Do not order!!! I got severe food poisoning because everything was pre-cut and nothing was fresh! Full of bacteria!! I sat on the toilet all night and vomited everything. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER!

We ordered 11 pizzas for 13 people... and what a disappointment. The pizzas were dry, tasteless, and so uninspired that even a frozen Dr. Oetker pizza felt like haute cuisine. In fact, if Dr. Oetker had a grave, he'd be turning over right now. 🍕⚰️ For a pizzeria, this is truly disappointing. Pizza is supposed to bring a cozy atmosphere and flavor, but this was more of a culinary punitive expedition. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

The shop is not clean, the ventilation system is terrible, and the hair salon is terrible. No salad is included. Never again

I've been a customer at Nieuwbrababder for 10 years. In the beginning, it was a place where you sometimes completely missed your mark. But for the past two years, it's been a truly fantastic place with good service and excellent food. It never deviates from the standard anymore. I recommend everyone to order from them. And especially try their fantastic calzones.

Richly topped pizzas, friendly service, hardworking staff, easy to reach. The pizzas stayed warm in the box for a long time (about 15 minutes). I ordered by phone and was able to pick them up after 20 minutes. There was still an old sign in the window (buy 3, get 2 free). I assumed this was a special offer, but it had expired. The owner compensated me with extra sauce and dessert. A perfect solution. Truly customer-friendly! The next time I'm in Oosterhout, I'll get my pizzas here.

I've ordered many times, but the last few times the food arrived cold—cold fries, cold shawarma—and it's not that cheap, so it's a real shame. And I've had it delivered on various days, not just on the busiest ones. This is a real shame, because they charge extra for delivery for cold food.

Look, having to wait for your food on the weekend is understandable; more people order, and the workload is higher. But waiting 2 hours for fries and some snacks! Sorry, sorry. And then calling after 1.5 hours and being told the food is almost gone. Well, sorry, I've been ordering here for years, but I've never had this bad experience. And the food was just cold.

In general everything was tasty but if you walk in the restaurant/fast food it does not give you a nice impression. This is because of the fact that the employees don't wear a uniform and it was very messy. They have a big variation of food and menu where a lot of people order online or walk in.

I've been ordering from them for years, I think the service is really great. Food is always hot when it arrives at home, even on busy days and holidays. I once received an order that was not complete, but you get what you are entitled to as a customer. Even if they have to make a new order for that! And as an apology, a delicious viennetta ice cream cake. I almost always order the shawarma, the best in the area!! Always order by telephone, great service, I wish it for the entrepreneur and not a site that refers such as home delivery and food court.

I ordered a pizza that was missing something. I received a new pizza and a box of vienetta ice cream within half an hour (despite the Saturday evening crowds). The delivery person said sorry your order was incorrect. Nahhhh...that's really super sweet! Great service! (I've been ordering everything and anything from here for 22 years...there's none better!)

Ordered food last night. The snacks were cold and the spring roll was completely burnt. My friend also delivered it half an hour late the day before for the second time. We won't order here anymore.

Ordered a Calsone last week and received a normal pizza. Immediately an apology from the manager by telephone and a promise to make it right next time. A week later I ordered the Calsone again (still looking forward to it (-;)) and it was delivered to my home for free. Enjoyed this well-filled Calsone and kudos for the good service!

Ordered here again today after a long time (had bad experiences, but I'll try again) Unfortunately nothing changed, food was delivered more than half an hour late and the hairdresser ordered was cold.

Food is good, delivery is always late. Sometimes it takes 1.5 hours while it says 30-40 minutes.

Very tasty. Well-seasoned shawarma and warm pita bread. Döner roll was also very tasty.

Normally only the boxes of your order are made of cardboard, but in this case it tasted like it too. Nothing was seasoned and any flavor was really nowhere to be found. Greasy and wet, that's for sure.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the friendly and hospitable two ladies who work there. They really listen to what your wishes are. Garlic sauce is indeed heavenly, nice and creamy (received a tip from someone). I'll get food here more often. Great, keep it up.

We had shawarma and a kapsalon, the shawarma was cold and dry, the fries were also dry and inedible. My husband also had a durum roll, which was wet from the juices of the meat, ordered for €32 and is now in the trash. Bad start to 2023. will never order from them again, what a bad tent.

Ordered for dinner with 2 of us. I had a Turkish pizza with minced meat, my brother something with chicken and cheese. Minced meat was half raw and tasted like tuna. My brother's food looked like intestines. Waited 2 hours, everything cold. If you want to avoid food poisoning, definitely recommended!!

Delicious food! We had a wonderful weekend in the Katjeskelder and were looking forward to some shawarma/döner. A quick search on the internet and we quickly came up with this! No regrets at all 😋 Very friendly staff and super quality food. Thank you!

Big disappointment: cold fries that had to be thrown away, simply unedible, Kapsalon was lukewarm/cold was not tasty. And then a durum that was too hot to handle. A very big disappointment and certainly the last time we ordered there.

So we just ordered a hair salon, but the wrong address was given, but the food suddenly arrived very later. And now the hair salon is cold. I really don't think this is possible next time, I would at least use a microwave to heat it up. It is now 7.15 pm and the food is still not there😡😡

Normally I always order here! (but they go well behind) But the last 3 times it was pretty bad. Once the fries were cold. The 2x don't know what the pizza tasted like but it wasn't spicy. And now there is also less and less roasted showarma in the containers of garlic sauce. This was the last time...

Great, everything delivered quickly

After waiting one hour for the order, I called again to find out where my order was, and after 15 minutes it was indeed delivered. Very nice boy/man who delivered the food, but the fries were cold, I felt ashamed in front of my guests. So a disappointment.

I've been coming here for years and to be honest; nothing has ever gone wrong with my order. Hence this review. Honor where honor is due. And their shawarma + the quantity is incomparably delicious!!

Too bad, we were really regular customers here. Every time we were asked to order via their own app, so we did that now. Ordered at 5:54 pm. After an hour I called to find out where the pizza and 2 sandwiches remained healthy, and then they said it was busy but they were packing it so it was there soon. Half an hour later I called again to find out where the food was and then they said; we are still working on it. When we said that on our previous phone call it was said that it was being packed at that moment, we were simply called a liar!! I said that I was not going to wait another half hour or an hour and wanted my money back. This is really a shame!👎

Ordered at 5:10 PM. Choice of delivery time 6:00 PM. A call was made at 6:15 PM. Delivery is scheduled for 7:05 PM!! That's impossible. Answer from the new Brabander. Yes, yes, you know what I do, I place your order quickly.... Without apologies or anything like that. So the last time.

Ordered via home delivery with delivery time 6:45 PM, order was only delivered at 7:40 PM. An apology from the delivery person was not possible. Fries were cold upon delivery. I think this is very bad service.

Used to be very good, nowadays less so. We order every weekend. Today I had to wait 2 hours again due to a 'mistake'. 9 times out of 10 they forget something. And it really depends on who makes the pizzas whether they are edible

Food was OK for a snack. The shop is run by mostly young people. Netflix was on on the side and nonsense was being done. - the “cook” went to the front door to smoke - Friends of the waitress already felt at home.

Ordered via home delivery. 3 hair salons and a pizza magarita at 5:50 PM and I can understand that it is busy, but if your order only arrives at 8:10 PM after calling twice and it is still the wrong order and cold!!!!! How badly do you treat your customers bah bah. I hope that lessons will be learned from this for the future. Especially if the company is 10 minutes away from your home address!!

Ordered food just before 6 on a Sunday evening. After waiting an hour, I called and said it would be there within 20 minutes. Ultimately longer than 2 hours!!! Waiting for 3 hair salons and a pizza even though the business is not that far from the address! When the food arrives, it is still the wrong order... and super cold! What a terrible company! I have ordered something there for the umpteenth time and every time it arrives after an hour or later! Brabander would always inform if it takes too long, but I really haven't received any message! Then I called and got a very unfriendly man on the line who didn't really try to help his customers. I have quite a bad experience with this company. I will never order anything from here again. I do not recommend this company to people who have never ordered anything from here.

I hadn't ordered More for years because something was always forgotten. But I thought I'd try again. Forgot 2 drinks. Very poor hair salon with almost only greetings and a piece of döner. Unfortunately I paid for nothing again.

Shaorma cheese dish was tasty but quite sparse and little sauce. The pizza salami was not tasty. Supermarket salami slices and lots of onion on it. We didn't even ask for onion hands and we don't like it on pizza either. The pizza ended up in the trash after two bites.
