This is a nice child-friendly and family friendly restaurant. You can either eat in the seating area that sits in the middle of the shopping center and watch people go by or you can sit in the restaurant proper on the side which has two separated seating areas.They also sell ice cream here which makes it a magnet for children. The quality of the food is iffy. Sometimes you have to know what to choose on the menu. And also, it might depend on the day you come. I don't like the onions that they put in the tuna salad, but in general, the tuna salad is a safe option if you can eat fish. For me the best time to come is in the winter when you're escaping the elements and you want somewhere to sit that still feels a bit like being outside. It's also nice to sit here and have ice cream in the summer because they do have a nice selection of flavors. The service here is always really good so I've never had problems with anyone ever forgetting that I'm around. They always ask if the food was good and check in to make sure you don't want to order something else from the menu. There is a restroom here. The area in the restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with no thresholds. This is a nice, child-friendly, and family-friendly restaurant. A cozy restaurant in the center of the Boogaard shopping center. Quite busy on weekends. Good menu, the selection is enormous, as some say. Friendly staff. Parking is in the parking garage, but not cheap. There's a lot of construction going on in the area at the moment. There are also quite a few vacant shops because several are relocating. But Bij Oma.nl remains a cozy restaurant.

We had to wait longer than half an hour for a brie and ham sandwich.

Unfortunately, the place isn't what it used to be. There were four of us coming for lunch, but it turned out there was no staff available to eat inside, so we were forced to sit outside. When the food was brought, something had been forgotten (that can happen). Only when we had already finished did someone come to ask if we had received it... by then it was no longer necessary. To be honest, we were quite shocked by the price: €70 for lunch for four people. By comparison, we had a delicious dinner elsewhere that same evening for a total of €76. That certainly raises questions. The mini pancakes were very disappointing: not tasty and with hard pieces on the edges. The loaded fries were fine and the sandwiches were okay, but certainly nothing special. All in all, a disappointing experience for the money.

The food they serve is incredibly good; everything you order there looks appetizing and tastes good too. I go there often, and what stands out is that no matter what I order, it tastes the same every time. Very nice service, friendly and spontaneous; Nancy and Kai are the best.

I've been here before and was satisfied, but today was a huge disappointment. The club sandwich was truly awful and inedible. The espresso and service were fine, but unfortunately, due to the mediocre quality of the food, I won't be returning. Hopefully, this will improve in the future.

We, a group of 10 ladies, had a wonderful lunch today at Oma's. The food was delicious and the service was absolutely TOP. So relaxed and informal. Compliments to the service.

Yeaaaah, had a lovely breakfast. You can taste the freshness. Was too full. Too bad my healthy sandwich wasn't evenly distributed. Everything was really well on it, only the egg was so strange. No idea. I didn't find it a problem to spread it out well. What I did like is that the staff is friendly and so attentive. She didn't understand something and just came by a 3rd time. Better to come by too often than to have an incorrectly made order. I would definitely go there again. The toilets were clean by the way. Time of visit 10am on Saturday.

A nice place for drinking & eating.

Food presentation was not avant-garde, but they do taste lovely. The burger was big, tasty and homey. Service was so-so, normal I’d say. The place though, you can see it’s not the cleanest since it’s hard to keep it clean with the number of customer that come and go while they seem quite short-staffed. Hope they find a solution for this matter!

Well I went today, believe it or not, I was poured boiling hot tea over me, I was immediately given a rag with cold water on it, but that was all, they just continued with the work. Didn't even come by to ask how things were going, we left, no one came to say good luck and we're sorry or even just to say maybe we can offer a cup of coffee next time, it's just about the danger And it wasn't even busy, the people sitting there came up to me to ask how it went, I mean No, I was really disappointed, but I won't go there anymore

The food is super tasty, there is no doubt about it, it is also one of my favorite places to have a good meal, unfortunately today I and my family were completely ignored and were not helped. This is very unfortunate.

Beste poffertjes die ik ooit heb gehad. Mijn moeder was ook zeer te spreken over de saté brood schotel. Aanrader!

Voorheen kwamen we hier vaker, maar nadat de bogaard een grote leegstand kreeg, niet meer. Nu waren we er zaterdag ron 1400 uur. Ondanks dat de hele zaak leeg was, toch maar besloten zn lekker broodje hete kip te nemen. Bij de balie stond 5 man/vrouw personeel die in eerste aanleg geen aanstalten maakte. Maar uiteindelijk werden we bediend. De broodjes kwamen snel. Ik zag dat ook hier de krimpflatie had toegeslagen. Voorheen lag er nog royaal wat kip naast het broodje, maar nu moet ik de deksel van het broodje een beetje over de rest smeren om er smaak aan te krijgen. Ook veel ui en ananas om de vulling wat meer te laten lijken. Het broodje brie van mijn vrouw zag er wel oke uit. Met 2 zero totaal 27 euro nog wat. Pff, dat zijn beste prijzen. Tipje gegeven (afgerond naar 30). Maar de reactie van mijn vrouw, "nou, dit doen we ook niet meer". Jammer. Maar de smaak van het broodje was gelukkig nog wel hetzelfde.

Eten op zich ok. Bediening onvriendelijk. Meerdere keren getwijfeld of we weg zouden gaan. Jonge mensen die dingen kwamen brengen correct. Dame die de bestelling opnam en afrekende onvriendelijk, tegen het onbeschofte aan. Voor ons de laatste keer.

Een mooi en nette locatie waar wij een bakkie, soepje en tosti hebben genuttigd. Het was erg lekker en een fijn plekje om even op te laden. Personeel is vriendelijk en kundig, mijn complimenten

Altijd vriendelijk, lekkere koffie en een uitgebreide kaart met voor ieder wat wils! Wij komen hier graag!

Wij drinken hier regelmatig een bakje koffie. Met daarbij een plakje cake ( lekkere flinke plak ) e/o een stukje appeltaart. Ook genieten de kinderen regelmatig van een bolletje ijs.

Overdekt in de bogaard is het altijd goed bij bij oma en bijna alles is lekker. De taartjes en het ijs is legendarisch. De meeste dames die er werken zijn vriendelijk en hebben initiatief. Soms heb je er één die of moe is of iets anders heeft waardoor je je als klant een beetje 'te veel' voelt, maar gelukkig komt dat maar zelden voor. Dus bijna alles is lekker, ligt natuurlijk ook wat je smaak is maar neem vooral niet de kipsaté. Deze wordt niet gebakken maar gecremeerd. Zo droog en taaihard geworden dat je het niet van het stokje kon afschuiven zelfs niet kon afhappen. 🐔😪 Erg jammer wel want de pindasaus waar ik het stokbrood in kon dopen was wel heel lekker. Bij het afrekenen was de dame zo snel weer weg dat ik het niet eens kon bespreken met haar. Dat was wel jammer want het feit dat ik de saté niet heb opgegeten zou mij als serveerster wel getriggerd hebben om te vragen of alles naar wens was geweest. Wat ze normaal wel doen overigens. Door het stokbrood en de kroepoek met pindasaus heb ik alsnog lekker geluncht maar heel jammer voor die kip dat ze zo is behandeld. Volgende keer neem ik weer een club sandwich 😊

Was rustig zondag rond 13.30 uur Bediening leek er niet veel zin in te hebben Toch Cappucino en saucijzenbroodje besteld. Cappucino was smakeloos en het saucijzenbroodje was zeker niet vers Dus viel errug tegen

We zijn keurig en snel geholpen tijdens lunchtijd door aardige dames. Ze hebben een mooi afgeschermd gebied gecreëerd midden in een doorgangsgebied met winkels, dat is best prettig zitten. We hadden een broodje zalm en een broodje pittige kip, beide van hele goed kwaliteit en mooi gemaakt. Ga zo door!

WAT EEN SERVICE!! Samen met mijn moeder bestelde we een gebakje. De serveerster vroeg ons of het had gesmaakt. We vertelde dat het gebak nog bevroren was en daardoor niet zo goed smaakten. En wat schepte onze verbazing? We kregen na betalen een doosje met twee gebakjes mee naar huis. Dit verdiend een hele warme douche!! Dank jullie wel voor deze leuke attentie!

Vriendelijke bediening de iets oudere dame deed het uitstekend....midden in het winkelcentrum voordeel je hebt niks te maken met weersomstandigheden nadeel er is altijd drukte om je heen...verder was het allemaal een beetje krap...eten was lekker

Het eten was wel goed. De zaak was niet heel erg schoon, en ze zijn best prijzig.

Lekkere broodjes ,koffie niet duur jammer dat je nog niet binnen mag zitten.

Zulke vriendelijke mensen, harde werkers en vooral héérlijk eten!

Ze werken daar altijd professioneel en schoon. Ik heb een heerlijk italiaanse bol met hete kip gegeten zeker een aanrader. Complimenten voor de chef.

Brood met kroket besteld. Brood was uitgedroogd. Nieuw brood gevraagd maar dit was ook oud. Kroketten waren gepaneerde meelballen. Heb een halve boterham met moeite weggekregen. Reactie van de bediening was laconiek. We zullen het melden in de keuken.

Onze eerste lunch na de versoepeling van de C-maatregelen was 'Bij Oma' in de Alexanderpassage van de Bogaard in Rijswijk. Broodje croquet (lekker), melk en vers geperst sinaasappelsap (niet helemaal vers want hij smaakte verschraald). De bediening was heel vriendelijk!

Gebak die zogenaamd vers was gebakken ..was hard niet goed ontdooid. We moesten lang wachten op het eten.En onvriendelijk bediening!Wat mij betreft een ballentent!

Even snel lunchen lukt niet altijd dus maar even roepen. Soep was lekker en niet duur, lekker donker versbrood erbij.

Wat een matige mini broodjes voor € 10,25 ze durven. 3 zeer slecht belegde mini bolletjes zonder boter, 1 half plakje ham, mini balletje gehakt overladen met een kwak saté saus, en eentje met een klein beetje vlees. Met de naam warme wandeling. Wat een verschil met het broodje warm vlees van mijn man. Dat zag er beter uit en was ook goedkoper. Maar zolang iedereen deze prijzen wil betalen, blijft de zaak bestaan. Nog nooit boven de € 10, betaalt voor drie kleine opbak broodjes.
