Chai latte €5.60. Cup only 70% full. The chai latte was the worst, most tasteless we've ever had. And for that price... Too bad the Starbucks was only accessible outside the train station.

We went to pick up a chicken panini on Saturday morning, August 8, around 11:00 AM. We were served by a blonde girl with long hair in a ponytail. I asked if I could get a sauce with my panini, and she said very snappily, "Yes, but you have to pay for that." I said, "That doesn't matter." She paid little attention to us as customers because she was more interested in the story her colleague had to tell her; what she had to say in her private story was apparently more important than the customer (very unfriendly, I must say). The paninis were not warm, the chicken was still very cold, and the sauce was just dumped on top. Too bad for the owner, who puts a lot of energy and enjoyment into this, but I will never come back here again. We wanted to report this for the owner anyway. T & R

I don't know what people are complaining about, but great service, tasty food, and very sweet staff.

Ordered a Toogoodtogo package. Had to wait half an hour because the store was closed. The employee showed no understanding whatsoever, no explanation as to why they were closed. The employee was supposed to process the refund, but nothing came of it. It's only €4.99, but still. What a waste.

Good food, but busy, and most seating areas with tables were dirty. Some employees worked without gloves while preparing sandwiches. A point for attention regarding hygiene: no glove changes or alcohol cleaning after handling cash - then immediately continued preparing sandwiches.

Very bad experience at Bakker Bart on Koningstraat in Arnhem. The owner didn't even know how to prepare the breakfasts and spoke to us in a sweatpants in an unfriendly, rude manner. When we mentioned this, he reacted rudely and cheekily. We also had to pay first before the breakfast was prepared at all. When we pointed out that a Bakker Bart breakfast doesn't normally look like this, he made a big fuss and said: “Apparently you never come here.” That is completely untrue, because the three of us have breakfast almost daily at Bakker Bart in Presikhaaf, where everything is always excellently organized. However, this owner had an arrogant attitude and completely trashed us. Because of his behavior, we wanted to return the order, but according to him, that was not possible. To top it all off, he was also bragging about his three branches. For us, this was a terrible experience. Despite our large Bakker Bart breakfast, we also received a small cappuccino instead of a large one. We will never return to Bakker Bart Arnhem Centrum, and I am only just reading on Google now that this branch doesn't score well, which I completely understand already :)

The staff are incredibly unfriendly. They talk about you behind your back and provide false information. Not very nice.

The people working thought we couldn't speak Dutch, helped two customers who came in later first, and started gossiping that if we kept waiting to be served any longer, they would make us wait even longer. I visit Bart often, but this is by far the worst location.

The bread was gone, so I had a double-thick toastie without bread and double-thick.

Placed an order with the entire nursing department at Rijnstate at 12:00. Everything seemed to be going well, until 10 minutes before the order was supposed to be delivered. I suddenly received a text message saying the order had been 'cancelled'. The store was apparently too busy, so our order was just cancelled. Goodbye break and no lunch today :)

Unfortunately, I had a less-than-perfect experience at Bakker Bart, even though I always enjoy going there. Next time, I'll try a different location. The bread was overbaked, and the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly.

By service, I also mean the hygiene of the restroom: appalling and far below par. So dirty! And I'm not even talking about the fact that it wasn't cleaned yesterday. Embarrassingly filthy!

Found the Bakker Bart Knabbelstengel interesting and opted to try one while on the go. Tasted somewhat fresh and was alright in general, good for what it is and what it costs. However, I found it both weird and interesting that the worker just grabbed the Knabbelstengel itself directly with his own bare hands, no gloves, no tool or anything. Quite unsanitary and I’ve never experienced that in a bakery in a country before, would likely not go here again.

Tasty food, the bread is always fresh, and the coffee is tasty also, very good for fast breakfast, or take away sandwiches.

I bought three rolls here this afternoon, including a sausage roll. When I got home from the holiday park, I ate them. The sausage roll was very dry (it fell apart). Afterward, it turned out that the meat in the sausage roll was completely moldy.

A small, uninviting location, but the bread is delicious, as at any Bakker Bart. I was here for the first time. Lots of people were waiting for sandwiches, which always takes a while, of course. So, when I had to grab something next to me, I asked a slightly older employee if I could pay for a pre-made bag of buns. I received a very unfriendly look and a sharp remark that I could just wait in line, because everyone was waiting. I've never experienced such unfriendly staff at a Bakker Bart location. A little later, staff did come and help me in between. But for me, that was it at this location.

I went here for dinner and waited half an hour. My panini ended up being burnt, which happens. Then they made another one, and the cheese wasn't even melted. I'm never coming back!

I've been there twice, and unfortunately, both times I had a bad experience. My headscarf-wearing wife clearly felt she was being treated differently than other customers. The staff were unfriendly, no smiles, and my order was incorrect. The tables were also very dirty. There's discrimination and little respect. It's a shame!

On a beautiful Sunday morning, these four hungover hard-working students wanted to enjoy a panini sandwich from, yes, Bakker Bart. We placed our order at 12:47 and finally got it at 14:00. It took more than an HOUR. We tried to get some explanation at Bakker Bart, where we got two girls on the phone with completely different stories. All in all, extremely disappointing. Whether the catalyst for the problem lies with Bakker Bart or Thuisbezorgd. One thing is certain. Bakker Bart has been written off.

The sandwiches from the branch on the Koningstraat in Arnhem are not tasty at all. You will receive a sandwich with sauce rather than bread with content. The staff is also unfriendly!

I've been coming there for years to get my lunch. The store looks neat and the staff is friendly.

Extremely unmotivated staff. They look grumpy and give the non-verbal impression that they absolutely do not want to be here. It feels like you are bothering them when you place an order. Furthermore, the sandwiches were bland and not warm enough.

I have never been treated so rudely by the ladies (girls) who work here. First of all, no customer service at all. Customers (for me) are snubbed. Because I said something about this to my wife, people talked about this behind the counter and with eye gestures and rolling eyes they shared their dissatisfaction with my comment. When leaving the store, a tss gesture was also made and more or less looked out of the store. I've been getting my sandwiches from you every now and then for years, but staff who seem to have so little interest, the one in charge is the worst himself, snapping and rude to customers, doesn't seem like a good calling card for your business. I will never return to this branch again.

They are never actually open on time and when they are open they are not even ready yet and you are quietly asked if you can come back in half an hour, as if you as a customer have nothing better to do. If your website states that you are open at a certain time, you should be open at that time and ready to receive customers, and they never actually are here. This is very irritating.

My child is hurt by the chairs on the terrace because they have protruding metal parts. Ordered a sausage roll with coffee. Although the bun was warm, it was not crispy at all. This was brought to the attention of an employee, but she said, a bit testily, that a sausage roll should be soft. Our sandwiches were prepared by a young man without wearing gloves, we did not accept that but we were not grateful for it, we still received what we had ordered from another employee wearing gloves, but it was not very friendly at all. Last Monday I thought I would have a nice lunch with a friend, well I couldn't have been helped more unfriendly by the gentleman, just rude and poorly invested and then paying 8.50 euros for a (pistol) and even more brutal reactions, no gloves on, no work clothes from the gentleman who helped me, from now on there will no longer be a bakery bar for me when the gentleman is at work, from now on I will wait until the friendly girls are there and otherwise never again a bakery bar unfortunately

Extremely unfriendly staff. They stand behind the counter with a terribly grumpy face and absolutely everything is too much to ask. When I asked for something, the saleswoman just rolled her eyes. This is really not possible! And when another lady asked what was in a certain salad, they simply said: well, just salad... What a mockery.

This was NOT!!! What unfriendly service! I think the saleswomen have forgotten that their customers pay their monthly wages. And when we asked if the saleswoman would like to be there, we were promptly told NO. The food was ok, but the panini cooled down quickly, maybe 15 seconds longer in the machine. So better eat somewhere else than in this cool atmosphere.

Unfriendly staff, sandwiches are heated in the microwave and are therefore completely soft... I'm generally used to better things from Bakker Bart... Update: Bakker Bart says nicely that they want to solve the problem, but if you haven't heard anything after 3 weeks after you sent an email, it seems high to me!

Why does the person making the sandwiches wear gloves? when she then also handles the money/cash register, cards, screen, etc.... and then goes back to the toppings??? Lekkere plek om hapje te eten of bakkie koffie met wat lekkers te doen. Broodjes bar aanwezig waar ze vers belegde broodjes voor je bereiden. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime keuze aan brood/broodjes en andere lekkernijen. Zitplaatsen binnen en buiten terras aanwezig. Koffie ook zeer goed en 2 de bakkie gratis.

Verrand goede ervaring. Tweede kopje koffie is gratis, waar vind je dat nog!?

De sausijs bleek in de magnetron te worden verwarmd. Nog nooit meegemaakt. Effect:brrrrr Zo jammer dit eerste en laatste bezoek.

We stooped to eat something fast. Took the bacon sandwich which was super tasty and big and visited the whole city without feeling hungry during the day.

Nette en schone winkel. Wordt altijd netjes geholpen en zelfs als het druk is ben je al gauw aan de beurt. De prijzen liggen wat hoger, maar wat mij betreft is dat het zeker waard.
