I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction for DPD and not for this shop. DPD chose to deliver my package after one failed attempt to this place, which is 7km further from where i live and 35mins by bike or public transport, and is not open on the weekends. Shame on you DPD, this unacceptable, i paid shipping costs and lost almost 1,5 hour of my day collecting this package.

As a DPD parcel point you expect the shop to be open. Unfortunately they have to open at 9 o'clock but there is no one to be seen. And the phone is not answered either... bad business

This place sells overpriced products. Also refused to fill up my water bottle when I requested them. After 16 Euros for a below mediocre stroopwafel, they could have at least helped us out that much, but no. Also, the main vendor behind the counter has a cold disposition.

Oudezijds Achterburgwal 122fA complete rip-off! They don't mention prices, they reheat things in the microwave, and everything is really bad. 14 euros for a waffle, 17 euros for some strawberries, and I didn't even ask about other things. The store next door was half the price and much better. They take advantage of the location and people who have no price reference.

Leidsestraat 6Good crepe and coffee for a quick bite in the morning with a friendly smile behind the counter. If you are looking for someplace fancy, this isn’t it. If you want a quick stop, it was fine!
