I was buying a pretzel there and I asked the girl there at the check out and she said she couldn’t do it, that is not allow. I told her that they heated my pretzel before and she keep refusing. saying that’s the rules and she can’t put the pretzel in the oven. I left the product there.

Bad experience and a very unfriendly employee. I walked into this store upset after a large seagull outside had snatched the AH sandwiches I had just bought out of my hands. I was incredibly shocked and politely asked the saleswoman if I could buy and eat a sandwich inside to calm down. The price of €2.65 each was clearly displayed on the counter next to the satay sandwiches. Nowhere was it stated that different prices apply for eating inside. Only at the checkout was €8.00 suddenly charged for two sandwiches (€4.00 each). That is a huge, misleading surcharge that was nowhere clearly indicated beforehand. The woman behind the counter showed no understanding, not even when I said that I had already spent 6 euros on sandwiches that were now being eaten by a seagull. She was very cold, unfriendly, and showed zero empathy for a customer who was visibly shocked and upset. She looked me mockingly and straight in the eyes, and then said that I should just go sit on a bench somewhere outside. The nerve! A very nasty, chilling experience. I will never come back here.

What a lovely patisserie! I found the atmosphere and service very pleasant. The food was decent in my opinion, with fresh bread, tasty cookies, and savory options. There is also a dining area. 🥐

Bought an apple turnover and immediately saw that it had mold in it, so it is at least 2 days old. And the seller was a grumpy man.
