Friendly service. We shared a No waste pancakes. Delicious pancakes with pieces of apple, banana and mandarin on top and syrup. Tasted delicious for this fun concept. Coffee was also fine as well as the Chai. Nice place in the forest part of a heath for a lovely walk.

Just a lovely little restaurant out in the woods. Very dog friendly.

Super nice place. Lovely and atmospheric sitting outside. Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Orders are barely taken at the table.

Today I wanted to have lunch there with my aunt. We called if we could have lunch outside and were told it would be no problem. But when we were there, that was suddenly no longer possible. Very unfortunate. The card showed very little. We finally didn't eat there anymore.

We got there 25 minutes before closing time and couldn't even get a cup of tea. 😣 (I have no idea whether it will taste good, but I'm sure it does.)

Delicious food, beautiful location, nice people. And the mini performance during pick-up (corona time)... We were speechless, beautiful. Thank you Bij de Tuinman and Yvi. A pity on the second visit that there was a lot of sand in the food, it was inedible. After reporting it to the staff, shoulders were shrugged.

Casual atmosphere. Relaxed and surprising (it was the 1st time for us).

Eating purely natural and again surprisingly vegetarian.

Enjoyed sitting outside at a very special location. In my opinion, the vegetable garden needs more attention. Our vegetable garden is in better shape, so I know that more can be achieved in terms of yield. Furthermore, a great place with very nice staff.

Only had a drink, we had not made a reservation, but the staff made an effort to seat us so that we could enjoy a drink.

Unique place on the Hoorneboegse heide. Nice biological food, most of it cultivated on the premises. Especially nice in summer when you can sit outside. Relaxing vibe.

We were not aware that the restaurant had a vegetarian menu, but despite that we still had a delicious meal. Only the smoked carrots weren't really my thing, I prefer stew 😉‼️

Very sad that you are only told afterwards that you have to pay parking costs, while at the entrance it says something completely different. And the motivation was ridiculous: there are people who park illegally and you pay for that. In my opinion, you should simply adjust the barrier, and not defraud customers with unexpected costs! Very unsympathetic and questionable problem solution.

We had a delicious meal and drinks here on Sunday evening. We tasted all the dishes, they were all equally delicious. Also enjoyed the wines. Very friendly service too!

Went for lunch today. Nice terrace, nice spot. There are a lot of young staff who are not paying attention. Finally ordered, order not placed correctly. We then ask for our cake for the sandwich, which takes another 10 minutes and asks 3 times for a ready-made piece of cake. (Which tasted great). Then our lunch arrives, without cutlery or napkins, we have to ask several people for this, I go and get it right away, madam, and again nothing comes... the staff is friendly but really doesn't pay attention, orders don't go well and so they arrive without supplies. . The food tastes good, but very disappointed in the service. Unfortunately…

What a gem! Delicious cakes with coffee on the terrace of the vegetable garden, in the middle of the forest. The environment is very beautiful and varied for long and short walks (forest/heath). We'll be back here soon! Only 'disadvantage'; paid parking

We had asked for a quiet spot for legitimate reasons. Unfortunately, there was a very noisy group of ladies sitting next to us. After some hesitation, we asked if there was another place and then we were allowed to sit in the 'ciderery'. Totally great! We were very grateful for that. And so we were able to enjoy the healthy meal in peace.

Delicious drinks. Vegetarian food and also many vegan options. The bahji with chutney were delicious and I would recommend them to everyone. We will definitely come back for that. Friendly staff and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere in the middle of nature.

We just left here with a group of 12. There was little service for drinks and when we got our drinks ourselves, it was not appreciated. But people didn't come to us to serve either. Hospitable? No ! The fun we had as a group was not appreciated. Atmosphere 5 stars but that was for our group.

It seems a bit pricey, but when you look at what you get for it, great quality and quantity. Friendly people too and of course a very cozy place (a pity that there are no more windows, because it is in the middle of the forest). Return address.

Lovely place on the Hoornboegse heath with a truly delicious Elegast Cider. Snack were very tasty. Would love to come and have dinner sometime.

Alleen een kop koffie gedronken, voor eten moet je reserveren. Op een mooie dag erg druk, bediening is wat traag. Locatie is super, je moet wel de tijd hebben.

Prachtige plek en superlekker eten. En vooral de bediening, Nena heet ze, was heel goed!!

Sinds lange tijd weer eens geluncht. Meteen daarvoor een opmerking: dat is te duur. Keuze uit vier gerechten tussen de 16,50-18,50. Dan wordt deze fantastische plek alleen maar voor tweekeer modaalverdieners. Daarnaast werd er moeilijk gedaan over het feit dat we niet gereserveerd hadden, spontaan binnen vallen kan dus niet en dat vind ik erg jammer. Uiteindelijk mochten we wel bestellen maar mensen na ons niet meer. Wij hadden de ‘trek van de tuinman besteld’. Een kop maissoep, brood met ricotta en verse vijgen en een salade van jong graan, gedroogde tomaat, artisjokken en feta. Lekker, maar geen wauw. Geen dressing over de salade die daardoor vlak bleef bv. Een tip: zet kleinere gerechten op de kaart, een kop soep, brood met voor 7,00 oid. Tot slot het personeel: altijd lieve jeugdigen maar geen horeca mentaliteit. Daardoor duren vragen en bestellingen (te) lang.

Het eten was goed maar af en toe te eenvoudig voor de prijs. Het vergt wel creativiteit of zonder vlees bijzondere gerechten neer te zetten.

Voor de 2e keer op bezoek, prachtige locatie, midden in het bos, eten was bijzonder lekker, de bediening was héél attent voor mijn metgezel, ik voelde me enigszins genegeerd, jammer!

Heerlijk vers en smaakrijk eten. Je kan in de tuin zitten waar het zonnig en windstil is. De combinaties zijn heerlijk! Echt top! Taartje was ook heel lekker!

Sfeervolle plek om een hapje vegetarisch te eten. Hou er rekening mee dat de parkeerplaats niet naast het pand ligt. Dit voor de mensen onder ons die moeilijk ter been zijn of met een andere handicap kampen. Wij konden met prachtig weer buiten zitten, wat de sfeer verhoogt. Heerlijk! De bediening is erg vriendelijk. Je moet het even weten te vinden, maar het is een prachtig plekje! ❤️ ❤️

Klein restaurantje in de bossen. Gezellig ingericht en een fijne kaart met seizoensproducten. Heerlijk om hier even een pauze te nemen tijdens het wandelen.

Ook al hadden we niet gereserveerd, we konden gelukkig nog terecht. Heerlijk koffie met gebak gegeten/gedronken! Wat een pareltje in het bos!

We did a quick stop here in between hiking. Small dog friendly cafe with plenty of room outside if the weather allows. Had some unexpected menu options, like an okonomiyaki style egg. Very tasty. Menu didn't offer any smaller dishes. We tried to order a soup but could only be ordered as part of a larger menu.

Lekker eten, wel te grote porties.

Heerlijk relaxte omgeving. Een beperkte kaart met heerlijk hapjes en lekkere wijnen. In een gezellige tuin. Nee geen haut cuisine en top wijnen. Maar een omgeving waar je heerlijk tot rust komt onder het genot van een wijntje en groente bitterballen.

Wat een fijne plek om te zijn!!! En ook heerlijk gegeten en gedronken.

Fijnste plek van Hilversum. Top wijntjes en wisselende smaken hummus. Spannende tuin!

Leuke plek. Wel een hoog bio rechtsdraaiende geitenwollen sokken kaart. Aardige mensen in de bediening. Maar ze hebben te weinig echte aandacht en vergeten alles. Half uurtje wachten voor een kop koffie is geen uitzondering.

Een bijzondere plek op het landgoed De Hoorneboeg verscholen tussen de bomen. Helaas was er geen plek beschikbaar voor de lunch. Logisch met het mooie weer en van ons een spontane actie. Volgende keer dus reserveren. We komen terug.

Leuke, kleine eetgelegenheid met echt lekkere gerechten van producten uit eigen tuin. Creatief, origineel, smakelijk, gezond, wat wil 'n mens nog meer. En bediening, top!!
