Came to grizzly as my partner thought the atmosphere looked good from the outside. As soon as we walked in the barman was super friendly. We sat at the bar and ordered food and drinks, he was super knowledgeable about everything even though he was new to the job. The super nachos were delicious and the drinks were even better 😋

Freaking idiots... First at 9 PM kitchen they said it was closed. At 11 PM they said the bar qas closed, even thought bar was almoat full... Imbecils..

The beer is good, but I can't say the food is very good. The flavors could be improved. The seating is very small. The service is also quite slow.

Avoid at all costs. Visited here for dinner one night while on holiday. The older white haired gentleman who told us he was the manager was rude and obnoxious. In hindsight we shouldn’t have stayed for food. He kept coming over to our table and talking nonsense when we just wanted to have a quiet meal. The food was okay but the erratic behaviour of the said manager really made us feel uncomfortable and quite clearly he had been drinking. A shame as it’s a nice establishment. We won’t be back.

Had some drinks, bar service was good but we were bothered by a grey old drunk, loud and smelly man who sad worked there but was clearly not working. In fact the opposite, he was scaring people away. He seemed off. Ruined the ambiance so we didnt tip

Highly recommended. The service is 10/10, very friendly staff and great vibes. It’s very close to the street that takes you to Amsterdam Central Station, but much more relaxing without the noise of the main street. I had a burger that was delicious, with very fresh vegetables. I don’t normally write reviews, but this one definitely deserves it. My wife ordered the fish and chips and she loved it as well.

They seemed annoyed that we were going there for dinner. It really bothers me that in places where they're required to provide glasses of water, especially for children, they tell you no, it has to be a bottle, which costs no less than 5 or 6 euros. The ribs were just plain good.

El personal era brillante. Tener una broma con nosotros, darnos la bienvenida, hablar con los niños, dar consejos, etc. Aunque esto es un bar, la gente parecía estar allí para comer una hamburguesa. Los niños ( 11 y 14 ) fueron bienvenidos y no sentí que estuvieran fuera de lugar. 3 de nosotros comimos hamburguesa de ternera que todos coincidimos extremadamente bien. Comí hamburguesa de pollo que estaba bien. Extrañamente IT estaba hecho de pollo picado en una empanada. Mi pedido estaba mal la primera vez, así que esperé a la hamburguesa correcta. El personal estaba muy dispuesto a complacer. No pude evitar pensar que si esto fuera en Estados Unidos (sé que estamos en Amsterdam pero es IT temática estadounidense) ¡no nos habrían cobrado por la hamburguesa!

Locale tipico dove si può bere e mangiare bene . Il menù per la cena non è forse molto ampio ma tutti i piatti che abbiamo provato erano ottimi. In una zona molto turistica della città, consiglio questa soluzione.

Este lugar era horrible. Llegué antes de que estuviera ocupado y ambos servidores estaban completamente intoxicados. El personal era muy grosero con cualquiera que entraba. Si estuviste allí y te atendieron, fuiste extra desafortunado ya que no podías irte hasta que pagaste obviamente, pero nunca he visto dos servidores que no quieran hacer más su trabajo. Yo absolutamente nunca recomendaría este lugar. Tanto es así, que volví a descargar esta aplicación solo para publicar una reseña porque quiero asegurarme de que otros no se metan en esta situación. La comida era promedio en el mejor de los casos. Guarda tu dinero para otro lugar. Sinceramente, no tengo nada positivo que decir.

Hi Chef, The steak sandwich was absolutely delicious – the meat was tender and had a wonderful flavor. I ate it with great pleasure! However, the portion was quite large for me, so I couldn’t finish it all. I ate the meat because it was perfect, but some of the food remained on the plate. Nobody really knows where to stop to eat in Amsterdam unless you have familiarity with the city. As luck would have it, I stopped in because I was hungry and thirsty. I settled for the hamburger and it turned out to be fantastic. The beer was cold, the burger was great, and the service was prompt and pleasant.

food well cooked bit small serving meal not to badly priced drinks expensive we paid 75 euro for 2 steak 1 small draft beer and a gin and tonic was shocked at bill never mind .came here 5 years ago and it was then amazing and good value

Among the streets that you have to get lost and see souvenirs, specialized shops of sex and drugs and cheeses...and...it was on the weekend of William the King's Birthday...there was a big party with disorder and a lot...a lot of people...and...we had the opportunity to go to GRizzly...the food was almost good as was the beer and the prices...The same is true in there also partying...I recommend it..

Grizzly is an excellent sports bar with all kinds of channels from F1 and football to golf, everything can be seen there. I loved the food, my favorite was the burger with fries. A top restaurant in Amsterdam

The food is good , we eat hamburger and chicken and fries . The services is fast and friendly , the location is in the center and you have the possibility have a ‘’window’’ on the street . It is quiet and comfortable . It is not soo cheap .

Beef steak sandwich was really nice, meat was cooked and seasoned well. Nachos were average, the chips got soggy really easily, so kinda lacked the crispy bite. But flavours in general was pretty nice. Sadly the diner seats were so badly arranged, it was quite uncomfortable to sit for long.

The best wet ribs I’ve had in my life. The meat pulled off of the bone easy, was both tender and firm, and had a delicious tangy sauce cooked down caking the ribs perfectly. I know that bbq sauce is a matter of personal taste, this sauce was barely sweet at all, tangy and slightly smoky. I found it perfect.

Really nice steaks, we asked for rare, not quite sure they were rare but they were still delicious. Small cosy restaurant/bar. TV’s showing the football. Close to other bars and the Red Light District.

The bar looks really cool for a sports bar, but the service really leaves a lot to be desired. We had fish & chips (very few fries, you could see the plate under the fries) and a mixed salad with chicken. The mixed salad consisted of carelessly served, slightly wilted leaves, onions, cold mini potatoes and chicken that looked as if it had just been put in the microwave from the supermarket. As soon as we were finished and the food was brought out, we asked if it was too much, which we said no. We said that the salad didn't taste good, whereupon the waitress took it and said that she would pass it on to the kitchen but that she found it tasty. She then stood behind the counter singing and we had to pay a whopping €45.50 for that. At least they could have accommodated us a little and not responded so snippily to criticism. No recommendation for food…
