The food was amazing, the Messi burger has an amazing flavor, the provolone cheese it's was my favorite. The drink was good. The service really excellent.

Whenever I travel abroad I go to visit and this time it was very good as always. But a tip, don't go by car because parking will be more expensive than the snack. And make your reservation in advance.

Everything was great. I like that they serve the same menu all over the world. Their burgers and twisted mac & cheese are my favorites. The only negative thing I can say about this location is that the big rockshop which is outside was closed most of the time I visited.

I want to note that the service was top notch 👌🏼 it was delicious and cool! I liked the place! I recommend it!

We had a great lunch here. The food was good. Service was quick. We all got burgers which were giant! The loaded tots were good too. We had a great start to our time in Amsterdam.

Staff was very nice and polite, atmosphere was pleasant and the food was lovely. We opted for the diamond menu and we were surprised by the variety of dishes that we were able to choose from. We will definitely return whenever we will be back in Amsterdam ☺️

Me and my partner have visited Hard Rock Café in Chicago last spring and were very curious to visit the one in Amsterdam, as the one in Chicago had left us an unforgettable impression. Unfortunately, both cafés, despite being the same brand, cannot be compared at all. We had made a table reservation well in advance, but upon arrival were told that there are no free tables available at the moment. Only after 15 min wait and asking the host if we are finally going to be seated (as far as I know, the purpose of reservation is to be guaranteed a table) we finally got a table. Our waiter was Giovanni who was very friendly, polite and caring, but quite too 'pushy' with his food and drink suggestions (I know that this is a part of the sales process, but in this case it was certainly way too much upselling). The food arrived quite quickly, but the portions were rather small. The taste was somewhat bland. I had Twisted Mac & Cheese which certainly lacked taste and the chicken was way too overcooked. Overall, the food isn't worth the price you pay for it. However, the cocktails were amazing and the size was huge including a collectible glass, which was a nice souvenir to bring back home. Despite everything, the overall atmosphere of the café is indeed exceptional and worth noticing, as it's supposed to be for a Hard Rock Café. In general, we won't be coming back here again, as the price you pay and the quality you get just don't match. If you want to take a look at the impressive atmosphere, you can also just visit the café without paying.

For the price, the burger did not live up to expectations

I was lucky to be in Hard Rock Café Orlando a couple of weeks ago. While I was in Amsterdam, I had the opportunity to visit Hard Rock Café Amsterdam. I only went to the Rock Shop. The service was good and it is located close to Leidse Plein. There is a good vibe.

The service was excellent and fast, and the person who attended to us was very sweet and kind. We ordered nachos and a cheeseburger. The nachos were very filling on their own, and everything on top was delicious and just as it should be—I definitely recommend them. However, I didn’t like the burger, to be honest. The patty was extremely tough and had a lot of gristle; I kept biting into hard pieces, which I need to point out. The burger didn’t make me happy. The atmosphere is nice, a classic Hard Rock vibe. At the entrance downstairs, there’s a separate bar and their own store where you can also do some shopping.

Food as to be expected from a Hard Rock. You go there for the drinks and atmosphere and it did not disappoint.

As in all Hard Rock Cafes, the ambience is great. However, it is disproportionately expensive, everyone had toilets! Not a sheet of toilet paper and in the outdoor area you sit so tightly together, comfortable is different.

Hard Rock is the place already for the name. I have been to 5 hard rocks around the world, but never had a bad service till today. This RHC in Amsterdam service is bad, we would like to have one table that was free for the whole time that we were there but they do not allow us to sit there. The way was explained to us was really bad there are many ways to say why you can not use some place. So never more in RHC Amsterdam.

It may be better to make a reservation, other than that, if you are lucky, you may find a place. Even though I find it expensive, it is a place where I like its atmosphere. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Food and cocktails were superb.

Very nice place from the windows you can enjoy a beautiful view of what surrounds you, but very crowded at all times, therefore I recommend booking a table in advance. We purchased a package on Getyourgiude and despite this we had to wait quite a while, the staff, mostly Italian guys, are top notch, kind and helpful, they dispelled all our doubts about the menu by advising us very well, the menu available is mostly more based on burgers but you will also find other things. And if you are in the mood for shopping connected to the restaurant there is also the bar and the Hard Rock Cafe store.

Be careful with reservations! We have been to various Hard Rock Cafés in Europe: Barcelona, ​​Dublin, Edinburgh, Florence, etc. We had been here on previous visits to Amsterdam. My wife made a reservation through the venue's website based on time availability and when we arrived they told us that they had canceled the reservation, without explaining the reason. It was not a discounted reservation, as it seems they do on other occasions, based on other reviews. Given the situation, they offered us to go to the bar, which we accepted, but when we got there the manager said that there was no room, so we had to leave and try to have dinner somewhere else, which was already complicated by the time and the lack of a reservation. in another location. We still don't know why they canceled the reservation and left us without dinner (maybe because it was a table of only two people?). I hope they modify this practice and do not harm more people. For the rest, we wish you luck and success in your business, which we will probably not return to on our recurring visits to this wonderful city.

We had a drink here. Great service and nice appearance of the cafe. Food could not be reserved without reservation, so will definitely come another time. Rock shop between the bar and restaurant at the top. The experience of having a drink is highly recommended.

Disappointing visit. Service wasn’t up to usual standards. We had to ask for water and sauces. Ice cream that was served was gritty and unpleasant to eat. It was quickly removed by the server “this sometimes happens” - what?

Great location with a view! Service took a while, but our waitress was friendly and we were seated quickly. Food and drinks were good, but the burger and fries needed a little more flavor. Don’t forget the gift shop or check out the less crowded one just across the way.

We were stuffed 😋😋😋 If you like a lot of dessert, we can only warmly recommend the brownie and the crumble (huge portion) and it was super delicious. It's always a good time to sit here. The food is also extremely good and certainly not too little. Then we went to the merchandising store to score a new pin for the collection.

We booked for New Year's Eve 2 months ago. We were seated at a table that was at the top of the stairs. Transferring was not possible even though the table next to us was completely free for 1.45 hours. After 1.45 hours we were asked to leave. It was the worst meal ever. It wasn't the food's fault but the service.

The cafe is not far from one of the most touristy streets in Amsterdam, the Leidestraat. Hard rock with all its variations (bar, restaurant, boutique) is immense. The atmosphere is really nice, the staff are super smiling and dynamic and the prices are very reasonable for a capital: 4.50 for hot chocolate with whipped cream. There we see things from Madonna, autographs from Queen, and many other items. Really nice place...

We reserved an appointment with food and drinks for Hard Rock Cafe Amsterdam via GetYourGuide. We arrived there a little earlier than planned and had to wait a short time for our prepared table. We got a very good spot with a direct view of the canal, which showed us tourist boats passing by. The service was courteous, quick and good. We ordered our food from the pre-order menu and also ordered cocktails. The burgers were great and the cocktails were delicious. Afterwards we received our dessert, a brownie and a cappuccino. All in all, a successful lunch in a beautiful setting with good service. We'll be back.

Went there for my Girlfriend's birthday. I've been before, many years ago. The whole area has changed so much. Well worth a look.

The first place where I was asked if I had any food allergies. The waiter spoke fluent English, was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed the beer and my burger. The music created special atmosphere but at the same time allowed to talk without screaming. The place is definitely worth visiting.

Disappointed with service at the bar on Christmas Day afternoon. Went in for cocktails~ it wasn't busy. Three bar staff at the end of the bar. One serving, one drying glasses and the other just talking. Waited quite a while to be served. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged. We left to go somewhere we were more welcome. Toilets were dirty too. Won't return here and I'm glad didn't book a table.

There was a warm welcome, something you are not used to in Germany. I ordered the new “Messi’s Burger”, it was dry and the fries were over fried. I mentioned this to the waitress, but unfortunately she wasn't really interested. Certain points should definitely be worked on for over €20.00 so that people would come back.

After Stockholm, this was the worst HRC in Europe I've ever been to. The waitress was inattentive, didn't listen to my order, I had to repeat my wishes several times, the atmosphere was restless and that in an almost empty restaurant. Only the food was OK, apart from the fact that the kitchen was not able to make a small Classic Nacho plate for one person... not to suggest

That was my 4th Hard Rock Cafe visit. It's always worth coming here. To avoid waiting time, it's best to reserve a table. The staff was very friendly. Food was delicious and the cafe was clean.

I tasted local Dutch flavors and came for the classic Hard Rock cafe experience of the city. The team was again very dynamic and friendly. The atmosphere and location are great. I was very pleased with this wonderfully located branch, which stood out from the first moment as it was very well managed. My Long Island was very successful.

We had a great evening there. The employees were all very nice. We had stated when making the reservation that it was our anniversary and we were warmly congratulated and we both received a glass of champagne on the house. The food was very tasty. For the price I found the meat a bit too little, but otherwise it was really great there. We'd love to come back.

Ate here last Sunday. Both me and my comrade had stomach problems in the days that followed. We regularly visited Hard Rock Cafe in Paris and also wanted to try this one in Amsterdam. Not recommended in our opinion. Dirty, and the food apparently does not comply with HACCP and safety standards.

It was a tasty burger, but you can also find it in Burger King for 4x cheaper prices. I ordered the Messi burger with chicken and received 15 fries. I asked for some extra fries as there really weren't many and was then given an extra €6.95 on the bill. So I paid 30 euros for a burger... expensive for what it is! Received friendly service...

Fast service. The dishes are a little expensive but within city prices. Very nice atmosphere. Possibility of eating or having a drink without reservation but I still recommend booking to be sure not to wait.

Having been to the London branch the week before the service was lacking here. Menu was the same, so we knew what we were having. Food was of the hard rock standard, great for a quick meal while on the move sightseeing. When paying the bill, the service charge was added on which I asked to be removed as I had to go and ask for the bill as our waiter was having a break so we were told and other staff were ignoring our waves asking for the bill. The staff member was shocked to take the service charge off but was very pleasant, even offering us free drinks twice as we were leaving, which we refused.

The nachos are particularly recommended. Nice atmosphere and super friendly service!

Came here for some dinner and the staff was so friendly, the customer service was very good, very accommodating. The food was really good, good portion size, and the drinks were delicious. The water was in a nice big glass and it was just a very nice time here.

Unacceptable. I had a couple of reservations this week at a discount through the fork and the restaurant decided to cancel them at the last minute. They have little interest in leaving the client stranded in order to earn a few more euros. It seems to me to be a very bad way of proceeding and terrible customer treatment.

Ragazzi con oggi penso di aver passato il limite e consiglio vivamente a tutti voi che leggete, seguite e utilizzate programmi, applicazioni e siti di informazione e prenotazione online di non fidarvi più solo di loro ma… dopo la mia esperienza che racconto brevemente in poche righe, contattate anche il locale a meno che non vogliate ritrovarvi senza cena o pranzo semplicemente perché il responsabile si dimentica di controllare le prenotazioni provenienti da giganti dell’informazione e servizio come the fork! Una follia non ci sono posti perché il locale è tutto pieno con una prenotazione riservata e confermata in una località dove è già difficile trovare un posto normalmente con bambini come Amsterdam. Ho girato tutti gli Hard Rock Cafe del mondo ma questo non mi era mai successo e senza scuse o rimedi da impazzire vabbè non vi racconto ovviamente del disagio dopo una giornata di visite e un giorno prima di organizzazione per concluderla con acquisti dal loro shop e una cena tranquilla (mai effettuata) in una metropoli dove in pochi giorni purtroppo hai necessità di organizzare inizio e fine giornata. Consiglio di rivedere un po’ il modo su come poter correggere eventuali disservizi di questa natura a tutti succede ma è il modo con cui si affrontano che dovrebbero essere diversi.

Todo el personal era genial, especialmente Francesca! Yo tenía el bollo sin gluten que era encantador, y mi compañero tenía la hamburguesa de pollo Messi que realmente disfrutó - complementos para el chef (hemos llegado a él en instagram, pero no ha visto nuestro mensaje, ¿alguien puede conseguir que lo compruebe?). También pensé que los cócteles eran geniales! Nuestro único problema fue que los nachos no estaban geniales y nos cobraron unos 5€ por una olla diminuta de guacamole que amargó la experiencia.
