The Place Is accessible in whelchair, the food Is very good and they served hot plates in every Moment. So they are kind and it's a confort Place to eat in peace with music to accompany your lunch time.

Hanan and Marina are very friendly. Waffles are great and smoothies are really made out of real fruits. There are a few choices of tea bags for u to take at the counter.

I recently visited this bakery in Amsterdam, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm aroma of fresh bread and pastries baking — it’s the kind of smell that instantly makes you feel at home.

We paid €22 for a waffle and a portion of churros. Both were simply heated in the microwave. Unfortunately, the fresh strawberry on the waffle was also heated, which made it taste completely unappealing. All in all, a huge disappointment.

Total disappointment – avoid at all costs. We were drawn in by the appealing look of the desserts, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible choice. The desserts were inedible and the prices were outrageously high. A disappointing experience in every way. Doesn’t even deserve one star.

Hostile atmosphere...unfortunately, we didn't check the reviews before sitting down. A real tourist trap. The tea glass was too hot. I asked for a cup holder or a glass because I couldn't even touch it, and they charged me 50 cents. The muffins and waffles were cloying and low-quality. After a few bites, you can't finish them (as in the photo you see, this is what we left). Please read the reviews and don't do what we did.

Stroopwafels are bad and overpriced

Rip-offs!! If you pay via the self-service panel, you pay 5 euros less. But the gentleman was so quick to take our order that we ordered via the cash registers. And there it was immediately 5 euros more expensive. So not €7.95 for a waffle, but €12.95. This is a disgrace. I do NOT recommend this business!!

The fresh stroopwafel is not made fresh in front of you. It was served fairly warm but not hot and it has very low content of sirup. Overpriced for the offered quality, I do not recommend.

The service couldn't have been worse. There were three of us, and we were served with unusual rudeness. It makes no sense how the service doesn't match the price of the waffles. Which, by the way, is completely exorbitant. Furthermore, they didn't bother to heat it up; they gave us one already made, probably weeks old. I don't recommend it at all. i‘ve been there a year or a bit longer ago and the waffles were made freshly with the toppings. as i‘m back in amsterdam for a few days i went there again, and it was disgusting. the waffles are ready made and pretty hard to eat. it was not fresh at all and the service was not kind. and the price is 9 euros for one waffle. quite expensive. the waffle was put in the microwave for a second to make it warm. very sad about this change. i dont recommend it.

We passed by there and at first it looked appetizing, but they didn't have coffee and the waiter didn't treat us well at all, he was very rude and there wasn't even a bathroom. A highly unrecommended experience.

1 star because you can't give less. The clerk is rude, they don't serve coffee and the pastries are mediocre for the price they charge.
