A baker you have to call first, otherwise he won't bake your favorite bread? For the past few months, I’ve only been getting bread here by order... That’s just unbelievable! Even worse: This place has suddenly been completely closed for days, without any form of communication with regular customers! They are no longer reachable by phone either. What is going on? I have been coming here for over 20 years. The business has changed owners constantly, but the bread was always fine (and especially... in stock!). The current owner is really making a mess of things! That is not how you treat regular customers. The staff was always friendly, though. They can't help it either. One star, that is unfortunately all this so-called 'baker'—but in fact a glorified sandwich shop—is worth.

We bought a box of Too Good to Go, and received a garbage bag filled with old, inedible bread that went straight into the trash. The clerks looked annoyed and started laughing among themselves as if we were poor wretches. Remember, the purpose of the app is to save GOOD food that can't be served to the public, and this kind of behavior from girls my age, who should be used to working with the public, is disgusting. Shame on you.

Went here because the Banh Mi place wasn't open yet. Unfortunately, the worst sandwich I've ever had. I ordered a meatball sandwich, but the sauce had no flavor and was watery. The meat had the texture of Spongebob Squarepants and also no flavor. This is something they could serve in prison. Friendly staff, though.

20 sausage rolls, total price €70... "Hot delivery" 11:10 please. Just call at 11:15, will the rolls be okay? "Yes, they're on their way." They'll arrive at 12:17, completely cold. A nice birthday treat for your colleagues...

I bought two oliebollen here today that were absolutely inedible. I threw them straight in the bin.

On August 19th, I ordered a healthy sandwich, thinking I'd get a tasty one for the €7.25 I paid. The woman behind the counter who was making my sandwich was laughing with her colleague while I was being helped. They asked for honey-mustard sauce on a healthy sandwich (not a normal recipe for such a sandwich)?! After paying the large amount, I discovered my sandwich was completely tough and dried out. €7.25 is outrageous for a dried-out sandwich, and to receive unprofessional service.

If you sell a piece on a napkin, the napkin sticks to the piece... Thanks for that...

Yesterday morning I went into town with the kids. We had a bite to eat at Bart's bakery—a delicious, generously filled salmon sandwich—and the kids had a croissant with fresh juice. I had a great experience. It's a clean place, and the waitresses are kind to the children. That underscores both the cleanliness and the friendly service. When I'm back in town, I'll definitely come here for lunch. Bakkerstraat is within easy walking distance of the bus stop.

Nasty place with hair in the sandwiches and pigeons sitting on a pizza and bread 🤮

I ordered 2 pizza slices and some single sandwiches. The sandwiches were not so much the problem even though they were not complete in terms of the correct ingredients… the 2 pizza slices with salami were raw on the inside, the dough was not cooked, I indicated this on the day of the order. I only received a response today after having emailed and called several times. I spoke to the team leader and got a snappy response saying that I should just be satisfied with the 10% discount via thuisbezorgd and that this was certainly not his problem. He did not want to hear my story and brushed me off by saying that I had to find out for myself. In other words, not a customer-friendly business. Too bad! That it has to go this way. The worst thing was that if I had not called myself today, I would not have heard anything by email or telephone. So I would not order here if you fancy a sandwich, delivery can take a while… ps and then hope that you do not get food poisoning.

I come here regularly, hygiene is always in order, but today I noticed the same as other reviews here that the gloves were not changed for all actions. Not very nice if you, like me, are a bit paranoid about this. maybe something to investigate

Delicious breakfast early in the morning. We had a hotel without breakfast. Bakker Bart is a very good place! Too bad there isn't a table for 4 of us to sit around, but the long bench was fine too!

Super tasty sandwiches put together with a lot of patience for my 92 year old father-in-law. Hygiene is good for each other. The super enthusiastic staff have created a great team. Snelle en vriendelijke service. Lekker broodje carpaccio.

Tijdens de lunchpauze voor een mooie wandeling gekozen door centrum Utrecht. Veel mogelijkheden voor een snack, Patatje of een broodje met verse ingrediënten. Dat laatste sprak ons aan en een van mn collegas raadde ons Bakker Bart aan. Eenmaal aangekomen zijn we snel geholpen door wat middelmatig gemotiveerde medewerkers. Misschien kwam het door de ramadan, het is ze vergeven het is zeker niet makkelijk. De broodjes daarentegen waren heerlijk en goed bereid voor een actie prijs. Kom er graag weer.

Prima broodjes to go. Veel variatie mogelijk en het personeel is duidelijk ingesteld op een vlotte bediening en dat is prettig omdat het er tijdens de lunchtijd druk kan zijn. Maar dat hindert niet zo.

Veel keuze in broodjes, lekker eten. Tijdens de lunch kan het erg druk worden maar het personeel blijft vriendelijk.

Een icoon in Utrecht! Betaalbare broodjes, betaalbaar brood. Soms erg druk en niet al te oplettend (en heel jong) personeel.

Goede tussenstop voor een broodje. Een echte klassieker deze locatie midden in het centrum van Utrecht. Je kunt er ook een tafeltje pakken. De keuze uit de broodjes is ruim en zijn erg goed belegd. Service is vriendelijk.

Brood en gebakjes zijn lekker. Echter staan er ongeïnteresseerde meiden met opgespoten lippen en/of veel make-up waarbij klantvriendelijkheid niet in hun vocabulaire voorkomt.

Een zeer spontane en vriendelijke dame achter de belegde broodjes balie maakte een smakelijk broodje en kletste lekker met ons in de tussentijd. Leuk! . De jongedame in het winkel gedeelte zou wel wat begeleiding kunnen gebruiken. Ze maakte de rekken, waar de producten op liggen, schoon op een manier waarbij wij besloten om daar niets te kopen. Met blote soms natte handen alles aanraken, rek "schoonmaken" met een discutabel doekje en alles weer op het vochtige rek terug leggen 🤔🤔 En met een gezicht als een oorwurm. Geen visite kaartje voor Bakker Bart. Ook proefden wij wat onderlinge vijandigheid tussen haar en nog een andere medewerkster.

2 broden gekregen. 4 baguettes. 2 donuts. Één donut proefde alsof hij net crispy op de barbecue had gelegen. De ander was banging. 4 pizza broodjes. Nog niet gechapt. Zien er wel aesthetic uit in mijn koelkast. Leuke bakker. Bel mij.

Broodjes waren erg lekker, personeel was alleen erg onaardig en niet klantvriendelijk. Wij voelden ons helemaal niet welkom.

Lekkere panini's om direct, warm op te eten

Broodje filet american daar gehaald. Personeel is vriendelijk alleen vind ik het irritant als je staat te wachten dat je aan de kant moet omdat ze de ruitjes voor de broodjes willen schoonmaken. Een beetje moeilijk voor mij want ik zit in een scootmobiel.

De vegan broodjes waren echt verrukkelijk, rijkelijk belegd met groenten! Haal ze wel eens vaker bij een ander filiaal in het land maar deze zijn de beste tot nu toe! Top.

Vorneweg: Wir haben in Holland die Kette lieben gelernt. Es schmeckt immer gut, die Produkte sind frisch und das Personal immer sehr nett. Mit einem Frühstück bei dem Bäcker macht man sicherlich nichts verkehrt!
