First of all they don't answer the phone and secondly they just don't do Hamburg bread which is completely crazy and they are always late with food delivery which takes 1.50 hours, shame on their business

I've been here four times and loved everything. Pizzas are made after 4 p.m. Everything is delicious, everything is superb. For some reason, they only accept cash.

Very good grilled chicken, even the hot wings, generous portions of fries, sauces too; friendly staff, fair prices and fast delivery.

This for €15 We spent a total of €54 for poor service. Absolutely not recommended. Never come here. Beware of rip-offs!

Greek Truck driver here,1st things first…there is nothing Greek there especially the employees, I called for delivery after 5 minutes trying to order they asked me to walk 7.7 km and go take my food…25€ for a plate of gyros with potatoes and 2 small cola, same order on lieferando 21€…I said to inform the delivery driver to bring change because I had 200€ bill…he said no sir no and that was my not eating experience today

Tonight we sat on the terrace at Barbeque Venlo and enjoyed a delicious doner dish and a shoarma sandwich. Delicious tender meat, tasty salad and various sauces to use. We also order here regularly and enjoy it every time! Good price/quality and always friendly service!

The food is amazing and very delicious, the best pizza and shawarma and grilling.. definitely I would be a regular customer and the service was super good, it was a minute walk to the centre

We ordered from barbecue today and we were pleasantly surprised when the delivery person came 20 minutes earlier than expected, the food was great again as usual after a long time and we were very satisfied.

My friend and I went here after a day out as we thought the name was interesting and I had the most food here ever. The meat was so tender, the portion was large, it was served very neatly, the staff was nice and it arrived quickly. I would go back to Venlo specifically for this tent 🫶🏽

You order what is in the picture for a hefty price of €18 and get something completely different, the reason being: it is just a photo and what is in the photo no longer costs €18 but €60. Dirty shop, unclean, doesn't taste good and the service is below all...

Worst food and service ever. Ordered a LARGE doner sandwich and it literally contained 5 bites worth of meat. I had also ordered a durum that he had forgotten and eventually made with a lot of sighs and effort. I also paid €8 for the durum and it was gone in 3 bites. Staff working in a super rush, so the quality of the food is not even worth 1 star. Put some love into your business or else it will close and not serve people. I have to give at least 1 star, otherwise they wouldn't have gotten anything from me.

I regularly order from this restaurant. The food is of good quality, the portions are generous, delivery is always fast and they have a lot of choice. Today was the first time I was less satisfied with an order. Normally there is always freshly fried chicken with the chicken salad. Now the chicken (fridge) was cold and a different type of chicken than normal. Hopefully this will be different next time, because we like to order here. According to my children, they have the tastiest pizzas and burgers in all of Venlo!

Visited this restaurant for the first time on the recommendation of friends. There was no one free table at the back of the shop. There was still empty stuff on the table that still had to be cleared up. Only people from Eastern Europe come in and told me to disappear in a rather aggressive manner. I indicate to them that there is still room at the bar. They go to the clerk/owner, a slightly unkempt type. Probably also from Eastern Europe because he spoke Dutch poorly. He ordered me to leave the table. The postal Europeans are said to have smoked a cigarette outside. There would still be room outside. Didn't need to sit outside. Fortunately, there are plenty of hospitable establishments on the Parade. Too bad he was supposed to present delicious food but didn't have the chance to try it. You understand that I am not satisfied with his performance. Go smoke a cigarette one at a time but keep the table occupied. This is very unfortunate.

Employees doesn’t even know what the food they are selling. If there is are order for 2 people they don’t even understand or know what is included in the set. Even though we called them they didn’t understand what is Greek food, but they are selling this. Be careful when You ordering to get everything for what You are paying. They are not accepting them mistakes and understanding even what they are selling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

Food was ok in term of taste but the amount was a joke. This was called a large portion of ribs that costed like 24€ - don't order this, other places give 5-7 parts of ribs for this money not 2. This portion wouldn't be even offered as normal one that usually contains 3 parts. Another problem is that there are only fries (very plain) as an side dish, boring after few orders. Edit after response: I don't care what you call this, other places give 2-3x more meat with BETTER quality so give excuses however you want.

Worst place I ever ate. I was really hungry and it still tasted so bad and cheap. Very unfriendly employees with absolutely no interest in service. Awful that i paid 13 Euros for a pizza that tasted worse than aldi pizza kit. Had to pay extra for cutting my pizza and they didnt do it.

Wow, the man on the phone was so sweet, they ran out of rice so I got fries / pasta and baguette with herb butter instead. Packaged very neatly and the food was delicious

I have now ordered here for the 10th time and again the order is wrong, I asked for no specific vegetables in the food due to allergies. This is not being listened to. Also, if you try to contact them, they don't answer, only after 10 calls are they answered and then you clearly indicate that they have done it wrong, you get a big mouth back with that they don't care and I just shouldn't complain. The food was cold. They were 30/40 minutes later, and this is not communicated. This was the last time I ate here or placed an order. NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!!!

We often ordered takeout there. Recently, deliveries were supposed to be from 30 to 50 minutes, but they were from 90 to never. After 2 hours, when I called there, a gentleman said it would be delivered in 5 minutes... And so you can wait forever....

Waited 2.5 hours for my food (1x hair salon). Because it took so long, I tried to call, but it was only answered on the 30th time. When the call was made, the customer friendliness was lacking, and the long waiting time was postponed to carnival. Although I understand that it can take a little longer, 2.5 hours is ridiculous. The food itself is warm but doesn't taste like anything. In short, it is highly recommended, I will order somewhere else next time.

The dishes are simple and prepared correctly, although each one comes with spices and sauces to season yourself, the cooks do not show off their skills, but there is nothing to complain about, the products are fresh, and sometimes freshly thawed. The service is nice and the place is clean, so we can enjoy what we ordered there. We can order dishes using the numbers from the list, which makes it easier for foreigners. Is this the best place in Venlo? Most likely not. Was this the best place for us to eat at when we visited? Damn yes! We only visited Venlo for a Saturday afternoon before our flight back to Hungary. As we strolled around the parade, we noticed this little place, a single family and the owner checking out the ongoing World Cup match. It wasn't even open officially. We popped in and the owner/cook was VERY friendly with us and prepared a delicious doner box. Yeah, a doner box is not exactly fine dining, but as far as doner goes, it was goooood. Then we returned during the evening, escaping a very... interesting restaurant down the street. The owner recognized us with a big smile right away. Again, there wasn't really any other customer there, only us, but we again had some nice meals, carbonara this time. Not the best I ever had, but it was what I expected it to be. Then we just sat there with the owners and assistants, cheering for Argentina on the World Cup. Ah, good times. Would visit again! Cheers to the crew!

The food was delivered 1 hour late. Order incomplete and wrong salad and lukewarm. After contacting us, I received a repeat order with an awfully disgusting salad. Tried calling again but got no contact.

My girlfriend and I got the chicken box and the kibbeling box the week before last, each with fries and salad. I didn't even know the system of getting the salad in a box with dressing on top of fries and fish/chicken. But it was actually very tasty - my girlfriend doesn't actually like fish, but after she tried it with me she was thrilled - had to go back a day or two later so she could get a kibbeling box herself! 😅 It was delicious there again. We first ordered take-away on site, the boss was nice and the waiting time was absolutely fine. We also found the price of just under €7 to be quite justified and both of us were really full. I'll definitely come back on my next visit to Venlo!

when ordering 2 small kebabs, we were not informed that the mix of meat in a kebab would be more expensive and for the price of 10 euro we paid 15. Food were not that good.

We were in Venlo a few days ago and when we saw the shop we wanted to try it out because it looked very good, but the food wasn't that good. The food just didn't taste like anything. And when we wanted to pay we were shocked at how overpriced the food was. So my opinion: don't go there!!!

It's not cheap nor expensive, but the food, more specifically the meat, was kind of dry. Maybe its because I bought it some minutes before the closure. In general I'm happy from the service they provided.

Price-quality ratio is absolutely right. Beef from the fillet should be tender, but then again, if the order comes almost 2 hours later, you can't expect much. Add vegetables for 3 euros, which is always tasty. Then I don't expect plastic items containing chopped lettuce and beetroot that you get for free at other restaurants. Really disappointing.

One of the few places that still offer takeaway during lockdown. My photo doesn't look good (phone problem) but it tasted decent. If you have some time till the next train consider walking to here to pick up a good hot box of döner met friet!
