Disappointing experience – little hospitality and poor service Upon arrival, we were not welcomed at all. It was unclear where we should report or who was responsible. We had to figure it out ourselves. The venue was clearly seriously understaffed, resulting in slow and unproactive service. Food and drink orders were rarely taken, and the staff showed no initiative. As a result, my attention was constantly divided between hosting the group and managing food and drink orders myself. That's a shame — this should be handled by the staff, allowing guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Furthermore, they were very inflexible about cutting a birthday cake for a few children. If the concern is that this will cost revenue, I understand — but please ensure good, proactive food and beverage service. The availability beforehand was also poor: the phone number was not answered, and the voicemail indicated it was full. I called twice on different days, five days apart, without any way to get in touch. All in all, a missed opportunity. The course itself was fine, but hospitality and service make the difference—and those were completely lacking today.

A very cozy restaurant, combined with an arcade and bowling alley, but you hardly notice it when you're enjoying a bite to eat. A simple menu with delicious dishes. We had the spareribs and the chicken schnitzel, and the portions were definitely generous! We had a delicious meal, with friendly staff, fast service, a great atmosphere, and excellent value for money!

Thai soup tasted like citronella to the whole group that ate it. The deluxe hamburger also had a delicious long hair. I initially thought it was melted cheese until I pulled it out of my mouth. A shame, because the bowling was fun.

I expected more. The service was unattentive. We had to ask for drinks and the dessert menu, even though it wasn't very busy. It's always a shame that you have to pay extra for your fries and sauce with a main course, even though the menu says your main course comes with fries, sauce, and vegetables. The dessert came with fake whipped cream from a can that collapses when you look at it. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

I had a great satay (chicken) dish. Plenty of it and deliciously prepared with excellent satay sauce. I would definitely go back!

You could say it was a "good bowling alley." However, the left lane was skewed, veering to the right. As a result, I had a hard time scoring. (All eight people in my bowling group experienced this... the bowling ball kept going the right way, but then right at the last moment.) The service is good, the atmosphere is good, and the decor is nice.

It gave the evening a relaxed start, which we appreciated. At first, things felt a bit unorganized upon arrival, and we had to wait quite a while before we could place our food order. That said, once the food arrived, it was absolutely worth the wait. The Caesar salad was easily one of the best I’ve ever had – fresh, crisp, and perfectly dressed. The wok shrimp were excellent, and the burger was clearly above average. All in all, a very nice evening. Good food, enjoyable bowling, and despite the slow start, we’d gladly come back.

Went bowling here and then ate. You can park in the garage above. It looks a bit run down, but it's okay. Via stairs on the side you come directly to Bally's (follow the gym signs). At the lanes you register at the bar. The system of ordering via a QR code on your phone (bowling) works fine. The order is also brought very quickly! Personally I found it very noisy, but that's just the way it is. Done. The restaurant has a great atmosphere! Very nice! Service is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Food was fantastic!!! Delicious food, great portions! We had a great time and look back on it with a good feeling!

Main dishes cost around 20-30€, so it's good value for money. There are many cheerful and kind staff.

Service errors can happen and are not serious. However, friendliness can be worked on. The spare ribs were an absolute disaster for the price. The boss should definitely work on his skills and not use ready-made ribs, but rather use magic himself.

The bowling was good fun though some of the drinks we ordered went missing. The burger I ordered was good enough but could see some improvements. I did get the feeling the servers were new to the job, missed some experience maybe.

We went bowling in the evening with my girlfriend. First time we were here and had a nice evening. Service was okay and atmosphere good. The cones are placed by cables. I don't like this as much because the cables on the cones can knock over other cones that normally wouldn't knock over. We also found the bowling balls very greasy. But normal. If you don't mind cones with cables, definitely give it a try.

Bowling cum arcade cum restaurant in an old 1980s office building. Service at the bowling alley is fast and excellent. In the restaurant a little less, it may also have been busy.

Went for bowling and food. Bowling alley was okay. Too bad that the drinks took half an hour because you cannot order via the QR code with a bowling + food package, so you are the last to be served. After this we went to the restaurant and the kids were allowed to go to the arcade. Money ran out quickly (you have to pay a euro for a card and the rest was gone before they realized the game had started) and the kids came back feeling sad. Went along to see if something could be arranged. Waited 10 minutes before a lady came back from smoking (the lady was standing outside a glass door while it was dark, so I was very clearly visible as a waiting customer). The lady was not very empathetic and adamant. Finally ate. Satay was very tasty, but we had to send the fries back because they were still raw. Fortunately we were with good company, so we still had a nice evening. Later I filed a complaint via the site, but there was never a response.

Bowling was fun, but afterwards we had a drink in the dining area. We wanted to sit on the sofa by the window, but were sent to a round table by the fireplace. A coat immediately scorched as I walked past it. Damage 109 euros for a jacket that was just new. There are also continuous sparks coming from the smoke exhaust outside, so the heater is not working properly at all. Furthermore, it is absurd that a pellet stove is used to heat a building.

Bowling and lunch. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the food is delicious and the service is friendly. Had a delicious meal at Bally's on Christmas Day. Combination food/bowling is highly recommended and fun to do with the family! Service was great! Atmosphere was great! The store was also beautifully and cozy decorated with Christmas decorations🌲 We will definitely come back here👍

Bone steak ordered was very good but no vegetables and fries were placed in a bowl in the middle for everyone. That was also less if someone is sick or does not have clean hands, just as fresh. Food was very good, atmosphere and service as well.

It was a nice experience with colleagues.But I have the observation that the bowling alley was broken for some time, and after it was repaired, the time was not compensated. But overall the place is nice.

Regarding the time, they closed it to us before the deadline.

Going to lunch with some colleagues. The food itself was fine, but the service was not very (not at all) friendly and showed no interest in the customers. Quite nicely decorated for a bowling alley, but wouldn't go here again.

Warm ambiance, luxury! Beautiful light! The group we were with recommended the satay... but the satay temper was not tasty, almost burnt and way too salty. The Hamburger and salmon were very popular with the others!

We would go bowling and eat. Drinks and food ordered while bowling are placed in front of you without saying a word. No please nothing. After bowling, no one comes to you to explain where you can dine and which table has been reserved for you. Probably the staff can't talk. You pay the top price but without service or customer friendliness

Nice atmospheric location, with poor acoustics. The food is tasty, but service...that is not understood here. Ordered appetizers while bowling. That's not going well. If we ask for correction, we can, but we have to pay. When we go to eat afterwards, there is one member of the group who does not like her food. That is possible, and it does not have to be free, but the service with which she did not arrange this was poor. Then a small group each consumed 1 scoop of ice cream. That didn't go very well, because 1 got 3 balls and 2 got nothing. That was solved by giving 2 empty containers. As if we were sitting at the kitchen table at home, we distributed the ice cream ourselves. All in all, this could have been done much better and the group would have left happy and satisfied. I don't think this will be recommended to our other colleagues. Therefore no stars were given for the service.

It is very nicely decorated. The fries are great, they have the right amount of potato on the inside with a lovely crispy layer around them. The potato is also not mealy.

The music while eating is really terrible, it's like a discotheque So fun is hard to find It's not possible to have a chat at the table, you won't understand each other anyway

My girlfriend and I had a great time as tourists in this cozy bar. Very pleasant environment and atmosphere. Very friendly staff but especially the food was delicious and good value for money. We were also served quickly. Definitely recommended!!

Carpaccio was good, bit to much cheese but overall very lovely. My Tomahawk was great and as a desert I had a very good Dame Blanche with good chocolat.

I have had a good meal here a few times, but the last time my husband and son-in-law's beef was of very poor quality. After they had done their best to eat the meat - which no knife could cut through because of the mountain of tendons - they reported it to the waiter. Then you get the answer that you ate too much of the meat, and according to the chef this was fat that belongs to the meat. This wasn't fat. Very disappointing and the reason for us not to eat here again.

I think the food is great! Lots of burger choices and also fish and vegetarian. The salmon was delicious with a tasty ratatouille. Do not book bowling too closely on the food or else dessert after bowling. The advantage seemed to be that only 3 of the 16 wanted dessert! The rest coffee and tea! The decoration and lighting is attractive. The service is friendly and quite fast.

It's a bowling alley. Good fun. Easy online access to refreshments. Didn't eat, but was an enjoyable evening. If you want an evening's fun, then I'd have no problem recommending this place.

Very bad service at the bar, the guy doesn't care about the guest I was there for balling , beer fall I requested for a refill right after I was served he wanted me to pay again. 🙄 not nice.

In the morning I sat down on the still relatively empty terrace and was helped immediately. Ordered a cheesecake. Was a fairly small piece of cake for €8.50. Quite pricey.

Since we had already spent enough time indoors due to the coronavirus, some time ago I went to Bally's Bar, Grill & Bowling in Rijswijk with two friends to have a drink. In terms of parking, things are good there. Plenty of options nearby to park your car there. I have no complaints about the design of the catering facility. There you have a mix of tables and a kind of round catering dining benches and I think that variety is a strong point of this company. Unfortunately, I am less pleased with the catering concept. I hadn't eaten yet that evening and asked the waiter if I could order a bowl of fries. I found it quite difficult to eat an entire meal in front of two ladies, so I wanted to opt for the happy medium with a bowl of fries. They could have had some fries. However, the waiter told me that this was not possible. A bowl of fries could only be combined with a main course. First of all, I don't find this hospitable. I am a customer there and it seems to me as if this catering establishment is forcing me to also have a main course. That struck me as very unpleasant. I also get the feeling that this catering establishment wants to generate extra turnover in this way. Is that useful? Perhaps for the short term, but for the long term, customers who come purely for a drink and a snack will choose another restaurant that is more flexible with this.

A nice place! Unfortunately little service. During bowling, the empty glasses and other mess left by our predecessors were cleared away after half an hour. The table was not cleaned. When our track only had very light and very heavy beams, we asked the staff for a more average ball. Everything was at the jobs and the staff said that we had to ask around at the other jobs ourselves. Not nice. We still had a nice evening and had a nice meal after bowling.

I was here for bowling only. Bowling lanes are good. It is really nice that you can order drinks using a QR code and have to pay right away. No trouble trying to split bills when you come with your friends or large groups. I do think that the drinks are very expensive. For a small bottle of water, you pay €3,45... almost 4 euros for a bit of water

We had a perfectly organized evening at Bally's. Good service from several nice waitresses. The food is delicious and I don't say it often but the portions are really big.
