Dunkin' in Centrum

What a disappointment! Last Monday, I ordered donuts from this kiosk. We looked in the display case, which seemed quite empty, but on the screen where we ordered, almost everything was still available. After ordering, the girl called out to us that some donuts were no longer available. So we told her that everything on the screen was still available. The girl replied, "Yes, we have a new system." That's complete nonsense, because these ordering kiosks have been there for ages. And then suddenly you've ordered eight donuts, but there's only a few to choose from... We asked if we could get a refund. The only way to get a refund was to write my IBAN number on the receipt and leave it there. Of course, there was the risk that it wouldn't be used or the receipt would get lost, leaving you with no leg to stand on. Ultimately, I took the donuts, but you won't see me here again. Also, a tip for people reading these reviews: first check the display case to see if the flavors you want are actually there!

Delicious donuts, especially the filled ones, yum. Unfortunately, the place looks a bit dark. The presentation could be better.

On friday 21st of may 2024 just 6pm i went buy to buy some dunkin donuts but the lady on duty ignored me for almost 5 minutes while on her phone chatting and smiling.. she refused to tell her name because i told her i will report

On Friday may around 5 pm, I was at dunking donuts Arnhem, the sales girl was so young and rude to the customers, she was so addicted to her phone, and has no sense of humour, please she’s not supposed to be there. She must be sacked.

This shop doesn't have much of an atmosphere because there are no seats. Staff are often on their phones because they have nothing to do. The food is good, though.

I went last night to get some glazed donuts and I didn’t regret it. The worker was super nice, but was visibly shaken up by the cold. She still helped me a two young ladies very well. 10/10 for her effort

Not recommended. It's mid-October and the entire Dunkin' booth is full of wasps. Not just a few, but at least a hundred. They're perched on the donuts in the display case, and when people take donuts from the cart, another swarm comes out. It's time they fixed that; you can't do that to your staff and customers. NVWA, feel free to pay a visit.

In the heart of the city center, it's a small stall with a wide variety of donuts, each looking incredibly tempting. I opted for the Oreo Donut. I would give it one star less, but that's only because I'm not much of a donut person.

My nephew: "If I had to give Dunkin' Donuts stars, they would get five stars." Here you go!

Order in Dutch, German or English at terminals with card payment. Very tasty coffee (cold and warm) for €2.50, very fair!

Comme un petit kiosque en plein centre ville, vendeuse très courtoise Agreablement surprises, Beaucoup de variété pour un si petit magasin. Donuts vegan que 2 parfum Parcontre mais délicieux. Bref... j'adore cette franchise.

Order placed. Were able to pick up the donuts at 8:00 PM. Once there, I was told that all orders had been canceled and that you had received a message about this. Unfortunately that was not the case with us. No donuts, but paid. Customer service was not available. The employees tried to solve it. Hopefully get your money back soon!

Prima donuts, in de zomer per stuk verpakt. Slim om ongedierte tegen te houden. Handig bestellen via bestelzuil.

Leuk en lief personeel! En de donuts zijn heerlie de peerlie!

Donut's zijn niet al te groot maar wel fors geladen. Koffiemachine of de bonen er klopt iets niet, temperatuur was goed. Bij deze prijzen verwacht je ook bijpassend personeel, er loopt er eentje met potentie maar die kan beter gaan werken waar je wel gemotiveerd wordt.

Lekkere donuts, maar niet bepaald goedkoop. Gelukkig zit Dunkin' ook op TooGoodToGo ;) Alleen een beetje jammer dat de donuts tegenwoordig allemaal individueel verpakt zijn..

Zowie zo al erg dat je niet kan betalen met geld dan ben ik er al klaar mee.willen je verpicht laaten pinnen .dan haal ik mijn donut wel bij hoogvliet of aldi ook erg lekker

Donuts and ice coffee are yummy. They use cold brew for the ice coffee which gives it a nice flavor, be warned if you have syrup it’s extremely sweet. Recently they halved the size of the ice coffee and charge the same price. Easily the most expensive in Arnhem and not really worth it any more for that price.

Superlekkere donuts, heel veel keuze. Heerlijke koffie op een centrale plek in hartje Arnhem. En twee lieve, vriendelijke meiden achter de toonbank. Top.

Super veel vegan donuts. Wisselend aanbod en ontzettend lekker. Nog nooit problemen gehad met service.

Personeel kijk niet naar de klant maar zegt dan naar 2 minuten je kan bestellen via de tablet aan de zijkant en als je om een bon vraagt kijken ze je raar aan

Jonge dame werkt zonder handschoenen wat in deze tijd niet gangbaar is. Ik vond het niet smakelijk uitzien. Ze pakte alles met een servet op die overal langs ging Dames achterin die bij koffie staan erg slome tempo om bakje koffie te vullen. Verder vind ik de koffie van Dunkin de allerlekkerste. Donuts zijn niet bijzonder. Personeel mag zeker vriendelijker.

Great service fast and kind staff, young and willing to work hard since the morning of the work day. Location is great and the shop can be seen from far away.

Gewoon heerlijke en verse donuts, maar dan leuk ingepakt en overhandigd met een glimlach :-)

Eerst 10 minuten laten wachten en daarna vertellen dat je alleen kunt bestellen bij de tablet...
