I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction for DPD and not for this shop. DPD chose to deliver my package after one failed attempt to this place, which is 7km further from where i live and 35mins by bike or public transport, and is not open on the weekends. Shame on you DPD, this unacceptable, i paid shipping costs and lost almost 1,5 hour of my day collecting this package.

As a DPD parcel point you expect the shop to be open. Unfortunately they have to open at 9 o'clock but there is no one to be seen. And the phone is not answered either... bad business

A disaster!!! Paying €17 for a cold waffle with fake Nutella and a cheap bottle of water. What's more, the service was appalling and they clearly and deliberately tried to rip people off. Run away!

Oudezijds Achterburgwal 122fFrom what I can tell the churros looked cremated, god knows how they must’ve tasted. The waffles and such are microwaved and are daylight robbery. Only the churros and crepes had prices, the rest didn’t so I saw a bunch of people get blindly robbed since the worker didn’t show the card machine either. It’s unclear how the pricing works but all I know is that €3.50 for a chocolate drizzle is absurd. The music is incredibly loud and the employees aren’t the nicest either, overall awful atmosphere. The places around it are a much better price and probably tastes better. Blatant tourist trap.

Singel 488This is truly the worst place. A single stroopwafel costs 9 euros. It doesn't even taste good, so I don't understand why it's so expensive. It's just a waffle half-covered in chocolate with three tiny, underdeveloped strawberries on top—that's it. The strawberries weren't even fresh; they looked like they were all spoiled. There isn't even a restroom. It's absolutely appalling. Seriously, do not come here.
