First impressions are everything. The restaurant is sincere and the little flowers on the table were just so lovely, the food was so good that I even forgot to take some pictures. Lina was so friendly and attentive. Lovely place and highly recommend. Here’s a photo of the little flowers that complimented the restaurant so well. Next time I’ll take the photos of the food first lol 😂

I've lived in IJburg for years, but somehow I'd never eaten here before. Now I have, and I don't regret it. Fresh and delicious food, excellent wines, fast service, and a cozy, informal atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions. Highly recommended.

We have been here several times. The first time we came we did the three-course menu and had the gentleman pick all of the items for us based on some recommendations. Greatest thing ever. If you're trying to reduce your mental load and have an absolutely delicious meal. Everything they brought out was amazing. We then have gone twice for pizza. Their Pizza, Bianca and their margarita pizza are our favorites.

Behavior of one of the waitresses was very disrespectful and aggressive towards customers. She asked us to change tables (table of 4) to another table of 4 under the pretext that she was expecting customers (no logic!), quite simply because she did not want to clean the table where we had been placed. She spoke badly to us, asking us why we didn't want to change tables (since when do you have to justify yourself to go eat at a restaurant?) A shame to run a business and act like that! Change jobs if you don't like working in sales!

Referred here by a resident of IJburg; it was very good and tasty, good portions, lots of vegetables with the main course, ling fillet and a nice starter with tuna, nice bottle of white wine from Sicily with it

Great food and atmosphere! We visited Bloem op IJburg with our small baby, where they accommodated for our stroller and provided very friendly service. The homemade pasta dish and pizza were both delicious, as was the salad we had as a starter. Would recommend a visit!

Absolute robbery. 65euro spent on 3 beers and a pizza asked for a glass of water and they open a bottle before they bring it to your table and fill up your glass even though that’s not what we asked for and that was an extra 7 euros. For water. Would not recommend unless you’re looking for an expensive evening out. And it’s not a fancy place or location. Just extortionate prices

Every time the food has been fantastic, I cannot recommend this place enough. We have had the biesteka a few times and were blown away. Tonight we tried the tasting menu and every course was phenomenal. The staff are lovely and welcoming and the quality of the meat, fish and pasta dishes is consistently exceptional.

Heerlijk gegeten met heel vriendelijke bediening. Er werd ons eerst uitgelegd hoe en wie er gisteravond werkten en daarna een uitleg over de menukaart met een foto van het bord omdat ik in een hoekje naast de bar zat. Wij kozen voor een 4 gangen verrassingsmenu en daarbij meteen moeilijke opdracht 1 persoon geen of zo weinig mogelijk parmazaanse kaas. Het werd een heerlijk diner met heerlijke verschillende antipasta, heerlijke tussengerechten, afwisselende hoofd gerechten met zowel vlees (rib-eye) als vis (wang zeeduivel) en supertoetjes. Leuk wel dat ze niet gewoon iedereen hetzelfde serveerden waardoor je ook bij elkaar kon proeven en veel van de keuken kon proeven. Tussendoor werd er ook op ontspannen manier geïnformeerd of alles oké was zonder op te dringen. Dit zorgde voor ons voor heel leuke en ontspannen avond. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

A Mediterranean food restaurant that surprises you. High quality products and very well prepared food. Healthy with lots of flavor and touches like olive oil and excellent focaccia. Don't forget to close with an essential limonccello from the house.

Eating at Bloem every week, a feast for your senses. Lovely terrace full of flowers. Top food, great service. Today the Risotto, Ravioli and fennel salad and delicious Blush wine. For dessert Scroppino 🤗 Highly recommended!

Hidden gem in Ijburg. We missed this place for a year living in Ijburg and tried it recently. We were totally surprised by it. The ingredients they use are high quality and the dishes actually have full flavor. The service was also great. Definitely coming back soon.

Authentic Italian restaurant with menu changes based on seasons. Kids menu is available too. This is our family favorite restaurant, every single dish is 10/10. On the lazy days we often do pizza take out. Absolutely Amazing! Highly recommended!!!!

What deserves an extra compliment is that after all these years that Bloem has existed, the quality of the food is still very high and the people are friendly! Wonderful, such a familiar address where you know it is always good!

Strange that after 4 years you are approached at a party about a review from 4 years ago. And it was simply too busy that evening, which unfortunately did not do justice to the concept that Bloem wanted to convey on IJburg. But tonight it was rightly pointed out that I have already been back to Bloem since then and it was excellent. The food anyway. The service was also better. But it is strange that you are personally confronted about this 4 years later, but somewhat justified. It is also strange that more reviews and ratings from the same period 4 years ago say about the same about the service. But that will undoubtedly also have become much better. We all have bad days sometimes. But yes, the message was clear. I don't think I'm welcome anymore. So be it....

Bloem is a truly exceptional place where you find the freshest and best possible ingredients cooked with skill and style . Yesterday we tried fresh mozzarella straight from Italy, like a cloud of cream. Vitello al limone melting in the mouth and an ossobucco of kings. This was before even getting to the perfect fluffy tiramisu. Thank you team Bloem! & Vrolijke Kerstdagen

We zijn vriendelijk ontvangen en de bediening was attent. Je kunt van de kaart en/of bord een verrassend diner samenstellen uit voor-/hoofd-/nagerecht. Vooraf een aperitief nemen is een goede optie. Wij waren met 7 personen en hebben van de kaart 3 pizza’s ; 3 pastagerechten en een visgerecht en 3 verschillende voorgerechten. Kortom de keukenbrigade werd op de proef gesteld om alles tegelijk uit te serveren. Voor het visgerecht is dat niet gelukt en heeft de bediening zich geëxcuseerd en dat dit gerecht ongeveer 5 minuten laterzou worden uitgeserveerd, dat was correct. De overige maaltijden zijn netjes opgemaakt en smaakten goed zo gebukt toch van alle aanwezigen begrepen. Het restaurant was zowel binnen als op het straatterras goed bezet. Mogelijk ligt daar de oorzaak dat de keukenbrigade East extra tijd nodig had om het visgerecht te bereiden. Dat was een klein minpuntje. Toch is dit restaurant een aanrader.

Absolutely delicious meal! I have never enjoyed cooked carrots so much in my life. My husband is celiac, and the waiter was extremely attentive and went over the entire menu with us to ensure he knew exactly what was available to him. Although nothing is marked gluten free on the menu, they had several options available for him. Lovely meal all around!

Al jaren een van de beste pizzatenten van Amsterdam. Vooral de vegetarische pizza met truffelmayonaise, echt een aanrader. Jammer dat ze niet in de stad bezorgen.

The food was good, but the service erratic. It took quite some time to place our order. Once we finished our mains we were sort of forgotten. So we decided to skip coffee and dessert. Paying the bill took us three attempts.

Gisteren wezen eten bij Bloem: wat een verrassing. Italiaans eten zoals het moet zijn. bijzondere gerechten , een explosie aan smaken. De mosselen als voorgerecht en de pasta met scheermesjes als primi waren bijzonder lekker. We hebben de gerechten gedeeld en alles bij lekaar was het voldoende. De gevulde inktvis en zeebaars ook erg lekker. Dit is geen gewoon Italiaans restaurant maar een restaurant zoals je in kookprogramma's ziet waar ze bijzondere gerechten laten zien. een aanrader!!!

Zoals altijd heerlijk gegeten, voor ieder wat wils van Pizza tot een vis pasta gerecht. De Scropino is ook heerlijk, je bent binnendoor zo van Almere in IJburg, lekker stads buiten eten, gezellige tent!

Auf IJburg sind Restaurants rar und auf der Suche danach landet man automatisch hier. Und das ist gut so! Angenehmes Ambiente, sehr nette Bedienung und lekker Essen gibt es hier zu entdecken und zu genießen. Empfehlung.

Onvriendelijk, ongeïnteresseerd personeel en heel slecht eten. Ongelofelijk dat je als buurtrestaurant al jaren op IJburg zit en zo weinig service geeft aan je buurtbewoners. Eten was ronduit slecht. Toppunt is een fles (prik) water waarvoor je 6,50 moet afrekenen! Eten veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Tafeltjes buiten onrustig door voorbij razende scooters. Onze avond was bedorven door slecht eten (heeft niets met Italiaans te maken) en onvriendelijk personeel en buitenlawaai. Ons ze je hier niet meer.

Echt super dit! Echt fantastische niet allerdaagse Italiaanse gerechten. Mega lekker gegeten hier al aantal keer, erg leuke mensen ook. Top!

Bloem is terug! …. en hoe …. heerlijke voorgerechten en mooi gepresenteerd! Risotto met asperges en doperwten was echt top, de vis was precies goed …. prima geholpen en knap dat de zaak zo snel na corona weer op dit niveau zit!

Leider gibt es nicht mehr als 5 Sterne, ich würde auch 10 vergeben. Heute früh führte uns ein geschäftlicher Termin in das Restaurant und nachdem wir einen schönen Tag in Amsterdam hatten, wollte ich nochmal hin, bevor wir uns auf den Rückweg machten. Ich hatte nämlich gesehen das es da Wagyu Steak gibt und das wollte ich unbedingt Probieren, auch weil der Preis, mit 32,50 Euro doch ausgesprochen Günstig erschien (gut der Chefkoch hat mir erklärt warum) was soll ich sagen ein Traum!!!! So wie ein Steak sein soll, das Fleisch zerfloss förmlich im Mund und die Beilage super lecker. Das Risotto meiner Partnerin, war auch ein Traum. Bedienung und Ambiente Top und wir waren definitiv nicht das letzte Mal da.

Het eten is erg goed, maar de bediening kan veel beter. Ze zijn niet gastvrij en niet attent. Ze vergeten dingen, je moet ze erop attenderen. Kortom onverschillig en ongeïnteresseerd. Je krijgt wel een neppe lach, als je gaat afrekenen!

Eten is goed. Jammer dat ik dat niet van de bediening kan zeggen. Ze zijn niet professioneel, traag en niet attent.

Zaterdag 12 feb 22. Gelukkig was het eten en het gezelschap goed, maar de bediening was echt vreselijk. Weinig zo slecht meegemaakt. Niet gastvrij, onaardig, vergeetachtig....hopelijk had ze slechte dag. Daarentegen was de jonge jongen die ons af en toe hielp erg aardig en voorkomend.

Het heten was ronduit slecht. de presentatie kwam niet in de buurt van de foto's op de site. pasta compleet doorgekookt . Te veel geld voor geen enkele kwaliteit. We wonen om de hoek maar komen nooit meer

Flüchtig habe ich dieses Restaurant gesehen und mich draussen in die Abendsonne gesetzt. Ich würde diese Location in die Kategorie einstufen - verhältnismäßig viel gezahlt, nicht wirklich satt geworden, ABER es war lecker! Die sizilianische Art der Arancini wurde auf ihre eigene Weise performt - für 2 tischtennisballgrosse Reiskugeln, knappe 13€ ist schon olympisch. Für ein Sektglas!! Aperol-Spritz dann knappe 9€ ist unverschämt. Was wirklich lecker war, hier stimmte der Preis, waren die Pizzavariationen. Meine Wahl fiel auf die Salami und die war sehr lecker. Ich würde wiederkommen - wenn ich alle anderen Läden in Amsterdam auch gesehen habe!
