Had an iced coffee there yesterday. The place looks good, but upon entering, there were 3 or 4 girls standing behind the counter looking at us as if to say, "What are you doing here?" We ordered 2 iced coffees with caramel; the caramel was nowhere to be found, and the iced coffee was shamefully just coffee with a few ice cubes. This cost us 12 euros. Never again. Pictured here is an iced coffee as it is supposed to be, so not their iced coffee.

I really enjoyed my time here! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The drinks were delicious and the value for money was excellent. And that’s not even mentioning the service. A fun, spontaneous waitress came over to chat and brought the food with a smile. Lots of natural light and a beautiful interior. The perfect spot for a cozy lunch or an afternoon of studying. So, in short: Hats off to Anne and Max, until next time!

In Utrecht, the waiters are incredibly nice and attentive; if that's too much for you, you should visit Noen. Just like in socialist times in Eastern Europe, guests are given a striking sense of being unwelcome.

Nice place. Delicious food. Good atmosphere. It's just a shame that the card machine asks for a tip. Perhaps I am principled, but I feel that a tip is earned and shouldn't have to be asked for. I calmly explained this to the employee, who accepted my positive response.

I come here often and find the sandwiches really delicious. However, unfortunately, I found long hairs in my sandwich the last two times. It might be a good idea to wear a hairnet while preparing it or to tie your hair neatly in a bun instead of a ponytail. Otherwise, the sandwiches are super tasty and I am satisfied with the food!
