Very expensive, and it doesn't radiate any enthusiasm

For the best pies, especially my favorite, cherry pie, and freshest, tasty bread, croissants, snacks, this is the place to come. Fast, friendly service , always smiling, popular place for locals and not-so-close locals who know this bakery from yearssss ago near the university. I love it. Been customer for 12+ years

broodje kaas had close to no butter, about a third of the amount of cheese it normally has, the bread itself was of a the extremely cheap quality one would expect at a dutch supermarket and the cheese was very mediocre

My experience with this bakery has been very positive. They're always patient until we're done with rock/paper/scissors, then calmly serve us a delicious, healthy, and delicious chocolate waffle. Always well-stocked, though sometimes with hair (see photo). They never seem grumpy and create a good atmosphere in the bakery. All in all, very satisfied!

Delicious bread. Doesn't bake it himself, but where the bread does come from is a secret... Unfortunately, friendliness has not been evident for a few years. Also no patience with contactless payment, for example. Too bad.

Horrible. The man who works here is rude. He rolled his eyes and sighed at me. Today a man got a sandwich from the bakery and I said, "Enjoy your meal and have a nice day!" And then the baker said, "SHUT UP! THAT'S NOT HOW YOU TALK TO PEOPLE! GET OUT OF HERE!" And his food gave me corona. It's probably because he grabs everything with his bare hands.

The baker was unfriendly, bordering on grumpy. I ordered a Christmas loaf without nuts, and I emphasized/repeatedly said so. Guess what, there are nuts in it! A truly crappy baker who doesn't listen to his customers. I'll never go back! Giving one star is already too much, but then you can't write anything!

What absurdly bad service! Gentleman treats his customers like dirt. I tell this to everyone around me.

Friendly baker, I like their fine whole wheat bread better than the other bakeries in the area.

We were recently in Nijmegen and stopped here for a break, very tasty savory snacks and bread! Highly recommended...:) What the previous review indicates about a grumpy baker is DEFINITELY NOT TRUE!!!

Really fantastic, you can eat and drink a lot there and it is delicious
