Azoura in Lage Zijde

I ate for the second time, it is a mini fast food very well developed with what consists of food is very delicious I always take extra portions to eat and at home, I recommend with confidence, it can also bring beer, airan for after dinner.

Unfortunately, the last time I ordered here, I ordered at 4:30 PM for 6:00 PM, which I think should be about an hour and a half. The food arrived at 7:50 PM after calling twice. Not even an apology, just a "busy, I'm busy." Well, that was our last order here.

Been coming here for years, always top guys, always baking with love, hard workers.

Ordered via Thuisbezorgd today at 17:20. Called around 18:50 to inquire about the status and was told that it was “almost ready” and that it was busy. That can happen, but by then we had already been waiting for more than 1.5 hours. Finally at 19:50, so 2.5 hours after ordering, still nothing received. When I called again, I was simply told that I “had better come pick it up myself” because it was busy. No apologies, no message, no form of service or communication whatsoever. After waiting so long and then receiving such a response, I find downright unprofessional and customer-unfriendly. If it is really that busy, let the customer know instead of making them wait for hours. This was a very disappointing experience and certainly not one I would repeat.

This was the first and last time. They said delivery time was 45 minutes, then you ordered and paid, and it took 1.5 hours, and after 1.5 hours, still nothing... I called and was told they were busy and the order still needed to be made. I had to wait two hours for a simple order without even ordering and paying, and then they told me it would be 1.5 hours or longer, because then I had the choice to order or not. Very poor service.

If you really want a tasty chicken doner sandwich! Then this is the place to be! The best in Alphen 😎 Don't want to wait too long? Then order and pick it up yourself!

The food is really delicious! We order kapsalon here very often. It is a shame, though, that it always takes a long time to be delivered. We usually call just after an hour to ask where it is. Usually, it's on its way by then.

I recently had a disappointing experience dining at Restaurant Azoura. What started as a promising evening ended in frustration and disappointment. First of all, the food. I placed my order three hours ago, and to my great surprise, it still hadn't arrived. In a time when customer service and efficiency are crucial, it is unacceptable to have to wait so long for a meal. Even after calling multiple times to inquire about my order, I received no clear answers. The staff seemed uninterested and rude. It seemed as if they didn't care about their customers. The atmosphere in the restaurant also did not contribute to the experience. Although the interior looked attractive, the inappropriate attitude of the staff made the whole thing unpleasant. Instead of a warm welcome and attentive service, we felt ignored and irritated. In short, Restaurant Azoura has a lot to learn regarding customer service and efficiency. Therefore, I cannot recommend this restaurant. There are plenty of other dining establishments that treat their customers better and provide a more pleasant experience.

Always great doner, ordered again today. The food arrived a bit late and was a bit cold, but we were given a replacement (without asking). Top-notch service!

Azoura, what can I say!? To start with the men were sea friendly, definitely a plus. I ordered a kapsalon chicken without cheese. It is listed online for 7.50, but I had to pay 9 euros, which is a bit of a downside. Anyway You get a serious amount of food for 9 euros, which is very nice for this fatty meal. After the first bite it turned out that the part would not have been possible without cheese, but it was included. Anyway, I'm not the most difficult person and I just keep eating. The meat is of excellent quality as are the fries, very pleasant. I kind of missed the thinness of the garlic sauce so it dripped everywhere. In addition, there was lettuce, but an addition of cucumber, tomato or onion was a bit missing. All in all, not a bad hair salon but room for improvement. Please note, you cannot pay by card here!!!

Very good quality food friendly certainly not too expensive.

Had to wait 2.5 hours for my order, in the end I received an incomplete order and the fries were hard and dry. Called them but treated them poorly, the phone was simply hung up. Never again!

Never again! Ordered food from this company today at 4:17 PM. Indicated for delivery at 6.45pm. Apparently 2.5 hours is not enough to prepare a normal average order, so I finally called at 7:05 PM. It was stated that delivery was delayed due to bad weather. It's strange that they delivered by car 25 minutes later than indicated. After delivery, 2 Turkish pizzas turned out to be missing cheese. We called about this and were treated in a very customer unfriendly manner and told that they already knew it was not included and without any apologies it was briefly stated that it would be included with the next delivery. The question of how long this would take was therefore not answered. 5 minutes later at 7.20 pm we received a call that it was busy and the question whether we wanted to wait or whether we wanted it included with our next order. That suited them better. Indicated that we wanted it ASAP and also asked again how long it would take. The response was that it would be there in 30 minutes. Finally, at 8:15 PM (4 hours after ordering) we received the Turkish pizzas we had ordered. It's a bit of a shame that these were reheated pizzas for the second time. All this without any apology or understanding/compensation means that we will never order food here again. 1 star is already too much.

I asked for a hair salon, will I get a shawarma dish, language barrier? you can't eat the shawarma afterwards, no, if you want to enjoy it, you really have to go to Ak-Al!

Delivery took a long time. The food was still very warm. And it was very tasty. Good quality, not too greasy, nice taste. In short, good to order dinner!

Bad thing. The food may be good, but they have never heard of service and customer friendliness... After waiting 2 hours, I contacted them only to be told: sorry, it's a bit of chaos, the order is almost ready and will arrive in less than half an hour...... Ps. Ordered a chicken doner sandwich. Sambal checked. You also get garlic on it. When you call them you get a big mouth that you should have added that you don't want garlic. When I asked if they wanted to send a new sandwich, I was told a flat NO. I asked if that was their service and she said yes. After my answer that the review would not be good, I received the answer: Too bad, that's what you have to do. In short, very poor service and was spoken to by a lady with a really big mouth. Can't recommend it to ANYONE. Once but never never again.

The food is super tasty. However, they have become slightly more expensive and delivery times can sometimes be long. But for the rest, great people and delicious food.
