I was in the shop and bought a cake. I noticed something black on top of the knafeh tray, and when I looked closer, I realized it was a fly. I told the guy working there, and he said he'd remove it. In my opinion, he should have thrown the tray away because the fly was practically cooked and almost melted. And on top of that, he didn't even apologize or say a word, as if he were a foreigner.

Today I ate Nabulsi sweets and unfortunately they were not good at all. I hope next time they will be better.

This shop's cakes are frozen solid, meaning they're old. The cakes taste like fish—irritating. Hygiene is nonexistent.

Imagine, they had given me an appointment to pick it up at 2:00 PM, but when I arrived, they said it would be delayed first by 15 minutes, then 30 minutes, and finally by two hours. In the end, I just parked and paid 13 euros. The worst service and the worst customer experience ever. I absolutely do not recommend them.

The person I sent then chose a slightly larger cake and paid the difference themselves. In short: a €100 cake that arrived in blue and red, 0% agreement, dry fondant, and poor customer service!
