Bakker bart in Wijk 07 Dukenburg

Terrible food. The taste was completely different from other Bakker Bart locations I’ve visited. The quality was very poor, and the food didn’t taste fresh. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Bakker Bart. Very disappointing.

I came to eat there, I ordered via the computer in the store. After the sandwich, there were only bottled drinks, so I had to go back through the menu to put the coffee separately. A bit odd, shouldn't it be at the end with all the drinks? The waitresses can't do anything about it. I was waiting outside, otherwise my table would have been taken. It's very noisy, but she apparently called out five times. I thought, because if you sit down, they'll bring it🤷🏼‍♀️ Believe me, if I call out five times, a customer will hear it. Both voices are soft, not loud. With all that music and people, they really need to shout louder, because I couldn't hear anything and was still sitting near the entrance. They ask on the computer if I want sugar, I say yes, but later I have to get it myself. Don't ask for it then, and clearly indicate that it's self-service. Otherwise, it's well-maintained, and they're usually nice, but this time I had a bit of a discussion about it. 🙈 I do think it's quite pricey, because I had a ham, cheese, and egg bar and I think I paid 7 euros or something for it, if not 8 euros.

The staff weren't exactly friendly, at least if you have a tan, let's just leave it at that. I received my order and politely said thank you for your time, but I didn't get a "you're welcome" or a smile. Two women sitting next to me at a different table (no tan) brought their orders laughing. No, I'd rather go to Hema 👍🏻

Very kind owner, fresh foods and good service

I placed an order today and asked if they had iced coffee to go, since they advertise it extensively. The lady behind the counter with glasses said a resounding yes. She prepared my order and then placed two cups of iced coffee on the counter. I then told her I wanted to take it to go. Apparently, they didn't have lids or a small bag to go. Then she stuck a plastic cup on it and charged me €1 extra for my sandwich. She probably did this because she had to go the extra mile. Why do you say you have iced coffee to go if you don't? And why do you think it's okay to charge €1 extra when the problem is yours, when at other locations I just get a lid and a small bag.

Closed for a while. They could have indicated opening hours on Google.
