I've rarely had such delicious pizza! I'll definitely be back.

The food is pricey, but good. The waiter is annoying.

The food tastes very good. Unfortunately, the pasta portions are very small (though very tasty, I expect to be somewhat full for the price). The pizza is fantastic and enough for an average adult. It's a shame they've changed the pesto recipe. I used to be able to eat it with just pine nuts, but now it unfortunately contains nuts. Not a problem for most people, of course, but personally, I find it a shame that I can no longer eat the delicious pesto with my nut allergy.

The pizzas look great, not the traditional shape, but that's not a problem. The crust is fine and the toppings are good. I was very disappointed, however, that my pizza wasn't exactly hot, almost lukewarm. This, for me, diminished the overall quality and flavor. *I noticed beforehand that the heat lamp was briefly held over the food and waved back and forth. I personally found that very odd. After all, pizza is served fresh from the oven, right? So this shouldn't be necessary. The tiramisu was beautifully presented, but tasteless and thin! I didn't find it to be Italian-style tiramisu. The menu is available via QR code; it feels very impersonal and reminds me of the coronavirus era. Unfortunately, I won't be returning when I'm in Helmond.

The only pizzeria in the area where I really feel like I'm in Italy, authentic flavors and a service that makes you feel at home. I recommend you try their pizza, it's not Neapolitan pizza, but definitely more digestible and presented originally. Alfredo is now a friend!

Authentic Italian food, the only one in Nederland which I can really say it’s real Italian food. Also Alfredo, the owner, is lovely and always super friendly and fun. Love the vibe of the place and the quality of the food 😍

Great service, Alfredo was very kind and attentive to our requests. I had a margherita pizza with raw ham and it was a real surprise. Really good and the ham was also up to par. I will definitely be back.

Spaghetti Carbonara & Tartufo was super delicious. The pizzas were not as good as I thought. The waiting time for the food was longer than expected.

Het is bijna vaste prik voor mij geworden om hier mijn verjaardag te vieren. Ik kom hier al sinds de opening en het was al goed, maar ze zijn steeds beter geworden. Heerlijk vers eten, superlieve bediening en een fijn sfeertje. Tot snel wel weer!

Top bediening, erg vriendelijk en goede service. Het eten was heerlijk. Van alles op tafel laten zetten en alles was top.

Voor de eerste keer hier genoten met ons gezin van een 1 gangen diner met aansluitend film bij Pathe. De pasta's smaakten prima (niemand had voor een pizza gekozen). Voor herhaling vatbaar om zeker ook de pizza's een keer te proberen :+)

Every time delicious food, nice atmosphere and very nice service.

Filmdiner : filmticket + 1 gang + 1 drankje = 29 euro. Erg nette prijs! (1 gang meer is wel meteen 16 euro duurder wat ik weer vrij veel vind). Pizza’s waren goed. De pasta was overheerlijk maar vrij kleine portie. Dit is erg leuke deal en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De menukaart is goed maar de prijzen zijn stevig.

Very tasty food, very good service

Het hoofdgerecht kwam voor een deel van ons gezelschap te laat, slechts excuses hiervoor. Maar hiervoor geen enkele compensatie in welke vorm dan ook aangeboden. De bedienende jongeman dacht met wat grappen en charme de sfeer te kunnen verbeteren en het leed te verzachten, dat is niet gelukt. Continue te harde muziek, ongevraagd deelgenoot zijn van iemand anders verjaardaggezelschap, waardoor plotseling tot 2x toe in het Italiaans 'lang zal hij leven' uit de speakers knalde! Rond 21:55u werd er vervolgens gevraagd of we de koffie al tijdens het dessert geserveerd wilden krijgen, want dan kon het koffieapparaat alvast schoongemaakt worden, (...). Vervolgens is de zaak om 22:00u helemaal leeg en wordt om 22:15u het licht demonstratief aangezet en voelden we ons letterlijk weggekeken. Tot slot is de prijs/kwaliteitverhouding ook niet er in balans. Het eten smaakte overigens wel prima. Hier komen we niet snel meer terug. Er zijn echt betere Italiaanse restaurants in Helmond voor wat betreft service en kwaliteit.

I recently dined at this Italian restaurant and found it to be quite ordinary, with nothing particularly special to note. Additionally, I ordered a glass of wine but was charged for a bottle on the bill, which was very unpleasant. Please be attentive when reviewing your check!

Unfortunately, I still feel compelled to leave a less than positive review. After a number of years of enjoying coming here several times a year to eat delicious dishes, something crucial has recently changed in the finesse of the dishes. The composition of the pizza dough has changed, making the authenticity of the Neapolitan pizza hard to find!! The melanzana (starter) is more tomato sauce than refined as previous years. Unfortunately, the pasta with prawns has also changed, all these changes in taste have certainly not benefited the total taste experience that Belcapo stood for!! It is a shame to find that when you are looking forward to eating here, the expectations you recognized from the past are not met. You can see all this in the atmosphere, the place was only full on Sunday evening with 3 tables of guests. I hope that management realizes that the new path has not led to any improvement. What happened behind this? I'm really sad to report this because this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Due to many other trips we had not been for a while, but apparently I didn't miss anything. The atmosphere is no longer as before, the service is friendly but they have no knowledge of Italy or the food. The manager is too busy and doing his own thing. Then the food, there is nothing Sicilian about it anymore. Foccacia Burrata from €16.95, you might as well order a regular Focaccia because you have to search for the Burrata. Arancini and cheese croquettes are fine. Main courses pasta "with love from Sicily", I've been there dozens of times but the pasta is really cheesed off. Boring, flat taste and the eggplant and tomatoes were not included. When we pointed this out, the chef said that this had been pureed into the sauce. Pureeing:( ? Then it would have given that color and taste. Then the dessert a cannolo, already had many times at Belcapo, but this time the cannolo was broken into a work of art. WHY? please keep the original. We no longer have a good feeling about it, goodbye taste, quality and ambiance that you had years ago. Guiseppe and Caronline, hopefully you read this and go back to basics, with love and passion for the Sicilian/Italian to eat.

Heerlijk gegeten! We hadden het shared diner menu besteld met z’n tweeën. We hebben ons daarbij laten verrassen door de chef! 4-gangen, goede porties en weer eens een keer wat anders dan de standaard Italiaan. Prijs kwaliteit eten uitstekend de wijn is iets of wat aan de dure kant, vriendelijk personeel. Wel was het bij ons iets of wat luidruchtig maar ligt meer aan de mensen die er zijn. Mocht de pret zeker niet drukken. Verder gezellige aankleding en de keuken enkel afgeschermd met een grote glazen wand!

Hier voor de eerste keer gegeten. Dat was ok, maar niet super. Eten goed, prijs ok, bediening ook. Maar qua drank was het het niet hoor. Zeer, zeer middelmatige wijnen tegen topprijzen (inkoop 6,99 en dan voor 35 op de kaart) en een zeer minuscule limoncello voor 4,95. Begrijp me niet verkeerd, het eten was goed. Maar bij een Italiaan verwacht je ook goede wijnen, en hadden ze gewoon niet

Super! I'm normally not a huge fan of Italian restaurants in the area, but I still wanted to give Belcapo a chance. Definitely don't regret it. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was excellent. Nothing to complain about! Open kitchen is also nice, it's a pity that it has such bright light, which makes the ambiance in the tent a little less, but understandable for a kitchen! I would recommend it to everyone!

Enorme teleurstelling. Pasta met gamba's was smakeloos en de gamba's kurkdroog. Ook de wijnen per glas zijn voor een italiaans restaurant erg matig. Eens maar nooit weer.

Fantastic restaurant. The managers welcome you like at home and the food is excellent. We had a Neapolitan pizza and as an Italian I can say that it was excellent. If you want to eat real Italian, come here!

I usually order pizza, and I opt for takeaway. Love the fact that it's an actual italian pitza.

The only positive point was that the service was really good-humored - a chat, a smile, a joke - in short, they did their best to create a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately the food was extremely disappointing and certainly not worth the money. Burrata with candied cherry tomatoes turned out to be just a salad with raw tomatoes and, even worse, served with A LOT of plain salad dressing on top 😬 A huge shame about the burrata, you could only taste the sauce. Really not purely Italian. The carbonara that came after was terribly salty and the sauce was not as it should be. Other pasta (ravioli) was slightly better, but nothing special. For such an expensive pasta we expected really delicious, pure flavors. Ordered tiramisu and coffee for dessert, but we had to wait 20 minutes for the coffee because they had forgotten it. Paid 130 euros for this dinner, a real waste of money.

Way too greasy pizzas! Beautiful and cozy restaurant with a very friendly lady (Eline) at the counter.

We had dinner here on a Friday evening and although it was quite full, I think waiting more than 60 minutes between the starter and main course is really too long. The starter was made with good ingredients. As a main course I had the risotto. The cooking was fine, but the dish was extremely bland. I really doubt that the rice encountered even a drop of stock in the pan. The dessert was tasty and not too sweet.

Gezellig restaurant waar je de keuken inkijkt. Wij hadden het 3-gangen chefs menu genomen. De Vitelli tonnato en burrata pugliese waren heerlijke voorgerechten. Als hoofdgerecht hadden we de risotto met burrata en de risotto met gamba’s het was erg lekker maar eigenlijk teveel omdat het erg machtig is. Omdat het zo lekker was, toch alles opgegeten maar had beter iets kunnen laten staan. Nadat we even een pauze hadden ingelast, toch nog een dessert genomen. De tiramidu in een glaasje was echt lekker, de Cannolo Siciliano moeilijk te eten maar wel lekker en de pannacotta lekker fris. We hebben een fantastische avond gehad.

What a great thing. For an average of €30 per person (main course + drink) you can enjoy a small holiday in Italy. A nice, cozy and hospitable place with truly authentic Italian food. This is a restaurant that Italians would travel to to enjoy their pizzas. Top tent, definitely recommended for a nice meal with your partner or family.

The food is fine, but why a small narrow glass of water and Bitter lemmon with ice cubes per glass should cost more than 3 euros is a reason not to eat there anymore. Unfortunately, we have a small budget and have to pay attention to the little ones. Again, the spaghetti bologna was tasty.

This evening, we had a rather disappointing experience at your restaurant. We ordered focaccia and two main courses. Despite waiting 45 minutes for the focaccia to arrive, which I only received after asking if it had been forgotten, the main courses never arrived within a reasonable time frame. After waiting for 2 hours, we inquired again, only to be told that our order had been forgotten. This extensive delay meant not only did we miss out on our meal, but we were also late to the concert we had planned to attend afterward. What was meant to be an enjoyable evening turned into a frustrating experience due to the poor service. I hope the restaurant takes steps to ensure this doesn’t happen to future guests.

Very tasty food, fast and friendly service.

Heerlijk gegeten! Wij hadden een plank met verschillende soorten vlees en daarbij stukjes kaas en zongedroogde tomaatjes met olijven. Focaccia bij besteld. Hoofdgerecht een pasta met heerlijke garnalen. De bediening kwam regelmatig vragen of alles naar wens was.

Belcapo is in a not so nice place, at least if you sit on the terrace in the summer. There is a lot of noise from the adjacent bars. The food is good. Choice of pizzas, pasta and meat dishes. I think the price is on the high side.

Very friendly staff, delicious food for a good price

Well, I seem to be a pessimist from now on, the pizza looked like lasagna, floating in the cheese, really, the base was very thin, my wife had the diamonds, which were also floating in the sauce, next to the vegetables that were supposed to have been steamed, which were frozen inside. We sat outside, nice weather, very friendly service, that's for sure.

We got two pizzas: Buffala e Pesto and La Piccante, both extremely tasty. We ended up very satisfied as the portion is perfect. Staff very kind. We will definitely come back.

I often eat at Belcapo with friends. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. We regularly have pleasant conversations with the owner and staff. Price-quality ratio is also very good. All in all, highly recommended for those who want authentic Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere!

Bediening was echt slecht nog nooit dat een jonge ober dronken was. Erg irritant vergat de helft en alles ging verkeerd.

Very good address for delicious dishes and excellent pizzas, all homemade! Very warm welcome and served with a smile, the 4ever pizza is killer and the lasagna is delicious! The tiramisu is also good. On the other hand, the restaurant is very noisy, you have to go there when the weather is nice, to eat on the terrace. I recommend 120%👌

The starter was an anti pasti misto It was very boring and nothing special. The main courses very mediocre. The pizza had raw dough, the shrimps were twice overcooked and had intestines in them and the pasta was lukewarm. Ultimately, one person did not eat (but was offered) and the wait staff tried to make up for it. Unfortunately we won't be coming back here again and for that price you expect a higher quality of your food.

Nice Italian restaurant. Tasty pizza. The open kitchen looks hygienic and shows that the customer is allowed to see the preparation of the product. The nice thing about the menu is that it sells pizzas that you won't find at a competitor. Clear distinction as pact. Prices are not expensive and service is friendly.

For my colleagues I organised a company visit to one of our suppliers in Helmond. We ended the day with a nice pizza sharing dinner at Belcapo. After an initial request to the restaurant, they called me and we discussed the possibilities. Given how busy it was on a Friday night, I'm very happy that we could work something out that benefitted all! The only remark I have is that we had one round where all pizza's were non-vegetarian despite having indicated we had two vegetarians in our group. This was quickly resolved, luckily.

Tasting menu with 4 courses. I never wrote a negative review, but this Italian restaurant is a disgrace for Italian food lovers. Disappointed. The pasta wasn't aldente. To soft. Taste of water. Had to add salt and Peper to make it eatable. Burrata was only served with dried herbs..every single dish disappointing :( There wasn't any oil,salt nor peper on the table. Had to ask. Only highlight was the tiramisu. Prices didn't match the taste of the food. Italian foodlover.

Lovelessly presented food, which was of very poor, un-Italian quality. We absolutely did not enjoy the expensive chef's menu. Antipasta options from the AH, pasta so so, pizza so so, tiramisu was delicious! Luckily there was salt and pepper to make it edible. Pricey wines. A total of 125 euros paid for 2 people on Sunday evening. We'll never do that again

Delicious food, fast service, cozy atmosphere!

The food was very, very tasty. The portions were completely sufficient for us and the staff was friendly and accommodating. 👍☺️

After a previous bad experience I tried again. portions are small compared to the price you pay. Pasta bolognese was way too watery and tasteless. The person who was tapping beer should receive a course in this. stood behind the bar spooning out the excess foam with a skimmer and took the skimmer out of the full dish container... nice and hygienic!

Late in the evening we arrived with a group of more than 15 people. We were still warmly welcomed and the food was delicious. Nice team, nice atmosphere and very good hospitality

The food was fine, but very little for the price. We both had 3 courses + coffee and were still not full. And we're not exactly the biggest eaters. Service was very young and inexperienced, even a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it was the first and last time at Belcapo.

Undoubtedly the best pizza in Brabant. However, service could be improved. The waitress who took our order told us one of the appetisers was vegetarian, and it turned out it wasn't. Also, one of the pizzas that came to the table was not what we had ordered. But all was swiftly corrected. Still 5 stars deserved for the hospitality and quality of the food!

Vorig jaar een slechte ervaring gehad, maar dachten laatst we zullen het weer proberen. Jammer maar is niet gelukt. Eten was qua prijs hoeveelheid heel mager. Had achteraf nog honger na de portie. Bediening leek wel of ze paarden kleppen op hadden, zagen ons totaal niet zitten. Werd na 15 minuten pas gevraagd of we iets te drinken lustte. Opmaak van het gerecht was wel prima. En de ambiance was wel gezellig.

Eten lekker van smaak,maar zeer karig gevulde pastasaus. Pasta met truffel en eekhoorntjesbrood niets van eekhoorntjesbrood te vinden. Pasta carbonara. 3 kleine stukjes flinterdunne carbonara. Misschien gevalletje pech. Maar deze gerechten zouden zo de keuken niet mogen verlaten.

Snelle stop onderweg naar huis, eten vlot op tafel. Bediening top! Fantastische pizza & koffie. Het ‘geen pizza’ eten op de andere tafels zag er eveneens erg lekker uit!

Erg goed bevallen. De lasagne, de focaccia en de pizza's waren meer dan prima en goede kwaliteit, verse toppings. Bediening was erg vriendelijk, professioneel en behulpzaam. De muziek stond wat te hard naar mijn mening, maar dat is muggenziften. Dikke tip, en we komen zéker nog een keer!

Zeer lekkere pizza gegeten in een gezellige setting voor een correcte prijs. De bediening was vlot en heel erg vriendelijk. Als we in de buurt zijn komen we zeker nog eens terug!
