Honestly worst service ever, men sit here watching Netflix and just walk past you while you are waiting

Ordered a large flat white, but the coffee was watery, the foam was tasteless and the temperature was way too hot!

Food over priced and dry... no thought gone into what a meal should Look like... if you want something warm with Salad on the side the Salad is going to cost as much as the main! Also expect to eat off paper trays.. Chicken so dried up you had to chew it...

What you see is what you get! Not too expensive beer, hot sandwich was also almost worth the (airport) money value. Service was fast and the sandwich took 1 minute to be served.

Always close when it should be open. Even the staff are not aware of the opening times.

Coffee tastes like tea, it's so hot. Your cappuccino foam is gone before you can drink it.

So unhappy employees. Very slow service. Not good.

Impolite service, no customer service, all charging points on all tables are broken. Shame for Schiphol as valuable business work cannot be executed here by hundreds of people who come spending their money hoping to get some work done! Shame!

Dirty dirty dirty. I made a comment about a dirty bar where the flies live from the old beer. It took her 10 min before cleaning with a very wet thing with dirty water. She cleaned roughly. After drying up it was still dirty

Terrible coffee. I’m serious. Don’t waste your money there. No “thank you”, no “have a good day”.

Unbelievably slow service with some staff just hanging around chatting. At some point one of the cashiers decided it's perfect timing to do dishes so they just closed one of the registries. That was the last straw so I just left.

There's a line from here to Tokyo with 2 cash registers. 3 people at work, the lady behind the tap works as slowly as possible, next to it someone is quietly washing glasses and the other is walking around for the sake of appearance. Checkout 2 remains unmanned. It is that it is at Schiphol, but otherwise this store would have been bankrupt a long time ago!! Terrible to see!

Since the viewing terrace was unfortunately closed due to Corona, I looked for another way to follow airport operations. I came across this bar by chance... The sales staff is very accommodating. Unfortunately, the cleanliness is somewhat lacking in some areas. I don't think it's been cleaned thoroughly in weeks.

Favourite spot at Schiphol, spent a lot of time and money there during 3 trips and never got disappointed. Kind and understanding staff, tasty drinks and snacks.

You have to wait a really long time for your order. And it's not busy. Around me you also see staff making mistakes. Typically an entrepreneur who pays moderately, then you get uninspired staff. You know that everything is a bit more expensive at Schiphol, but a little service is what you need.
