BackWerk in Centrum

Poorly filled sandwiches compared to other branches. Sauce was missing (didn't taste it), tomato was present, but otherwise minimal. The sandwich itself was well-baked. Not recommended because the fillings are mediocre. Otherwise, the staff is friendly. Only card payments are accepted. In short, not recommended for various reasons.

Searched for breakfast restaurant in google maps, nothing could be further from the truth

I had a filet americano sandwich with egg. The filet americano was spread so thinly you couldn't even taste it. It had plenty of egg, but definitely not worth €4.50. I ate it on the train, so going back to the store wasn't an option.

Always good food and fast service for people in a hurry

Delicious sandwiches, plenty of variety and stock. Always something to choose from, and the service is quick. They're helpful and ask if I'd like something to drink.

Very rude woman in counter. Could not even open her mouth to tell me to pay in the next machine. Was just tapping on the desk like u tell a dog.

Very poor service, a sandwich shop that does not take special wishes into account and making a vegetarian sandwich in a few minutes is not an option..

Very bad service. There were only 5 sandwiches on the counter, I asked the employee if she could make a vegetarian option for me because there were only meat options. She indicated that she did not want to do this and that I should just get what was left. I indicated that I was not allowed to have this then she raised her voice and I was shocked. I am very disappointed with this service, I love your sandwiches but I will not come here again!
