A cappuccino costs €6.50, a hot chocolate €6.75, and they don't even serve it on decent plates. For that price, they're so cheap they give it to you in a cardboard cup. Not to mention the soggy, awful waffle for €15. I haven't had such a bad breakfast in ages, and on top of that, it was at that price! The surrounding area is full of cheaper, better-quality cafes!

Not a place I'd recommend at all. The girl who served us was quite rude, unfriendly, and completely unwilling to communicate. Plus, it was expensive. A latte cost €5.

Terrible experience!!!! The place is ugly! The service and attention were awful!!! The churros were soggy! No toilet! And the worst of the worst: a coffee from a commercial machine: €6.50, a RIP-OFF! The most expensive and worst in the EU. I'm never going back!

The cashier was very unfriendly, and the atmosphere was rather subpar, so we decided to take the croissants to go. We showed the cashier what we wanted. The pastry was marked for €5.95, or rather, the price tag referred to the cookies next to it; the croissant wasn't marked at all (no wonder at that price). We handed over the exact amount of €12 for two croissants, wished the woman a good day, and she gave us a really dumbfounded look. When we asked if everything was alright, she told us that the croissants together would cost €28, which we then paid, croissants in hand. This rip-off isn't worth it.

This place was pretty disappointing overall. The waffles had gone cold, didn’t taste good, and were very overpriced for what they were. We bought a large bottle of water and asked for a few paper cups to share it, but were told it would cost an extra 50p per cup. I asked for fresh orange juice. There were lots of oranges and a machine to make it, but the staff member refused and just pointed us to the bottled drinks, without explaining why. My friend also asked for an espresso and was told they only make filter coffee, even though there was a coffee machine right behind the counter that looked capable of making other coffees. Again, no explanation was given. This is not somewhere I’d go back to.

It was awful! Nothing we ordered was fresh... the cheesecake was inedible. The service was unfriendly... honestly, they leave a lot to be desired.

Terrible service extremely expensive

Very disappointed. The prices are extremely high compared to the quality offered. A Nutella stroopwafel cost €9 (€6 + €3 for the topping) for a practically nonexistent amount of filling. At that price, you'd expect a much more generous portion. Overall a disappointing experience; I don't recommend it.

The worst experience ever, how can you not make successful waffles or brownies…

Avoid this place! The waffle is exactly the same as in supermarkets and sold for €12! The price seems to depend on how much you treat the customer. Prices aren't displayed and the products are frozen.

Me and my friends had such a nice time at this place. The atmosphere it was lovely. They don’t have a toilet for costumers but one staff let one of my friends to use their own, which it was very nice.

Everything was delicious! It's a shame there's no restroom! And we all know that coffee and cigarettes...

The service is appalling. They tell you there's nothing available except hot chocolate and coffee. They claim to have nothing on the screen. They have zero desire to work, just talk amongst themselves and laugh in the faces of all their customers.

Don’t fall for the sudden positive reviews (coincidentally all placed a week ago). It is truly the most horrible cafe in A’dam with a very rude man serving, who looks like hates every minute of being at the job. Unless they’ve changed staff since I was there last a month ago, do absolutely not visit it!

The shop assistant was very friendly and offered us a sample of a typical sweet. It wasn't very crowded and was peaceful.

The Place Is accessible in whelchair, the food Is very good and they served hot plates in every Moment. So they are kind and it's a confort Place to eat in peace with music to accompany your lunch time.

I recently visited this bakery in Amsterdam, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the city. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the warm aroma of fresh bread and pastries baking — it’s the kind of smell that instantly makes you feel at home.

It's a great place and all the food is amazing.

We paid €22 for a waffle and a portion of churros. Both were simply heated in the microwave. Unfortunately, the fresh strawberry on the waffle was also heated, which made it taste completely unappealing. All in all, a huge disappointment.

Hostile atmosphere...unfortunately, we didn't check the reviews before sitting down. A real tourist trap. The tea glass was too hot. I asked for a cup holder or a glass because I couldn't even touch it, and they charged me 50 cents. The muffins and waffles were cloying and low-quality. After a few bites, you can't finish them (as in the photo you see, this is what we left). Please read the reviews and don't do what we did.
