What a delight! We had a wonderful meal here, delicious bread and fantastic flavors.

The food here is so good, and also a lot of vegetarian options! One of the only places in the Netherlands where I find good lavash.

I walked by while the preparation of the "flags, mashed potatoes with fried onion 2.95€ p.s" was still in the oven. She spoke to me kindly. In addition, the store was filled with all kinds of Armenian home-made products. In which the store atmosphere made you feel like you are entering an old drugstore. a smart house style choice given the historical location. hence the 5 stars on all 3 criteria. Solid. Affordable. Home-made food. Definitely deserves all my praise

Great food and really nice people. Knew very clearly which products were vegetarian and vegan. Recommended. If you find some products a bit pricey, you should blame the big parties, millionaires and billionaires, not a local bakery like this one ;)

Great thing! Be sure to try the flame chicken and the blinchik (minced meat and rice), the sauce is delicious. Or go for the eggplant caviar, also for home use as a dip or topping. The staff is very nice, both in the store and on the market.

A bakery with lunchroom. You would think we already have enough in Zwolle. Sufficient, but this is not just a lunchroom, this is a trip to another part of the world, a short culinary holiday in your own country. Very tasty food, lavash for home that the kids really like and in addition to savory and sweet, also many products from Armenia that you won't just find in a supermarket. Don't expect a star restaurant, but be the tourist who enjoys the taste sensations during your trip through Armenia. A great asset to the culinary diversity of Zwolle!

Personally I did not like the food. Especially for the price it is sold for, I would expect more. Tried multiple different things, and definitely none met the high expectations from other people's reviews. It's possible to do better, but also in general it's possible to eat better imho.

Delicious Adana kebab!! I didn't know they also sold that in the store, and not just at the market, then I would have probably been here before. Very friendly and very tasty. Immediately brought a glass of wine to try.

In one word: delicious! From savory to sweet... everything is so tasty. Freshly made with love. What I discovered here is; rose petal jam... this is so special... very tasty. I like coming here, especially for the walnuts in sweet grape juice.

Had a super tasty chicken kebab from this nice place. And it's really cool to have an Armenian deli/bakery in the city. For the variety and to get to know their interesting (food) culture better. I'm curious about the other savory and sweets on their menu. And will definitely try one of the wines (because previous Armenian wines left me wanting more).

Friendly people and delicious food

Very attractive store with very different products than you are used to at 'regular' delicatessen/specialty stores. Surprisingly diverse range, ranging from chocolate, pickled vegetables, wines, pastries, dried fruit, jams, different types of sandwiches, wraps, Kebab, lahmacun, smoothies, coffee and so on. The Kardanak with chicken/minced meat is highly recommended to heat up at home in the microwave, delicious!

My favorite bakery! I get delicious lavash from here, lahmacun, kebab and other Armenian dishes and drinks. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back here for more purchases. They are also on the market in Zwolle with their delicious kebabs etc. Highly recommended!

Everything so tasty, real Armenian taste

On the way to the Thomas Church I saw this Armenian bakery/deli. I was not familiar with Armenian cuisine and the terrace outside, the beautiful menu and the fact that it looked so clean inside made me decide to eat a sandwich. And wow...how surprisingly delicious. I tried a karkandak (tasty soft roll) with minced meat and the trubochka. To go..1 with cheese and flatbread. All delicious. They also sell pickled vegetables, wines, tea etc etc. I am now a fan of Armenian food. The saleswoman was also friendly and very hospitable. I will definitely come back on my next trip.

Turkish baker, Moroccan baker. Who doesn't know them? Armenian baker. Who knows them? But where? In Zwolle of course. You can prepare your culinary holiday to Armenia here. Eating wraps at home? Buy the lavash here. A glass of wine? Large selection. Something other than apple pie? This is where you need to be. And you can also get started on site because there is a seating area inside and some chairs and tables outside. Coffee? Sure. And the interior is beautiful.

On the way home, I bought typical Armenian cakes and pastries. Tip to warm up a bit before consuming. Well done and tasty. Friendly service. Nice to “discover” this company in a beautiful location in Assendorp/Zwolle. In short, highly recommended!

You order a cake for a gender reveal. You ask for a beige cake and you get a white cake. In the end it turns out that the cake is transparent and sees the colors of the baby. In the final score, these people promise you a 30% discount and 3 hours later they text that they want to see a photo of the cake because 'they don't believe it'. No respect whatsoever, they treat their customers like this for a little money. Now I had to buy 30 euros worth of spray cans to spray my cake a different color. Bad service and misunderstanding people. Thank you so much for telling me the gender of my 1st child.

Fine Armenian bakery/deli with a wide range of Armenian dried fruits, jams, pastries, savory specialties and traditional small dishes to take away. Original gift items, including Armenian wine and cognac. Beautiful family business, easily accessible just before the Assendorp district. If you can not only get coffee and fresh tea to go, but can actually sit at a table with something to eat, definitely a 5th star.

The best Armenian store in the Netherlands. Really delicious and fresh lavash (Armenian flatbread) and homemade meals. On Saturdays you can also visit the market to get delicious wraps with BBQ meat. Some tips: Try Blinchik, Pasus tolma, Lavash (for sure), Sujukh and squeezed apricot juice.
