Order #189084840 — Ordered delivery through your website and paid €60+ plus €3,45 delivery fee. After an hour (30 min past the promised time) I called and found out you don't have your own drivers and were waiting for an Uber driver to become available — but Uber won't pick up an order unless it's placed through their platform. The proposed solution was to place a separate Uber order (minimum spend €12,50 + delivery + service fee) so they'd combine it — which I'd have to pay for myself with no refund offered. Not acceptable. I ended up picking up the order myself, despite having paid for delivery. By the time we got home, the food was cold and portions felt smaller than usual. We did not eat the food in the end. To summarize: I paid delivery fees, waited over an hour, had to collect the order myself, and the food arrived cold — all due to your logistics setup. Very disappointing experience. Update: had contact with the owner. They fully understood and fixed the situation.

Do not eat here or order from this place. We ordered food here last Thursday. When we opened the box and started eating, we found a beetle in the food. Needless to say, this is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We contacted the store twice to ask for a refund or some kind of solution. On the phone, we were told to send an email and that a refund would be arranged, but we never received any response or refund. We also contacted the owner on LinkedIn, but received no reply there either. Finding an insect in your food is bad enough, but the complete lack of customer service makes it even worse. I would strongly advise others not to eat here. Don’t go eat here!

The quality of the food here varies a lot... there is no continuity and very little of it. I usually get something once every two weeks. Just picked up again. The food/ingredients were just dumped into the container this time, so not with any loving attention. At home, the carrots turn out really not tasty; old, watery, and tasteless. Apple Beetroot is almost impossible to find this time, perhaps. The apple certainly isn't there. Mega (too) much cottage cheese, no salad, little pasta and, again, tasteless and not very substantial. Really a shame again. Compared to the good quality at Bilderdijk, this branch can't match it. Frustrating as a resident of the Zuidas.

One star for the friendliness, but really no more. Picked up a Too Good to Go last night. This Back is highly rated on TGTG. Once I got home, I opened the container of food only to find the remnants of a veritable burning ritual. 2 out of 5 ingredients were almost completely burnt, and the pasta was also way too dry/burnt. Only a minimal amount of what wasn't burnt had been added. Yet another time Too Good to Go is being misused to sell inedible leftovers. If you fancy polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and developing cancer, by all means come eat here! Update: I have since been in contact with BACK (albeit at my initiative). I was assured that it was not their intention for the food to be handed over so burnt, but if you look at all the photos uploaded here in the reviews, it is actually the standard for food from BACK to be heavily burnt. Apparently, many people don't mind that either. Sorry, not sorry that I actually care about my health. Complaints about this BACK keep raining down, and have for many years, but what is being done about it? Absolutely nothing. I was offered two replacement salad containers, but from the Ceintuurbaan. It seems as if they don't believe themselves that BACK Zuidas can deliver better work. I found the salads—however nice the gesture was—not tasty. From now on, I'll just stick to SLA or Oliver Green.

Rice are not cooked or it is old . Rice Tough like stones . Very little portion of chicken Always says no tomatoes. But they do add tomato’s Today is 25 February 2026 16 .30 . Very disappointed . I won’t order again

Last Friday, I went here with my mother (who is in a wheelchair) to get takeout. Ibrahim and his colleague gave us a very friendly welcome. He even helped open the door when we left. The food was excellent, highly recommended!

I got a jacket potato and it was extremely tasty! I really enjoyed it, and the price was quite affordable for the amount I got. Ordering was easy and simple.

This time I ordered 2 meals but this time the chicken was verry dry(spicy twist) and the carrots were to long cooked en the pickels were verry sour for this price I expected a bit more and paid extra voor koriander no koriander

AGAIN i got the wrong sauce with my order! The food is nice but some sauces are so full of garlic you will taste it 3 days. And everytime i get those when i order something else… otherwise the food would get a 4

Purchased a surprise box at Too Good To Go , my first experience was good the content of the box is plenty and packed with all the ingredients of the day. So I say, I will buy on them again as the box seems reasonable. The person who made the box is different from the last one I had and she almost put nothing on the box! What a waste of 8€ it looks like a box that full of air! They were supposed to get rid of the leftover on that day but the girl who made my box wasn't like to let go of the leftover! Pretty annoying cause 8€ isn't a small money at all. The box is almost like a 1€ box! The one who made my surprise box is a young white girl with glasses from ZUIDAS branch.

Normally, I think BACK taste really good and while it is a little bit pricey, I indulge in the treat from time to time. It is a very convenient for lunch. However, today, marks my last day at BACK. This is because of the two containers of raw chicken laying on the counter, these containers were open. The kitchen was warm. And the roof flies everywhere. This seems like a health hazard and a violation. I’ll post the video.

Great salads, unfortunately I ordered take away, I requested half greens half rice, they forgot my greens and they charged me extra base 🤡 I dont live there, I was there for an appointment, so I was not going back to ask for the correct one

Should be good, but in reality not good at all. Overall quite expensive and may be good ingredients, but they simply push it all into a box and you get not a descent food, but a pressed mess of ingredients. Menu at the automatic cashmachine is missleading and unclear. At the end you need to basically re-invent all of your meal yourself as there is nothing properly pre-set. So you become a cook to assemble your dish instead of getting what you choose to order from the menu. But this is not as crucial as low food quality at the end

Anyone who blesses me with extra avocado deserves 5 stars. You made my evening. I usually order with back as well, and for someone who enjoys a fit lifestyle the food is great. If you want to order something, go for the Mexicano. It never disappoints, unless the rice is undercooked. Happens to the best of us.

BACK is hands down one of my easy go to options! The menu is packed with fresh, flavorful options. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and it feels good knowing you’re eating something that’s both delicious and nutritious. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the staff is friendly and happy to help with recommendations. It’s my perfect place for a quick, guilt-free meal that leaves me feeling great. This place used to be great. Now incredibly long waiting times for what is supposed to be a takeaway. Food used to be of great quality – this standard has also dropped and now frequently ingredients are missing / the same standard of care is not applied. Sad as it used to be one of my favourite places at Zuid As. Will avoid going forward.

Some reviews said to check the order before leaving, I didn’t. They didn’t add the chicken to My order. This is not ok…

some morons works there.i an a regular client.its not possible to go there everyday because of pressure and weather.thats y ordered through Uber eats.and i saw 5 riders accepted the order and cancelling continuously just because they are saying they are gonna make the order after 20 minutes and its almost 1.30 hours.if you don't think who orders online are not your clients.than stop delivering.stop online services or just hire some more people to work.never gonna order or eat from you guys.

I visited the one in Den Haag regularly until it closed down. The Mexicano box is what I get whenever I’m craving chicken that’s not fried and it’s the most convenient and suitable option for that specific craving. The curried cauliflower is also great. However at times they have new employees doing a practice round (I am guessing) and they don’t really check the quality. When this happens I might receive cauliflowers and avocados that are barely cut. It is ok to let new employees learn, but hopefully yall can double-check when there are new people filling boxes. I like ordering on the machines. Good decision.

I'm a regular visitor there - the food is really good and the portions are of decent size, especially if you add some additional (extra paid unfortunately) ingredients. Be sure to check your order before leaving, as it is not that rare, that the mentioned extra paid ingredients are missed and not added. Also - what is most annoying, the size of the portions is inconsistent and depends on the people, who are currently on shift there. The usual staff would fill their take away box to the top, but sometimes, when there are different people on shift (temporary replacement for holiday maybe?) you get half of the usual portion.

The food is good when you receive it. We order from work every week, but it never goes well! Delivery people can't do anything about it, that's bad. There is always something missing that means one of the colleagues has no food and they are never reachable. Exhausting.

Advise you to not order the soup. The food was good but the soup was salty and the soup portion was very small for €7,15

I advise you to check your orders before leaving. Unfortunately I did not do it and they missed half of my order. They did not include bulgur and sesame seeds either, in this way this was a very poor lunch.

Takes forever, soggy food and often forget your extra's

My partner contracted the worst bout of food poisoning after ordering from Back Zuidas on 28/07. The chicken must’ve either been undercooked, or handled without proper care for hygiene protocols. We will both be avoiding this place entirely.

It was the first time we ate at a Poke and I was pleasantly surprised. The Mexican bowl was very good, I recommend it! As for the service, I have no complaints, very friendly, wonderful

We got takeaway for dinner and it was so fresh and delicious! We both did a build your own bowl with chicken and all of the toppings were great. Highly recommend the curried cauliflower.

We ordered the tantoe tofu and cottage chicken. The servings were fair for the price. The chicken was nice, crispy, and overall the meal tasted good with the sides. However, the tofu meal was absolutely disgusting. The grilled veggies and the tofu were oversalted as if they were brined in soy sauce for weeks. My girlfriend still has a headache from all the salt a day later and thought it was the worst dish she has ever had. I, personally, like salt and still think it was inedible. We actually tried mixing the two dishes to try balancing out the saltiness with the cottage cheese from my dish and every time i had a bite of tofu or grilled veggie it just tasted like salt was poured in my mouth. For a brand that labels themselves as “healthy” this is absolutely unacceptable. If you go there be very careful as to what you order.

A good healthy option in the mid of all the unhealthy food that’s available

First time orderinh from this place. I made my own bowl with rice, salmon, broccoli, sweet potatoes and peppers. Everything was fresh, salmon was cooked perfectly, the soy garlic sauce went great with the combination. Definately recommend it for a quick healthy lunch:)
