Ordered today. Yes, it is veeeery hot, but to put the bear ice cream cup (incl. ice cream) in the box with the kids' menu??? It was just like milk. Called and was told that it is always delivered like that. Found it strange and said, "But then it melts, right?" Yes, in a bag too (even though the milkshakes were in a cooler bag). I said we won't order that again and was told okay. I also missed a fry, and the steak was full of sieves. The churros were as hard as stone, and the fries that came with them were too. And the applesauce was warm as well. We have ordered before, but this was the last time. And especially when ordering for over 100 euros, it should be good despite the extreme heat.

Order incomplete. Called and it was delivered later. Unfortunately, it was half an hour late, so the rest of the food got cold. A shame, because you pay a considerable price.

We had food delivered because we were spending a weekend in Oosterhout. The order wasn't complete, so I called right away to ask if they needed to bring it back. We were promised a refund, but we never heard or saw anything. The food was expensive for what we got; it was lukewarm, and the burgers were a bit dry... too bad.

I ordered the pulled chicken burger, and I can't recommend it. The burger was cold. There was barely any meat on it, and the meat that was on it was burnt. It was more like a bun with lettuce and sauce, with a burnt taste. After I pointed this out, I was given the option of getting a new one or a refund. The service was good, so I can't say anything negative about it!

I ordered again today after a long time, and it was always good and tasty. But now it's really not good anymore. It's a shame, but we won't be ordering again. And yes, fries were delivered again, but the satay and peanut sauce were already gone. But these fries weren't tasty either... they were overcooked again. I assume they checked the fries I had to return and found they were simply inedible. So we only ate the satay and threw away the fries.

The beef steak was delicious! But the two carpaccios were literally still frozen.

I've tried ordering several times over the past few days. After going through the entire payment process, I kept getting a message that "the store is unavailable" or that there was an "error message." This, even though the website simply states delivery within 30 minutes. I called to follow up today: we're closed due to the weather. Please make sure the website is updated accordingly instead of forcing customers to go through the entire ordering process first.

We often order from here. And fortunately, that goes without any problems. The food is great and they deliver within an hour. But sometimes there is something strange, for example that we sometimes cannot order from our address. And then suddenly we can. I called them about this once. They sometimes just turn it off apparently. When it is busy. I can understand that to some extent, but it is very confusing. A similar thing happened recently, an order for a menu item that was there one week and not the next. Other locations still had it. I called and was told that it was being discontinued. So I order something else, only to discover the next day that the item is back on the menu. Apparently that can also be turned on and off whenever they want? Please work on the reliability of your service. Otherwise satisfied, but I feel so unappreciated as a customer when my options are limited at the push of a button without explanation.

Ordered tonight. Initially, we received the wrong item. After a while on hold on the phone, this was quickly resolved, and the correct order finally arrived. However, the food was simply terrible. The steak was a chamois. The satay was overseasoned and dry. The spare ribs were dry. The fries were good. The baked potato was undercooked. Such a shame.

Ordered through thuisbezorgd.nl, which promised a delivery time of 20 to 45 minutes. We were told it would take 90 minutes. (Yes, that's incorrect, was the response; it might be a good idea to verify the promised time.) After two hours, I called: they were on their way for a few more minutes. Called again half an hour later: they had a lot of sick leave this morning, indeed, it was beyond their control, but you should inform your customers so they can decide whether or not to wait. After more than two and a half hours, finally got our food: warm mayonnaise and warm applesauce. Frozen fries and a small burger with almost no toppings. Not really worth the wait...

Friendly delivery person but the spare ribs were tough and seemed swollen yuck yuck yuck straight into the trash, too bad because both the other restaurant in Oosterhout and in Breda are great and if you say something about it you get a big mouth from the manager

Ordered on a regular weekday Tuesday evening at 7:15 PM, received at 8:38 PM! Can't get through order on website. Finally! all orders in the basket, delivery address incorrect and cannot be adjusted! Another person in our party took the trouble and tried again. For me, the order of €85.00 had not gone through. Food with reception not warm enough. Fries limp and no longer crispy. We will never do this again, very bad!

So bad, then forgetting things, then raw meat and to top it all off, frozen carpaccio. Last time. No solution is offered, so it's a shame, but I can spend my money elsewhere.

Our favorite takeaway restaurant (or in the restaurant itself) Always well prepared, still nice and warm. Also the fries, and crispy too! You often get weak fries at other delivery restaurants. You can put together your own menu exactly the way you like it, ideal! Price-quality ratio very good. My daughter and I spend the same amount of money between the two of us than if we got fries and a snack at the chip shop, so give me the Bears!! The single cheeseburger is definitely recommended ;) I'm really a whiner when it comes to things like this, I never have anything to complain about the food at the Beren.

What stupid people. You order there for more than 50 euros. Spare ribs menu and satay menu. But hey guess what, fries don't belong in 'a menu' these days. Very strange. So what makes it a menu? Please call this company. Would they like to explain to you that with a menu you also have to indicate that you want fries with it? Am I crazy or do I not understand? You order a menu that comes with a menu other than just the meat? So what makes it a menu? Then you get a bowl of mayonnaise with every menu? Hmm strange. And they cannot come to a solution. Super easy to order delicious food here and if you order on time, the food will also be delivered at the chosen time.

RIDICULOUS. This would never be served like this at the bear restaurant. I pay 35 euros for 2 fast food sandwiches. My money would be better spent at McDonald's. How disappointing this was. It made me really sick. It was dry. Barely any sauce. And absolutely no coleslaw. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED and unless I am compensated I will never order from there again. NOT RECOMMENDED. And I certainly expressed this to the people around me. This is my first review ever because I normally don't spend any energy on it. But this really beats everything.

Picked up spareribs. Excellent service except from the delivery person who couldn't even say hello. Spare ribs were very sad: not tender, barely any sauce. Previously wonderfully tender and marinated / prepared in-house from the restaurant. Now supplied from the chain(?) and only "heated up" here in the oven. The thick fries have also not been available for a while. Honestly never again. Waste of money.

Picked up the order myself. After the order was placed we received an email that it would take at least 1.5 hours. We picked it up myself and it was ready within 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the order was a bit disappointing... There was very little sauce on it, so we added some sauce ourselves... The lettuce was also really disappointing. There was half a leaf on it. Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated considerably recently.

A very scanty whole. Not worth €46. For two portions of Spare Ribs. The salad is mayonnaise with some coleslaw and not as it could be. No lemon cloth, toothpick or anything to make it a "home delivered meal". Normally we order somewhere else and they will make a complete picture with some sauces, etc. And also cheaper. For us this was once and for all. It was also indicated at what time it would be delivered and if you arrive 45 minutes earlier, we may still be walking the dog.

The spareribs were not tender, they were very hard and not tasty at all. The kipfillet had no seasoning and hard to chew. The fries were oily but a little bit okay. I will never order from there again.

We have ordered spare ribs from Beren several times. In the beginning, 3 years ago, they were super tender and highly recommended. The last few times we have ordered it has been a real disappointment. 44 euros for 2 people was really not worth it. Not tender and really not tasty. Very sorry!

We had 3 menus delivered today. We had a delicious meal. Everything neatly arranged and packaged and delivered super quickly to the park barrier. We called 5 minutes in advance to say that the delivery person was on his way and to wish us tasty food. I say time for a De Beren in the Well/Venray region 🤣

Ordered quickly via the website for collection. We carefully looked at the comments we had posted and found a suitable solution (no onion). Food was ready and delivered complete and hot.

Nice website, tasty fries and competitive offers. The choice is somewhat limited for vegetarians, but the real meat eater can indulge themselves here. Food was well packaged and delivered at the agreed time. The packaging could be a bit more environmentally conscious.
