Álvaro served us; he was very professional, attentive, and had a very pleasant manner. Frankly, we felt very comfortable.

Great place to have a drink, grab a snack before or after your canal boat ride. Antonio the wonderful gentleman at the host stand was very helpful and accommodating. There is an ADA bathroom on the ground level. The bar staff was also very good and attentive. Hopefully the Australian Michael is working, a great bartender. Manager came by said hello as well. Food is really good as well. Appetizer Plater is good.

Marta was amazing. Very attentive. Even put out food under heat lamp while we shopped I in the hard rock stores.

You'll find everyone from the Hard Rock Cafe, just like in the other stores of the group. Friendly welcome.

Fun meal at the Hard Rock Cafe! Cane for dinner as walk-ups on a rainy evening. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server Kate was friendly and attentive, our crilled chicken and pulled pork sandwiches were very tasty. And the decor was, as always, entertaining. A very nice meal. Thank you. We have been to Hard Rock Copenhagen and Hard Rock La Jolla in the past.

The atmosphere and food were very good. Reservations are recommended. One downside was the toilets! Really not clean! But that is probably more the fault of the tourists who don't know how to use a toilet.

I always visit a hard rock caffe everywhere I go and I like this one as well. My daughter went to the one in Lisbon, i ended up going to Poland, Prague and Amesterdam. It's nice to see the similarities and the differences between all of them. I always get a t-shirt or a hoodie for my kids.

Worst experience ever, I have tried Hard rocks around the world, this experience was the worst , a guy named Richard who served my table and when i asked him about the cheque, he was stalling( I dunno why) and he kept me waiting for almost 15min and get frustrated he was saying you are not the only table !!! He doesn’t want to show sorry , very rude and for sure it is my last time visiting hard rocks on Amsterdam

Stopped here for a quick bite and had a good time. I sat at the bar table, which offered quick service and the lively rock ‘n’ roll vibe surrounded by classic memorabilia. The drink and food were both good, and the setting and service made for a relaxing pause.

We had a drink and bought something here. The salesman (Oliver) was super friendly and gave us excellent advice. He was also very child-friendly and recommended that we buy a Red Bull pin with the Hard Rock Cafe logo, which we did since it was a limited edition.

For my birthday this month, we were once again warmly welcomed by the hostess, who immediately took us to a table where Giovanni served us. As always, it was lovely to see him again and to be helped by him. He knows exactly what drinks we want. The dessert was brought while he got the whole place moving to sing for me. Giovanni, thank you for your ever-present hospitality.

Beautiful place, but the service and food was the worst I've ever had in my life, the server was super passive-aggressive when we ask about the food, I think it's normal for employees to know the menu but not for customers. The tomato on the salad was really bad, and the pork sandwich was cold, we didn't want to complain because we were tired of the attitude from Marta, she asked if we wanted to add a tip, obviously we didn't, the price were already too expensive. We came back because our previous experience were fine, but this one was super bad.

The three of us went to this Hard Rock Cafe and everything was great. The atmosphere was fantastic, with the music, and the staff and servers were all excellent. Plus, the food was very good. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I stopped here while riding the hop-on/hop-off bus. We both ordered burgers, which were the best we burgers we had eaten in years. There were cooked well and were very juicy. Our service was a little slow due to a worker calling in sick. Once we got service our server was great. I would recommend the burgers.

As with all the other Hard Rocks we've tried, it's a safe bet even for those with gluten intolerance. The service was excellent, fast, and very friendly. We felt welcomed, and the atmosphere, though busy, wasn't the least bit chaotic. I apologize again for the mix-up with the bill to Adrian, who was super kind!

We didn't eat, but we could easily have gotten a table. Our destination was the souvenir shop. We found some great Amsterdam Hard Rock T-shirts. Despite the crowds in the shop, the staff was particularly impressive. Everyone was very friendly, and we had a great chat with Oliver. He was kind, funny, and took the time to talk to us. Thanks!

What can I say? My family and I have eaten at Hard Rock restaurants around the world. The food is good, as per their standards, and the staff is very friendly.

We stopped in after a visit to the Rijksmuseum. The staff were super welcoming, helpful, and kind. For us Italians, eating an eggplant parmigiana sandwich was truly priceless. Lunch for three. Try the Nonna's Burger...truly top-notch.

Definitely worth a visit for fans of (hard rock) music. Upstairs you also have a lovely view of one of Amsterdam's canals. Super friendly staff. Delicious food.

Upon arrival, you have to check in and you will be given a spot. We sat outside in the lovely sunshine. You could also enjoy watching the boats there. We had a delicious meal and drinks there. Friendly staff!

My first time at a Hard Rock Cafe. The waitress was very friendly but she had to do too many tables on her own, which made her appear to be very stressed. My food was there very quickly, even before my drink had arrived. I'd rather have my drink before my food, but oh well. I wanted to get some dessert, but the waitress seemed to forget about me as she had too many other tables to serve. And on top of that, one of the other waiters was very rude and mean to our waitress, which put a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Be kind to your workers and colleagues, without them you'd be nowhere :)

A great little menu, but excellent. The food is high-quality, delicious, and lovingly prepared. The service is fantastic and incredibly attentive. They ask about allergies and offer alternatives! The location is also perfect, as it's a bit away from the hustle and bustle, allowing you to finally unwind and relax.

We stopped by for coffee in the afternoon. The drinks were okay. Unfortunately, we found the tables to be sticky and not clean. The glasses and cups weren't entirely clean either. This is a real shame, as we're used to a high standard at Hard Rock Cafes. The waiter, however, was very friendly and attentive.

We visited the Hard Rock Cafe in Amsterdam in the evening and all three of us were thoroughly impressed. The cafe/restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. We had reserved a table online in advance, so we didn't have to wait long (less than 10 minutes). Upon arriving at our table, we were warmly welcomed by the server, who immediately offered us some recommendations. We opted for delicious cocktails, a sharing platter of appetizers, and the three of us all ordered the spare ribs. The food was absolutely delicious, the ribs were incredibly tender, and the drinks were excellent as well. The atmosphere is very inviting and decorated exactly as you would expect from a Hard Rock Cafe, with pictures of rock legends on the walls, leather jackets, and guitars. The Hard Rock Shop is located right inside the cafe, so you can pick up a nice T-shirt, a sweater, glasses, and much more as a souvenir or a gift for your loved ones. Furthermore, it's worth highlighting that the café is located directly on the canal and has a small jetty (like a terrace) leading out onto it, allowing you to watch the boats (on the canals) or simply soak in the view and enjoy it! We'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve been to the Hard Rock Cafe Amsterdam many times, but this visit was by far the best thanks to Luis. He was the best waiter we’ve ever had! Luis was incredibly friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food and drinks arrived quickly, he checked in on us at just the right times, and his positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. We’ve visited many times over the years, but we’ve never had such outstanding service. Luis truly went above and beyond, and he’s a real credit to the Hard Rock Cafe team. Thank you, Luis, for making our visit so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

I'm giving the food four stars, simply because the menu hasn't changed much over the years. However, what we ate was really very good. The burger was out of this world. I had the fajitas, which were also very good, but they could have been a little spicier. What's really interesting about coming here is that it's one of the oldest Hard Rock stores, and there are lots of memorabilia from different artists. They still have the famous drinks with a high alcohol content, and you can take your glass home as a souvenir.

We tried to look for a T-shirt, but it costs 37 Euros.

We found a place in the bar with a very very nice servant. We really enjoyed it, amazing.

There is no life in the furniture

The menu is the classic Hard Rock Cafe restaurant menu across Europe, but the location is particularly beautiful due to the view from the windows overlooking the Amsterdam canals, so we recommend booking a table with a view. Friendly staff and excellent service, and the food arrived promptly.

Today we ate at a Hard Rock Cafe again, this time in Amsterdam. We were served by Giovanni. The service was absolutely top-notch. We received excellent advice. The restaurant is located right on the Singel canal. We had a table with a view of the canal. So, if you want to eat very well in a beautiful setting, you should definitely visit the Hard Rock Cafe in Amsterdam.

I recently visited Amsterdam with my friends, and we couldn't miss the chance to stop by the Hard Rock Cafe. We received a fantastic welcome from the host, Giorgia, who greeted us with a smile and kindly escorted us to our table, making us feel at home from the very beginning. The food was excellent, as always, and the atmosphere was exactly what you'd expect from a Hard Rock Cafe: great music, an amazing vibe, and incredible memorabilia all around. A special mention also goes to our server, Davide, who looked after us throughout the evening. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely funny, making our dinner even more enjoyable. It was a truly memorable experience, and we'll definitely be back!

Need a reservation to sit inside, but outdoor is free seating. Aly was our waitress and she was the absolute best! We had the fab four appetizer dish and each every thing hit the mark for us. Sauces were out of this world too. Food was top notch. This is definitely a great stop in Amsterdam!

Busy and very slow to seat us, even though we did arrive on time for our reservation. Food and service was very good, even though restaurant was very busy. Unfortunately saw two people fall on the stairs by the entrance within an hour, one elderly person quite badly. Recommend the restaurant take a look at that.

The food and drinks were tasty, and the portions were generous. The lively atmosphere and unique decor made the visit even more enjoyable. Very disappointing experience. We wanted to sit inside, and there were clearly plenty of empty tables available. However, the hostess seemed to have trouble using the reservation system and seated us outside instead. When we asked if we could sit inside, she told us it was full, which was clearly not true. To make matters worse, we were given a broken table outside that kept wobbling. We asked another waitress if we could move inside, and she immediately said it was no problem. Strangely, even though there were many nice tables available, we were seated at one of the worst spots. The service only got worse. We ordered four burgers, but only two arrived. It turned out the other two had never even been prepared, so half of our group had to wait another 25 minutes for their food. The staff was not apologetic or friendly, which made the situation even more frustrating. The food itself was mediocre, and the drinks were overpriced. I paid €12 for what was basically water. Overall, this was a very poor experience with bad service, poor organization, and disappointing food. I would not recommend this Hard Rock Cafe.

Martha! What can I say .. absolute angel. So attentive and kind and thoughtful. Food was great and as where the cocktails but what really set it apart was my server Martha! Asked me where I’m from, knew there was a hard rock in my city and was excited it was still open. She clearly loves the hard rock brand and it shows in her care for the customers! Im only in Amsterdam for a few days but she has made an impact

They don't need any guests... What a shame, we were really looking forward to it.

The staff is extremely friendly. They even ask about dietary restrictions and escort you to your table, etc. The food is delicious and fresh. The ambiance with its view of the canal is beautiful. The music is quite loud, making conversation difficult. However, the state of the restroom is completely unacceptable. We have never encountered such a filthy restroom in a restaurant. We had made a reservation in advance, so there was no wait. We paid a total of €90 for three dishes with refillable soft drinks. Conclusion: It's an option, but not a must-visit.

As always in a Hard Rock, great atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service.
