If they miss an order you just get a new one, friendly staff. Only the large cappoucino is not large. But otherwise I am completely satisfied

Bonito lugar local para un café o almuerzo. Personal agradable y propietario con buen servicio. Con buen tiempo puede sentarse afuera. Me gustan los tosti’s recién preparados.

The ginger tea with lemon and ginger zest, prepared with a few slices of ginger and a quarter of a lemon, had an unforgettable taste; an experience that unfortunately I cannot repeat.

Met een groepje vrienden ontbeten bij dit kleine restaurantje. De maaltijden zijn prima naar verhouding met de prijs. Bediening is vriendelijk, de mevrouw die leiding geeft, de eigenaresse volgens mij, is bijzonder snauwerig en onvriendelijk. Jammer.

Highly recommend. Great service and people. Food amazing. We really enjoyed our Noen boost and Boiled breakfasts!!! Will come again soon. They also have a spot for working with laptops

The egg salad, coffee and orange juice was good. Muffin not worth it. Atmosphere was nice however the whole experience was completely deteriorated beyond repair because of the old lady who I believe is the owner/manager. I have never experienced such inhospitable service at a horeca before and she had an attitude that was shocking to have witnessed. All I had asked for was a takeaway muffin and the cost of it, and in return she acted as if I had asked for her to bear my unborn child. I have heard stories of the service before but to have actually witnessed it in person was even more appalling than I could have imagined.

Food was alright but the service was really bad. The old lady that works there is so rude to customers for no reason at all. Not only was she rude and had a huge attitude to me and my family but also to the other tables that were there.

Never been approached so rudely in my life. The place itself is cosy and nice, but don't be misguided by this. The service is incredibly disappointing: we ordered coffees, but after a while we were approached by what we believe was the manager, and when we communicated that we were not hungry at the moment, she specifically said "if somebody comes in that wants to eat, you are out." We were not the only people not eating in that moment, but we were singled out because we were working on our laptops, despite the fact that we were granted the permission to do so just a couple of minutes before. We understand that paying customers should have the priority, however the approach of the manager came across as incredibly rude and was simply disappointing.

If you find people watching enjoyable like I do you might want to try this cafe! Super strategic, just in the corner of this nice neighborhood close to Wilheminapark, Utrecht oost. Price wise, it’s considerably affordable and just like average food price in big cities.

Goed eten en een leuke locatie. Het restaurant is gelegen aan de Jan van Scorelstraat dichtbij het Wilhelminapark. Goed te bereiken via een mooie wandeling door het park. De gerechten zijn goed geprijsd en de producten zijn vers. Prima. Alleen een akelig gevoel overgehouden aan het einde van ons bezoek. Er kwamen wat nieuwe mensen binnen, wij hadden nét onze thee op en er werd manend tegen ons gezegd “ik weet niet of jullie hier nog een uur willen zitten ofzo maar er komen nu weer 4 anderen aan!” , dit kan ook een stuk vriendelijker. De gasten waar wij plaats voor moesten maken schrokken hier ook van, het werd gelijk een ongemakkelijke situatie voor iedereen. “Heeft het gesmaakt, willen jullie afrekenen?” was beleefder geweest ipv dat gesnauw. Hierdoor kom ik hier niet snel terug.

Been three times, three times was quite something. Today: I could just taste the pumpkin in the soup, but barely the goat cheese, the taste was wrung because it was too spicy. Unprecedentedly weak coffee, perhaps a record in my life, light brown water actually. In terms of atmosphere noise, noise and tutti quantity.

I had lunch here on January 24, 2024. It was crowded. Because it is small inside, it is extremely noisy. Had a nice sandwich. One such sandwich is quite small, but you can also opt for two slices of sourdough bread. Then it is more than sufficient.

Nice place for a cup of coffee before visiting the Rietveld-Schroder House. We sat outside in the autumn sun. We had a strange encounter with a waitress because a friend who joined us later because he was accompanying us to the Rietveld house was not allowed to sit so that we could quickly drink our coffee. He had to wait very faintly behind the benches. Otherwise great place.

Lady was a bad person, asked where the restroom was and just stared at me and pointed. Very bad service.

Very cozy place, offering quite some vegan options (I had the Elvis toastie, which I highly recommend), the matcha latte and coconut latte were very good, not too sweet and super frothy.

I have never seen so watery soep before! The so-called linzensoep I cannot find any beans in the soep. It's more like to drink the water from top of a soep pot when all the beans sediment in the bottom. Such a watery soep costs 5 euro. When I just finished the soep, someone immediately came to ask me what else I want to order. I paid and left.

Relaxte omgeving, ik zou zeker als ik weer in Utrecht ben weer gaan.

This place was nice, the lunch was very delicious and very fairly priced. However things took a very different turn when I decided to try some banana bread (see photo). 3.75€ for this tiny slice?? Seems very cheeky to ask such a price. Besides this one instance of daylight robbery it was a very pleasant experience.

We stopped in for lunch and it was fantastic. The owner was so friendly to a couple tourists in her neighborhood.

It is just the location that is nice, but the food is mid, coffee is mid,

ons broodje had 2 hele kleine plakjes worst wat niet eens de helft van het broodje bedekte. het eten was prima (tuna melt was wel lekker) totdat we een haar erin vonden?!.. de matcha latte was eigenlijk gewoon warme melk, we proeften geen matcha erin. duur voor wat je krijgt. service niet bijzonder aardig.

Good, fresh, soul food. Friendly owner, very obliging. So pleased I stumbled across this place. A pastrami sandwich and 0.0 IPA that I won't forget any time soon. Obviously popular with locals.

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been here many times and it is among my most favorite spots to get breakfast. You get a good variety of high quality fresh and freshly made food, and the staff and owner are very nice people. I wish I could take this awesome experience with me when I travel elsewhere.

Food was not bad, price is reasonable. Coffee was not really up to standard :( Service was excellent, attitude of the staff was good. It was really noisy inside (About 12pm on a Sunday) as the cafe was packed (limited space too). There are seats outside the cafe too but it was too cold today :P P.S. The soft boiled egg was cooked PERFECTLY. Runny yolk. I love it.

Gezellig, druk. Maar toen de bediening hoorde dat ik iets lekkers wilde om zei ze, sorry, dan ga ik nu eerst wat anders doen. De brownies waren zeer matig.

Loved the atmosphere and service and the place was not too expensive. The bread used for the sandwich was a little dry but i loved the apple pie.

Came in for breakfast after our morning dog walk. The lady that served us was extremely nice and gentle with the dog. Even brought him a treat. The coffee and croissants were also great! Good atmosphere! It’s the small things and attention to detail that make the place great.

Noen is een leuke plek in Utrecht maar de eigenaresse is zó ongelofelijk onaardig tegen haar personeel, dat het de sfeer compleet beïnvloedt. Ze heeft geen geduld en snauwt tegen de twee meiden die haar helpen terwijl er klanten bij staan. Echt bizar. Ze is ongelooflijk pinnig terwijl die meiden met rode wangen keihard staan te werken. Er is in ieder geval geen sprake van een positief pedagogisch klimaat waarin de twee meiden iets kunnen leren. Ik kom hier zeker niet meer terug. En tip voor de meiden: er is overal ontzettend veel horeca personeel nodig, zorg dat je snel ergens anders een plek vindt waar je wel normaal behandeld wordt!

Friendly young girls served a pastrami sandwich with jalapeño pepper as “sour” element. To hot to handle. Only friendly reply after my complaint: “ oh, sorry”. No idea about food, no ideas about service and hospitality. Dumb. and very inexperienced

Ik ben hier meerdere keren geweest, en telkens was de eigenaresse niet erg aardig. Een snauwende 'wel je handen ontsmetten!' laat je niet welkom voelen als je vraagt of er nog een plaatsje is. Ik gaf het telkens weer een kans omdat ik dichtbij woon, maar na de laatste nare ervaring met deze mevrouw kom ik zeker niet meer terug.

Tuve un desayuno completo que incluía una tostada, un huevo, un cruasán con mantequilla y mermelada, jugo de naranja y un café de mi elección por unos 10 euros. ¡Estaba absolutamente satisfecho con todo!
