The staff are extremely rude, indifferent and aggressive. Customers are shouting and behaving rudely, to the point of disturbing other diners.

The food was really great and big quantity. But the highlight is the service, the guy was very nice and helpful!

We thought it was going to be a typical tourist spot, but we were surprised by the quality of the food—everything was delicious, very American-style, and reasonably priced.

Este lugar era horrible. Llegué antes de que estuviera ocupado y ambos servidores estaban completamente intoxicados. El personal era muy grosero con cualquiera que entraba. Si estuviste allí y te atendieron, fuiste extra desafortunado ya que no podías irte hasta que pagaste obviamente, pero nunca he visto dos servidores que no quieran hacer más su trabajo. Yo absolutamente nunca recomendaría este lugar. Tanto es así, que volví a descargar esta aplicación solo para publicar una reseña porque quiero asegurarme de que otros no se metan en esta situación. La comida era promedio en el mejor de los casos. Guarda tu dinero para otro lugar. Sinceramente, no tengo nada positivo que decir.

Hi Chef, The steak sandwich was absolutely delicious – the meat was tender and had a wonderful flavor. I ate it with great pleasure! However, the portion was quite large for me, so I couldn’t finish it all. I ate the meat because it was perfect, but some of the food remained on the plate. Maybe reducing the portions a little bit would help reduce waste – just a suggestion :) Thank you so much for the wonderful food and your effort. It was a truly satisfying and enjoyable meal! The food is just the lowest quality possible. Can't recommend it at all. It's a tourist trap.

Nobody really knows where to stop to eat in Amsterdam unless you have familiarity with the city. As luck would have it, I stopped in because I was hungry and thirsty. I settled for the hamburger and it turned out to be fantastic. The beer was cold, the burger was great, and the service was prompt and pleasant.

Very good restaurant with affordable prices in Amsterdam! At least you eat at the table and the chardonnay is very good!! And what's more, they serve Guinness!!

food well cooked bit small serving meal not to badly priced drinks expensive we paid 75 euro for 2 steak 1 small draft beer and a gin and tonic was shocked at bill never mind .came here 5 years ago and it was then amazing and good value

Among the streets that you have to get lost and see souvenirs, specialized shops of sex and drugs and cheeses...and...it was on the weekend of William the King's Birthday...there was a big party with disorder and a lot...a lot of people...and...we had the opportunity to go to GRizzly...the food was almost good as was the beer and the prices...The same is true in there also partying...I recommend it..

I had the chance to enjoy both dinner and breakfast here. Both were delicious in their own way. I highly recommend it.

Grizzly is an excellent sports bar with all kinds of channels from F1 and football to golf, everything can be seen there. I loved the food, my favorite was the burger with fries. A top restaurant in Amsterdam

Exceptional service and great food

The food is good , we eat hamburger and chicken and fries . The services is fast and friendly , the location is in the center and you have the possibility have a ‘’window’’ on the street . It is quiet and comfortable . It is not soo cheap .

Beef steak sandwich was really nice, meat was cooked and seasoned well. Nachos were average, the chips got soggy really easily, so kinda lacked the crispy bite. But flavours in general was pretty nice. Sadly the diner seats were so badly arranged, it was quite uncomfortable to sit for long.

The best wet ribs I’ve had in my life. The meat pulled off of the bone easy, was both tender and firm, and had a delicious tangy sauce cooked down caking the ribs perfectly. I know that bbq sauce is a matter of personal taste, this sauce was barely sweet at all, tangy and slightly smoky. I found it perfect.

Fab pit stop on a wet Monday before leaving for our ferry transfer. The guy serving was efficient, friendly and informative.

Really nice steaks, we asked for rare, not quite sure they were rare but they were still delicious. Small cosy restaurant/bar. TV’s showing the football. Close to other bars and the Red Light District.

Arrogant waitress charged me with 3 beers, I took 2 but I asked her twice for the second because it took a long time! The food very good! The ribs I recommend but check your invoices!

The bar looks really cool for a sports bar, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired. We had fish & chips (very few fries, you could see the plate under the fries) and a mixed salad with chicken. The mixed salad consisted of carelessly served, slightly wilted leaves, onions, cold mini potatoes and chicken that looked as if it had just been put in the microwave from the supermarket. As soon as we were finished and the food was brought out, we asked if it was too much, which we said no. We said that the salad didn't taste good, whereupon the waitress took it and said that she would pass it on to the kitchen but that she found it tasty. She then stood behind the counter singing and we had to pay a whopping €45.50 for that. At least they could have accommodated us a little and not responded so snippily to criticism. No recommendation for food…

Fútbol Premier League en varias pantallas para que puedas ver el partido que quieras. Lo único malo de eso fue que los televisores al estar tan arriba te ponen el cuello un poco... Hamburguesa de pollo era increíble. El personal era amable y en general un lugar cómodo para el almuerzo

Gran servicio, comida, ambiente y decoración de interiores. Muy acogedor y limpio. Las costillas fueron las mejores que tuve en mi viaje de cuatro lugares diferentes.

L’ambiance est sympa. Le fish and chips & la salade au poulet étaient bons. Néanmoins la salade superfood nous a été servie sans fromage de chèvre; ce qui l’a rendait très peu goûtue. Le serveur nous a fait un petit discount pour compenser ce manque par contre.

Ordered chicken strips, which are spicy but that's not detailed on the menu and onion rings. I know they are fried, but they are way too greasy and I ate maybe 5 bites. Prices wasn't bad though. So there's that. Nice service and atmosphere

Husband is a rubbish cook and the wife breathes on your toast sausages were tiny eggs were quite dropped on plate beans was piping hot toast folded in half tomato was perfect tho great place highly recommend be back again..........been on my mind this place I'm actually still fuming my pint was more eggy than an actual egg my beans are still warm no doubt and one last thing the step and door is at a funny angle and a little slippy but met with a massive puddle atmosphere has also gone from a 3 to a 2

The server did not provide a fork or knife to our table. I received it only after I went and questioned it. He apologized properly, even if it was really a mistake.

Was a little worried about this being a tourist trap by the location at first but the food was great and a nice atmosphere served by a guy on his first day and he was doing really well! Friendly good food and not overpriced :)

We had the steak sandwich which was absolutely fantastic! A full demi baguette stuffed with salad, pickles, sauce, cheese and tonnes of steak. It didnt even taste fried, it melted in the mouth so much it must have been braised 🤤🤤

Mixed experience at Grizzly American Restaurant. After a long day of strolling through Amsterdam we ended up at Grizzly American Restaurant around 4 o'clock. We received a friendly welcome, but the table we were first assigned was not ideal. The window seats were low and stuck to the ground, which wasn't very comfortable, especially for my parents. Fortunately, we were able to sit at another table at the back of the restaurant. We ordered a delicious appetizer with [enter the contents of the appetizer here], nachos with melted cheese, guacamole and salsa, and of course something to drink. My mother and I shared a bottle of Viña Baroja Rioja Crianza, an excellent red wine that - unfortunately - paired perfectly with the disappointing nachos. My father had a Heineken beer and my partner a Radler 2.0. Unfortunately, the nachos were a major disappointment. The cheese was already completely hard when the dish was brought to the table, which is really not the case with nachos. The guacamole and salsa were also inedible. Fortunately, the appetizers were okay, but there is little to spoil. Despite the disappointing nachos, we really appreciated the cozy atmosphere in Grizzly American Restaurant. The service was friendly and attentive, and we felt welcome. Overall a mixed experience

The staff is very unfriendly, I would even say rude. They added potatoes to our bill, which we did not order. There was also no coffee (how is this possible in the center of Amsterdam) and eggs, so all egg dishes were unavailable. The food we ordered was delicious, that's true.

La comida era mediocre en el mejor de los casos (la hamburguesa de pollo era una pechuga de pollo frita grasienta en un bollo blanco) , el servicio es malo . . . con suerte no necesitará nada después de que llegue su comida (que llegó rápidamente) porque puede que no lo consiga ... incluso después de preguntar varias veces. Ahorre tiempo y dinero y coma en cualquier otro lugar.

I've never had such a great burger in a restaurant. I had the pulled pork burger and it was incredibly tasty. Service was excellent, she visited us three times and brought fries and drinks. Really highly recommended.

Unbelievebly unpollite on the phone. I tried to call them, then i got yelled at and when i asked for clarefication (blaming them for ywlling at me) i got hung up. Never managed to make an order...

Visitamos este lugar una noche en nuestra visita a Amsterdam. Estaba muy ocupado, pero por suerte llegamos justo antes de que se volviera demasiado ocupado y logramos conseguir un asiento. Ambos tomamos las hamburguesas y un trago de Heineken. Las hamburguesas estaban excelentemente cocinadas y sabían muy bien. El ambiente era genial y era agradable solo para relajarse. Sin duda volvería a visitar Ámsterdam.
