Unfortunately I have to share this, but the quality has dropped by 90%. I don't understand why you have recently started serving bad bitterballen. If that's the case, consider adjusting the photos on your website. In short, I paid 26 euros for a small amount of fries and bitterballen that were falling apart, plus a burger. This is absolutely not worth the money.

One of the better halal smashburger places in Amsterdam! Definitely recommended to eat here with your family or friends. The fries are also really great. The only thing I'm missing are gloves for the finishing touches.

The service we experienced today was shockingly rude, leaving us at a loss for words. While the fries and burgers were decent, the hot dog was completely flavorless, and even dipping it in sauces didn’t help. When we politely pointed this out, the waiter became defensive and accused us of not knowing what "real hot dogs" were, saying we must have only ever had supermarket ones. Before we could even request a replacement, he said, "By the way, this isn't coming off the bill," which we hadn’t even asked for! If that's how they plan to make money, so be it. I used to love this place when it first opened, but coming back was a mistake—it ruined our entire evening.

We went on a rainy cold evening, after a long day of trains and walking. It was a distance away from our hotel, but so worth it. Totally amazing food! Large portions. Service was excellent. Quick. I loved my double cheese burger. The chicken salad was scrumptious. 100% awesome. Fully halaal. Try everything. I'm going back for the food. IA.:-)

Best burgers in Amsterdam!! I go to the restaurant since it opened years ago and they are always excelent. Good accessibility and service!! The only thing missing is having a milk shake on the menu so you can drink with your burger!! Also the fries with cheese could taste better. It is very low quality.

Had an absolutely disgusting experience at this place. My friend and I went to eat here and were helped by someone who later turned out to be the owner. What happened next is absolutely disgusting. I saw the owner stick his hand deep into his butt and then feel his pocket. We immediately got up and ran out of the store. This was the first and definitely the last time we ever come here. Stay far away from here!

Ate here. It was clean inside and plenty of seats and tables. you can also sit outside on the terrace. Burgers were really tasty and good portions. The waffled fries are delicious with all the trimmings! really tasty. Hot dog sandwich tasty (hot dog was a bit crispy) but tasty in terms of taste! I can recommend it to you!

Nice cozy restaurant, good food and they take everyone into account, they have chosen the right people to bring the food because they are also very nice. My kids enjoyed it too!!! Just a pity that the restaurant is a bit small, but you know what they say, small but nice. I would check it out if I were you!

Waiting at the table for almost 45 minutes to order, there is a fat man who can keep looking at you like a sheep and will not take your order.

We had a nice meal here. The cheese burger was great, the Butter milk chicken a little less so. Nachos and Hotdog very tasty! Furthermore, the food arrived very quickly. The employees are also proactive and friendly. Ask several times if you want to order and if you want anything else.

The best halal burger joint in Amsterdam in my opinion. I have tested a lot of places in Amsterdam, but this place has the best (Artisani and Artisaniac) burger.

Everything was great. Nice girl who helps you at the cash register. Burger was delicious. Loaded fries were a bit less but certainly not bad! It just comes without sauce, but that's okay!

I think it's the tastiest hamburger I've ever eaten! Service isn't too bad. I had asked if the table in front of the window was available and had been reserved. Then someone else came in after me (50 seconds later) and was not reserved. I could leave for this alone.. Atmosphere is very noisy.

I wish I could post a review, but if you order something and it doesn't arrive, there is little to review. I can tell you that after waiting 2 hours for your food you will become quite miserable. Not cool to have to eat fries in a cafeteria so late.

Small, fine burger shop. Very friendly service and short waiting times. The food; The fries were great and so were the burgers, they just have to be eaten quickly. The prices are already high, probably adapted to the city. A little more fries would be appropriate. All in all, you can eat deliciously and well there. You should put it on your to-do list when you're here.

What an amazing smash burger! It’s in top two best smash burgers in Amsterdam for me! I had the Artisaniac (second pic) which had 4 smashed patties and my guest had Artisani (2 smashed patties). We also had cheesy fries. Burgers are really really tasty. Cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Buns are amazing brioches also very tasty. I’d like the pickles to be chopped smaller as they fall while eating. Although I like the raw onions taste, slightly pickled onions would be better as raw onions are too sharp. It’s halal meat and feels surprisingly light even. Only criticism is to cheesy fries. The cheese sauce is very fake it almost feels like eating instant cheese sauce (maybe it is?). I wish they had served good quality Dutch style fries instead of this super processed potato material. It is disappointing and only element it makes you sad considering their burgers are soooo good. If they upgrade to good fries as well, this place will be top! Service is good and super fast. Bam! These guys deliver. Will definitely go again but to have good burgers (not fries).

The food was always very good but they changed something with the burgers cutting them in half and it looks like sliced hamburger, not the full juicy burger what they had before, the chicken strips also changed and is less tasty. thats why i scored the Food lower and brings the overall score lower. Would be great to have the burgers back as they were and more than happy to score you higher again.

Ik ben hier nu meer dan 5 x geweest. Elke keer is het weer net zo lekker als m'n eerste bezoekje. Burgers worden vers bereid en je merkt dat ze kwalitatieve producten gebruiken. Service is uitstekend en de werknemers die helpen je graag met het kiezen van een lekkere burger. Ik kom zeker weer terug. Parkeren kan voor de deur of om de hoek, genoeg parkeergelegenheid. Let op! Betaalde parkeerzone.

The burger was very good but the price for water 200ml 2.5 euros and 10 euro for fries is to much. And they don't have the price of drinks or any beer.

Had eaten well better than here. Industrial convenienve products everywhere in the kitchen. Nothing prepared really freshly or from scratch. Full of saturated oils and fats, way too salty, no flavor. Service was not much better than the food. Show and shine, nice style but no content.
