Beware! There are no prices on the items. They are completely overpriced. A croissant with custard for €14 tastes like something from a cheap supermarket bakery. Pure rip-off 💩

Everything looked beautiful and delicious but when we first tried to eat the Dubai croissant we were very very disappointed. The filling was dry as sawdust. It looked like this croissant had been sitting for more than a day and had completely dried out. We regretted not reading reviews from people who warned against this place.

Very unprofessional staff. We ordered bubble teas, but they were disappointing. The drinks were warm and excessively sweet. They also mixed up our orders and seemed more focused on chatting with each other than paying attention to customers’ orders. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Sitting area was also very hot.

Churros were stale and cold. Worker said food was only for take away. 3.50euros for a tiny water bottle. Worker also has an attitude.

Rotten food ! Do not eat at this place. I felt very tempted by the products I got the waffle with strawberries on top , we sat down and I took q piece of waffle, very hard, like it was old , I didn’t care, I went for the strawberry and the flavour was a bit off , but I already passed it , I start turning the strawberries to check and I realised that were all rotten with mold and white mold. I ask the person working there to give me a refund and some water because me and my friend just had both a rotten strawberry, he said no , that I have to choose something else but I had no, not trusting anymore in their products , we argue and he finally said yes but he said he wouldn’t give me water and I said ok so I will put a bigger review then and he took the 10 euro not back and he said he wouldn’t give me any refund, I said okay I will go to police he changed his mind and he finally gave me the money back. Was such a bad experience and luckily the only in this trip across Europe.

Terrible experience. The staff was rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Prices were not clearly displayed anywhere, and they charged an extra €2 just to sprinkle powdered sugar on the churros, something that is normally included by default everywhere else. The churros themselves were awful, dry and tasteless. On top of that, they refused to provide a receipt when asked, which is completely unacceptable. Full disrespect towards customers. Definitely not recommended.

I honestly don’t understand why this place is still open. The croissant tasted old and dry, lacked flavor, and was surprisingly expensive for the quality. I also noticed the staff handling pastries with bare hands, which did not feel very hygienic. I can’t recommend it.

Very disappointing experience. The dessert was truly special. I tried the pistachio cheesecake, and it was incredibly delicious. The cream was very soft and smooth, the portion was generous, and it was beautifully presented. 12 damn euros for a waffle! I had no idea how much it cost, I just paid trusting it would be less.

It's a scam. They don't show you the total and just charge your card. They don't give you a receipt, and the product prices aren't displayed. Luckily, I was able to contact my bank to cancel the order.

I came here for the churros. Unfortunately, it was a spontaneous decision, which is why I didn't read the reviews beforehand. The place isn't exactly the prettiest, and the staff are very unfriendly. I couldn't find any prices, so we ended up paying €22 for five churros and two donuts. The churros tasted very greasy, which quickly made me feel sick. They're only slightly warmed up and not freshly made. Also, instead of cinnamon sugar, there was just a bit of mushy powdered sugar, so it wasn't particularly tasty. The churros at Burger King are much better. The donuts also tasted pretty stale. Very overpriced and terrible place, don't come here!!!

Ordered watermelon bubble tea with tapioka and some sort of weird stroopwaffle-normal waffle with chocolate pastry. The pastry's not horrible, but definitely not worth 11€. The bubble tea is actually water with a bit of sugar. I didn't get it with tapioka but with some jelly. It is cheap, but really - get a better bubble tea, even if it's more expensive, this is just not worh it I'd avoid if I could. Plenty of better spots around. I give 4 stars for climate because you can feel robbed when you pay here, just like an average amsterdam tourist.

The croissant was stale and had no pistachio flavor. It is not worth trying. The cheesecake was much better, but I recommend choosing one without any chocolate topping. The chocolate tasted cheap. We bought a Stroopwafel for six euros — ridiculously overpriced — and it was absolutely inedible. It had nothing in common with a real, fresh Stroopwafel. The taste and texture were terrible. This shop clearly targets unsuspecting tourists and offers extremely poor quality products. Save your money and go to a real bakery instead!

Excellent baguettes with choice of fillings and excellent customer service even though shop assistant was by herself. 2 baguettes and coke = 17 euros. Nice seating area at the back. Plenty of desserts available as well as special ‘cakes’ and similar products.
