What unfriendly staff!!! These days, there are teenage girls walking around who don't know how to interact with customers. It used to be better, but now I see it deteriorating further and further. Such a shame.

I came with my two little sons for a baguette and came home with a whole bag of treats; it was really delicious and the girls who explained everything were very sweet.

I got cookies here for Eid (Ramadan). What a disappointment! First of all, the price went up by over 30 euros for a small box of cookies. Literally, cookies were large, coarse, and unappetizing. After a few days, they were thrown in the trash. Sadly, we'll never buy them again, even though we used to buy them here often.

Don't buy anything more than bread here; the cookies were stale. OMG, what a shame for me. I went to visit and bought over 40 euros worth of cookies. The cookies were put on the table, and after taking a bite, I literally sank to the floor. The cookies were stale... OMG, I was so embarrassed for you. No more cookies, you're okay with bread, but cookies 😢

Delicious pastries and friendly staff

The bakery seems to be going downhill. My daughter recently came home with two loaves of bread that they sold burnt. The baguettes and rolls aren't tasty or fresh anymore. The cupcakes and pastries taste very dry and strange. Last week I got a kind of croissant with pudding and pink icing. When I got home, I discovered they'd put it on a cheese croissant instead of a regular croissant, so everything went in the trash. It looks disgusting. I think they come up with all sorts of tricks to make it, and then it looks great but doesn't taste good. For delicious, fresh baguettes, it's better to go to Mamounia, and the friendly staff.

Today I got cookies (gazelle cones), they are really old and both the filling and the dough are very dry. Too bad it's just being sold. In any case, I won't be getting these cookies here anymore.

Bought chicken spring roll and Mille-feuille pastry here today. The chicken spring roll was sour and smelly. The pastry was soft, tough and completely falling apart. This is not what I am used to from this bakery so I am very sorry to have to post this review.

First of all, the staff is so unfriendly that you actually want to leave the store right away. Second, I bought a cake. It fell very wrong and everyone in the house got sick and got diarrhea. That doesn't make any sense. I have advised everyone against this store. Bad service, bad food.

They have an amazing brown round and flat bread (I don't now what it's called ) which turned out to be perfect for sandwiches!

Very good bakery for bread and pastries with friendly staff. Their baguette is the best baguette I can buy in the area. Also handy, Fata Morgana also has fresh herbs, dates, figs and not to forget very tasty hummus.

You can buy really delicious sandwiches here. Highly recommended for everyone. Oh yes, when you enter you are immediately greeted and you are helped promptly without any hesitation. When I'm in Utrecht again, I will definitely go to Euterpedreef again to get a delicious sandwich.
