Disappointing experience – little hospitality and poor service Upon arrival, we were not welcomed at all. It was unclear where we should report or who was responsible. We had to figure it out ourselves. The venue was clearly seriously understaffed, resulting in slow and unproactive service. Food and drink orders were rarely taken, and the staff showed no initiative. As a result, my attention was constantly divided between hosting the group and managing food and drink orders myself. That's a shame — this should be handled by the staff, allowing guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Furthermore, they were very inflexible about cutting a birthday cake for a few children. If the concern is that this will cost revenue, I understand — but please ensure good, proactive food and beverage service. The availability beforehand was also poor: the phone number was not answered, and the voicemail indicated it was full. I called twice on different days, five days apart, without any way to get in touch. All in all, a missed opportunity. The course itself was fine, but hospitality and service make the difference—and those were completely lacking today.

What a beautiful place in the middle of the forest. Very hospitable and delicious food.

I had a great time here. The food is a lot better than when I ate here last year. I heard they have new management now who are really making it fun! The caesar salad was very tasty with pancetta and garlic croutons. Then two big pieces of chicken satay with nice crispy fries. Top until next time!

Delicious food. Great service. They were very considerate of food allergies and even offered a bowl of water for my companion's dog.
