When I started writing this review, it was the first existing review I read about the quality of the cappuccino. Although I thought I should include it in the review or not; Perhaps we are too spoiled these days and usually expect cappuccino made with a 'real machine' with a separate milk frother instead of from a machine as was the case here. Nevertheless, an excellent experience and the friendliness and environment more than make up for it. The visit was spontaneous after parking on the Willemsoord site and getting a cup of coffee before taking a city walk.

We had something to eat there as part of our visit to the Naval Museum. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. The prices were also completely ok for the location.

From Callantsoog we took a walk on the beach at Julianadorp, just walked into the village. Enjoyed a nice lunch here. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere.

Full marks. We were at the motorhome parking lot and, after an extensive bike ride through the dune landscapes and past the sea, we arrived at Stoom quite early on Monday without a reservation. We met a very nice and attentive waitress who not only did her job, but also wanted us to feel comfortable. A little advice where she tried her German for us and also an assist for a photo. The selection of fish met our taste and the short waiting time was shortened by the selection of bread we ordered as a starter. The food was not only served in a friendly manner, but also beautifully prepared. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant, the high room was quiet and, now in spring, the temperature was normal. We'd love to come back.
