The staff weren't exactly friendly, at least if you have a tan, let's just leave it at that. I received my order and politely said thank you for your time, but I didn't get a "you're welcome" or a smile. Two women sitting next to me at a different table (no tan) brought their orders laughing. No, I'd rather go to Hema 👍🏻

Forgot to bring one of the sandwiches.

I placed an order today and asked if they had iced coffee to go, since they advertise it extensively. The lady behind the counter with glasses said a resounding yes. She prepared my order and then placed two cups of iced coffee on the counter. I then told her I wanted to take it to go. Apparently, they didn't have lids or a small bag to go. Then she stuck a plastic cup on it and charged me €1 extra for my sandwich. She probably did this because she had to go the extra mile. Why do you say you have iced coffee to go if you don't? And why do you think it's okay to charge €1 extra when the problem is yours, when at other locations I just get a lid and a small bag.

Closed for a while. They could have indicated opening hours on Google.
