A complete rip-off! They don't mention prices, they reheat things in the microwave, and everything is really bad. 14 euros for a waffle, 17 euros for some strawberries, and I didn't even ask about other things. The store next door was half the price and much better. They take advantage of the location and people who have no price reference.

Outrage... Prices are only communicated in a mumbled manner in poor English and are nowhere to be found (ready-made waffles). Costs 25 (!) euros each. For waffles with sauce, each extra costs 3.50 euros. Apparently the price is clearly visible… sorry. I've been all over the world, but nothing fits here. Neither price nor performance. Tourist rip-off. Hands off!!!!

Terrible!!!!The guy behind the counter was rude, he didn't use gloves, his hands were dirty and the cake was old and hard. Avoid it.

Rude owner, takes no tact with his customers, no smile on his part and the worst part is that he is on the phone while he serves you!! This is the first and last time I set foot in this place.

Sieht von außen einladend aus. Auch die ausgestellten Backwaren sehen nett aus. Als wir 19€ für ein Stück Oreo Torte und eine Schokowaffel mit karamellwaffel oben drauf zu zahlen hatten verging mir der Appetit. Geschmacklich nicht besser als 08/15 aus dem Supermarkt. Kleiner Cappuccino im Pappbecher 4€. Ware nicht mit Preisen ausgezeichnet sonst wäre ich weitergegangen. Hätten wir vorher besser mal die Bewertung gelesen.

Another place we entered deceived by the appearance. There are tables covered in uncooked waffles and broken dirt. I don't think the business owner cares much either.

Very expensive for BAD cakes. Dirty room and table, unpleasant owner, says he has no coffee while we walk past the coffee machine... Pure theft. 25 euros for 3 slices of very bad cakes and a 33cl bottle of water. The prices are not displayed, the manager manages so that we cannot see the credit card terminal at the time of payment. He has no interest in the customer's satisfaction or dissatisfaction, which he doesn't even care about. One star because you can't give it zero.

Looked lovely and appetising from the window, thought we would blow the diet and ordered chocolate covered waffles. They were put into a microwave to be heated, while waiting noticed there was rather a lot of stock on display that had been pre prepared. Also some of the fruit on the waffles and cakes were dry and mouldy. Pointed this out to the man behind the counter who didnt attempt to apologise or take the product off display. He just cranked up the volume on the in store music and went back to doing nothing. There were broken tables and no bins, toilets were filthy. Please people, dont go, spend your money at one of the others

Cool concept, but these types of places are a dime a dozen in this area of Amsterdam. There are no prices listed for the bakery items. I had a Carmel dipped waffle with chocolate sauce (added automatically) which they heated up in the microwave for 30 seconds. It was €8 - extremely over priced. Around 3 two person tables inside. They offer plastic cutlery (some places don’t offer any).
