No phone number, I pay for my package with DELIVERY and nobody do it. Really no service at all

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction for DPD and not for this shop. DPD chose to deliver my package after one failed attempt to this place, which is 7km further from where i live and 35mins by bike or public transport, and is not open on the weekends. Shame on you DPD, this unacceptable, i paid shipping costs and lost almost 1,5 hour of my day collecting this package.

As a DPD parcel point you expect the shop to be open. Unfortunately they have to open at 9 o'clock but there is no one to be seen. And the phone is not answered either... bad business
