The waitressing was not polite at all. Service was poor. After we are seated, we have waited around 20mins and then we ourselves went to kitchen to call somebody in order to ask the table to be cleaned and ask for a menu. The waitress came, clean the table and again forgot the menu. After that I again had to go inside, show myself and ask for a menu. Then we are warned! as for being in hurry and told to go some other places if I am in a hurry. That was not the first thing I’d have to hear, after waiting only for clean the table for 20mins! They were definitively not polite at all.

I've eaten many pizzas in my life, but this is the tastiest to date. Great. Until the next one.

We went to Antonio's for the first time today for my mother's birthday. We had not made a reservation, but we were received very kindly and the staff arranged everything to make a table available for us. The food was delicious and the owner was very friendly. Before we left she came to our table to ask if everything was okay. Which makes it very personal. In short, at Antonio's you will not only find delicious food, but also a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Food is decent. Wine selection / recommendations are not good. They will insist on selling you water. Children associated with the restaurant are cute but may try to touch your face which is unusual to say the least. Waiter also decided to steal a petty amount of cash off the table. This restaurant should be shut down honestly.

Dit restaurant vroeger (2019) heel regelmatig bezocht en lekker gegeten. Heden 2024 veel van zijn pluimen verloren… om te beginnen de Prosecco rose had geen bellen-structuur meer en proefde flets (duidelijk geoxideerd en te lang geopend). Bestelling glas witte wijn is nooit tot op de tafel geraakt. Pasta zeevruchten viel op zich mee van smaak echter niet de zuivere Italiaanse keuken (te vette saus met teveel olijfolie en look waardoor de subtiele smaak van zeevruchten onherkenbaar werden) en de meeste zeevruchten (vooral de mosselen) waren slecht. Uiteraard niet het seizoen maar bij een goede kwaliteit diepvries of vacuüm verpakte zeevruchten is dit zeker vermijdbaar. Al bij al bezit het eten niet meer de kwaliteiten van weleer en was het voor mij en onze tafelgenoten een teleurstelling.

The food was "fine", but never experienced such bad service. Arrogance at its finest and I am especially talking about the blonde owner. We made a reservation by telephone and asked for a table outside. This was not possible, but if there was a table available we could take a seat there. Fine, we thought... Upon arrival, several tables had indeed been reserved outside and when we asked about this, they responded with an irritated response that there are always exceptions. It was very clear that this concerned the regular customers who were treated hospitably. This was the last time we ate here. Further down the street are 2 other wonderful Italian restaurants where they know how to make their customers feel hospitable.

Het eten was "prima", maar nog nooit zo'n slechte service meegemaakt. Arrogantie ten top en dan heb ik het met name over de blonde eigenaresse. Telefonisch gereserveerd en gevraagd om een tafel buiten, dit was niet mogelijk werd erg gezegd maar waneer er een tafel vrij was konden we daar plaatsnemen. Prima, dachten we.. Bij aankomst waren er wel degelijk buiten tafels gereserveerd en toen we hier naar vroegen werd er geirriteerd gereageerd dat er altijd uitzonderingen zijn. Het was erg duidelijk dat dit ging om de vaste klanten welke wel gastvrij behandeld werden. Dit is de laatste keer geweest dat we hier hebben gegeten. Verderop in de straat zitten 2 andere heerlijke Italiaanse restaurants waar ze wel weten hoe ze hun klanten een gastvrij gevoel moeten geven.

Menu different from the website. We reserve the table at 20:30 but we wait 30 minutes standing, and 15 minutes sitting. Poor food for the high price. The waiter was friendly.

I haven't had such delicious Italian food in a long time. The restaurant is nice and small, so you really get the attention of the staff. You also get the opportunity to watch how the pizzas are baked. Since the oven is in an open kitchen. The staff was very friendly, but only spoke English. Nevertheless, they were very helpful and were always available if you had any questions. The food was perfect. As if you were visiting your Italian grandmother again after years. I personally had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious Penne Carbonara that had just the right taste, just like in Italy. I would definitely recommend Antonio's in Dommelstraat Eindhoven for a delicious Italian evening of fine dining!

Very tasty meal. Vitello tonnato and tuna tartare as a starter were tasty. The seafood risotto and the beef tenderloin were also delicious! We sat at the back next to the kitchen door. Tucked away in a corner. As a result, not much attention from the staff. But the place was full and people had to be turned away without a reservation, which of course says something ;)

The restaurant was very accommodating to seat us without reservation. The staff was friendly and prompt service. The food was really good for the price. Definitely, a must visit if you are in Eindhoven but make sure have reservation due the limited space.

Heerlijk gegeten, mooie locatie! Echt een aanrader!!

De sfeer is erg leuk en het eten is ook lekkerr. Ik vind het persoonlijk (te) duur voor de kwaliteit. Het eten is lekker, maar voor een pizza van bijna 20 euro verwacht ik nèt iets beters/bijzonders. Ook jammer dat de bediening erg weinig te zien was.

Gisteravond hebben mijn partner en ik genoten van een onverwachte verrassing bij Antonio's. Ironisch genoeg door een kleine vergissing van onze kant. We dachten gereserveerd te hebben bij een andere Italiaan in de Dommelstraat waar we al vaker hadden gegeten. Toen we aankwamen, realiseerden we ons de verwarring in de naam. Lachend besloten we toch naar Antonio's te gaan, waar we eigenlijk hadden gereserveerd. Bij binnenkomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer. Hoewel we onverwacht vroeg waren en het personeel nog van hun eigen maaltijd genoot, werden we met een glimlach naar onze tafel geleid. Het eerste wat opviel was het unieke interieur. Gedurfde keuzes zoals oversized vazen, een aparte tafelindeling en een imposante stenen pizzaoven domineerden de ruimte. Wat in eerste instantie eigenzinnig leek, bleek uiteindelijk een authentieke charme te hebben, die perfect samenviel met de hartelijke service en het verrukkelijke eten. Het menu bood een overvloed aan keuzes: van antipasti tot dolce. Na wat overleg kozen we voor de antipasti Italiano, mijn partner ging voor haar favoriet, de pasta vongole, en ik liet me verleiden door de dagspecial: pasta met zwaardvis. Toen de gastheer een versgebakken ciabatta op tafel zette, nog warm uit die gigantische oven, wist ik dat onze 'vergissing' een zegen was. Het brood op zich was al een traktatie! Terwijl we smulden van de heerlijke antipasti, keek ik om me heen en zag hoe de zaak levendig en vol werd. Onze gastheer, een authentieke Italiaan in hart en nieren, bewoog met flair en efficiëntie tussen de tafels, iedereen met een glimlach bedienend. Het hoofdgerecht was simpelweg voortreffelijk. Verse ingrediënten, perfect op smaak gebracht en in precies de juiste porties. Genoeg om je voldaan te voelen, maar ook precies genoeg om met trots je bord leeg te eten. Ik merkte dat een paar Amerikaanse dames naast ons een andere kijk hadden, ongeduldig over de wachttijd. Maar wie echt Italiaans eten waardeert, begrijpt dat kwaliteit tijd kost. En dan de tiramisu... Ik kan met overtuiging zeggen dat dit een van de lekkerste is die ik ooit heb geproefd. Het was de kers op de taart van een voortreffelijke avond. Samenvattend, Antonio's is niet alleen één van de beste Italiaanse restaurants in Eindhoven qua service en kwaliteit, maar biedt ook waar voor je geld. Voor het team van Antonio's heb ik maar één woord: "Bravo!"

Lachend besloten we toch naar Antonio's te gaan, waar we eigenlijk hadden gereserveerd. Bij binnenkomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de gastheer. Hoewel we onverwacht vroeg waren en het personeel nog van hun eigen maaltijd genoot, werden we met een glimlach naar onze tafel geleid. Het eerste wat opviel was het unieke interieur. Gedurfde keuzes zoals oversized vazen, een aparte tafelindeling en een imposante stenen pizzaoven domineerden de ruimte. Wat in eerste instantie eigenzinnig leek, bleek uiteindelijk een authentieke charme te hebben, die perfect samenviel met de hartelijke service en het verrukkelijke eten. Het menu bood een overvloed aan keuzes: van antipasti tot dolce. Na wat overleg kozen we voor de antipasti Italiano, mijn partner ging voor haar favoriet, de pasta vongole, en ik liet me verleiden door de dagspecial: pasta met zwaardvis. Toen de gastheer een versgebakken ciabatta op tafel zette, nog warm uit die gigantische oven, wist ik dat onze 'vergissing' een zegen was. Het brood op zich was al een traktatie! Terwijl we smulden van de heerlijke antipasti, keek ik om me heen en zag hoe de zaak levendig en vol werd. Onze gastheer, een authentieke Italiaan in hart en nieren, bewoog met flair en efficiëntie tussen de tafels, iedereen met een glimlach bedienend. Het hoofdgerecht was simpelweg voortreffelijk. Verse ingrediënten, perfect op smaak gebracht en in precies de juiste porties. Genoeg om je voldaan te voelen, maar ook precies genoeg om met trots je bord leeg te eten. Ik merkte dat een paar Amerikaanse dames naast ons een andere kijk hadden, ongeduldig over de wachttijd. Maar wie echt Italiaans eten waardeert, begrijpt dat kwaliteit tijd kost. En dan de tiramisu... Ik kan met overtuiging zeggen dat dit een van de lekkerste is die ik ooit heb geproefd. Het was de kers op de taart van een voortreffelijke avond. Samenvattend, Antonio's is niet alleen één van de beste Italiaanse restaurants in Eindhoven qua service en kwaliteit, maar biedt ook waar voor je geld. Voor het team van Antonio's heb ik maar één woord: "Bravo!"

Great food, service and experience.

I visited the place to tonight and had the best experience.. Tagliatelle with shrimps and truffle raviolli were both very very good.. We also tried Tiramisu and Chocolate mousse which were housemade and delicious… We will re-visit again soon..

We hebben ruim van tevoren gereserveerd voor 6 personen + een baby voor het vieren van een familie gelegenheid. We hebben een tafel buiten gekregen, waarnaast iedereen stond te roken. Onze reservering was 1845 en om 1930 is er pas de bestelling opgenomen. Als voorgerecht hebben we 3x de tapas van de kaart genomen. Na 30 minuten werd ons verteld dat het teveel gedoe was en dat we wat anders moesten nemen. Na enkele pogingen was het tevergeefs en hebben we maar wat anders besteld, we hebben tevens direct het hoofdgerecht besteld om tijd te besparen...dit kwam pas weer een half uur later en een gerecht ontbrak. Het hoofdgerecht kwam een half uur daarna (inmiddels 2 uur na binnenkomst). Mijn pizza was kurkdroog en had zelfs korsten midden in de pizza (zie foto) er zat nauwelijks kaas/beleg op. De truffelpasta smaakte naar paprika. Ondertussen zijn de leuke tafels binnen bezet door een apart volkje (oh oh cherso?) dat vaste klant lijkt te zijn en alle service krijgt. De manager/eigenaar (Antonio?) heeft een onbeschofte houding, kijkt je niet aan en spreekt je aan alsof je op de markt staat, hij pakt glazen met zijn vingers aan de binnenkant en pakt ijsklontjes met de blote handen (ik stond er zelf bij) €250 en 3 uur verder was dit een grote flop. De enige die wel goed zijn best deed en netjes met een schepje ijsklontjes pakte voor me, was de jongeknul die er werkt. Verder mooi design binnen maar daar konden we niet terecht.

ik ben er vandaag gaan eten met vrienden en we gingen er binnen om 18 uur we hadden om 18u15 besteld een voorgerecht en hoofd pla ons voorgerecht was er direct pakt 18u45 maar dat hoofd gerecht daar hebben we op moetten wachten tot 20u30 op een bepaald moment zijden we we wachten nog 5 min en dan zijn we weg zonder te betalen en binnen de minuut was het eten er sorry dat kan niet. En dan nog geen sorry of geen korting op rekening sorry mij zie je er niet meer.

Was weer heerlijk! 8 jaar geleden voor het laatst geweest dus er was een hoop veranderd maar weer voor herhaling vatbaar!

Heerlijke pizza, heerlijke koffie. Toffe mensen! Helemaal uit Groningen komen om hier weer te eten en het was het absoluut waard.

Pizzakorst was te weinig gebakken, lag als blok op de maag. Weinig smaak. Wel vlotte bediening . Lekkere wijnen Mooi interieur

Na een te lange periode zijn wij weer eens aangeschoven bii Antionio's en de ervaring was als een warme deken. De indeling is wat aangepast sinds ons vorige bezoek, toen de charismatische Rosario nog met zijn aanwezigheid die extra elan toevoegde. Het is authentiek en prettig oudbollig. Heel het team is tastbaar betrokken bij de ervaring en bij dit schrijven vraag ik mij af waarom ik niet eerder ging kijken hoe het nu doorgezet werd. Het eten is vers en bijzonder smakelijk. De oprechte en persoonlijke aandacht bracht voor ons drieen de avond naar een bovengemiddelde ervaring. Warm aanbevolen!

Kwam hier jaren geleden zeer regelmatig en het was altijd al een belevenis. Na een pauze van een paar jaar weer eens terug en ben flabgergasted hoe deze tent met kop en schouders boven de concurrentie uit steekt. De tent is ergens in de laatste jaren verbouwd, waarschijnlijk na het tragische overlijden van de patre de familia Rosario, maar qua kwaliteit schitterd de tent als nooit tevoren. Superlatieven schieten te kort, ga voor een voor, hoofd en nagerecht en geniet lekker.

Super lekker gerechten! De share dining met max 6 gerechten als als starter is aangeraden. Alles smaakt goed! Zowel vlees als vis gerechten zijn net zo lekker. Goede portie. Goede service. Mooi sfeer, modern ingericht niet zo oudbollig zoals vroeger!
