Been there several times but yesterday was a drama. Everything half frozen, after a comment they said they would make new hot ones, unfortunately nothing was seen (2x) also an order that was suddenly lost (waitress apron) with 2 people for € 100 frozen meal and a windowsill full of dead flies, food remains now both of us glued to the toilet for a Sunday after many positive times unfortunately not again

Nice restaurant, food tasted good, choice was not very big but of course you choose that. Service very friendly! Unfortunately it took an incredibly long time, we were with a group, certainly between rounds we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the food. But drinks were happily refilled (you pay for that of course), not for us again, we did not get full. Price quality is certainly too expensive for how long you have to wait for dishes.

Nice service, really great. Was served well. The food itself was very tasty, as always at Bodega. It just took a very long time. After 2 hours we had 2x tapas inside. Vegan menus may have had traces of other meat, so that was already out of the question for the person who had this. Champions eventually finished, tapas that were brought that we had not ordered. The kitchen did not run smoothly. Fortunately we were with a large group, lots of fun. As it got quieter, the orders went a bit smoother. But the service, that gets the biggest plus.

Bad unfriendly service, we had to wait 35 minutes for drinks and asked twice. In addition, we had asked for a dish without corn, which was included. Finally, 1 person wanted a sandwich with cheese, we were told that the fondue would come with a sandwich, so we ordered it, but unfortunately no sandwich came with it. We are disappointed

My first experience with a tapas restaurant was somewhat disappointing. Just like previous reviews, the operation was very messy. Lots of mistakes and always having to chase them up because they forgot orders. The friendliness did make up for something. However, there is no structure, which may be remedied if clarity is created. But when I read that this has been going on for some time, I suspect it will not change for a while. Too bad, but despite that we had a good meal and a good time.

The price-quality ratio of the food leaves much to be desired in some dishes. A number of other dishes were good, but if you want to eat vegetarian, the standard is disappointing. What was especially annoying was that the person who served us, unlike the other two who made good contact, didn't seem to feel like it today. And she made that clear by making almost no eye contact, pushing the food onto the table without saying anything and the moment we indicated that the wrong drink had been brought and I wanted the right drink. She looked at me as if I was asking something very strange. Without an apology. For the 80 euros we paid for two people, I thought the flexibility of the service was really below par.

Now neatly resolved! Had dinner here last night. The service certainly did their best, but it took a very long time and the restaurant was not even half full. The first round took a long time, and yet we got the food before the drinks. Had to ask to order another drink. Received chorizo ​​croquettes twice instead of the shrimp croquette. The food was also served to the wrong table, and when the table next to us indicated this, it went back to the kitchen and we were then served it cold. Some rounds a dish was missing, which would come later... but here too, after a long time, I had to ask whether it would come at all. Some dishes were cold, and some dishes from the fryer were burnt. Shame! Because we always enjoyed coming to eat with you.

Better than Bodega y Tapas in Leeuwarden, where we were before. Nice ambiance and excellent service, but here too the taste of the food was quite bland and there were often lukewarm snacks. Maybe it doesn't help that we were a group of 12, but they should be able to handle that, right?

Dirty toilets, food was mediocre. Luckily I had great company which made it fun.

Over the years, bodega y tapas has increasingly disappointed me and my wife. The menu is not changing for the better, the price is only going up and the portions are getting smaller and smaller. I don't think I'll go there often anymore. Very unfortunate because it was our favorite restaurant.

Dessert cheesecake that was frozen crackling hard. Cinnamon ice cream is vanilla ice cream. Whipped cream dollop of saggy cream. Service was ashamed of the kitchen. Very unfortunate

Made reservation for 7pm. Now 45 minutes later and we still don't have a table. Finally got a table. We are a group of 6. Given a table for 4. It was a very crowded restaurant. Not much space between tables. After 15 minutes a larger table becomes available. We have to ask for the table to be prepared so that we can sit there. Food ordered. It's Tapas, so a number of smaller dishes. Have to wait a long time before the first round comes. About 8:30 before we're actually served. Most of it is actually cold or luke warm. Now we order before we've actually got the previous order in the hope that it will get here soon. Which seems to work. But still mainly cold. Was it very tasty? Nah. We easily make nicer things at home. Will we be going back? This was the first and last time. Would not recommend this place at all.

You better make sure you are not in a hurry if you eat at this place.

I'll try to stay factual. But this was a very disappointing dinner for 8 people. There were 2 dirty plates covered in it. (With caked-on food remains, the other 6 plates had dried stains of water). Cutlery stained. Satay cold (up to 3x) We received food several times that we had not ordered. We didn't always get the food we ordered. Tomato soup was very salty. Risotto balls and the sweet potato fries a little too black. Spare ribs tasteless (seemed like a heated freezer product) Tenderloin tips did not taste like tasty tenderloin at all and were in a very salty gravy, just like the shrimp(?). Hot dog was cold. Everything from the fryer was fine and so were the salmon pieces. But the rest wasn't good. The service will undoubtedly do their best, but it was not good either. Long wait to order, or long wait for delivery of the order. Dirty empty glasses and bottles were left on the table while new ones were brought. Tickets with food orders were not collected spontaneously. We had to wait a very long time for the food. We started at 7:30 PM and at 9:10 PM we had round 2. We indicated that we were not very satisfied. We were offered a drink for free. But in the end no one came to take a drink and when this did happen at our request, we had to wait 20 minutes for tea and coffee. (The restaurant was empty except for one other group at the time). The cappuccino included a piece of nougat and a bag of honey(?), the other coffee and tea came without nougat. Well, it was a waste of the money we worked hard for. We were looking forward to good food and a feeling of satisfaction. Addition: the next night I felt extremely nauseous and had diarrhea. And unfortunately I wasn't the only one in the group. After contacting Bodega y Tapas about this review, they indicated that this was not the case and apologized. We are going for the resit in Zuidlaren on February 7.

Food was all cold or lukewarm, after saying something about it it was slightly better but it remained lukewarm. It's all very unfortunate. Service was good and friendly.

Very disappointing. Reserved for 7 people, half an hour in the car, children looking forward to the food. To then arrive there and hear that there is no room left... you arrive at 7:15 PM... luckily we were able to find another restaurant where we were welcome! Do something about your system.

Terrible. Ate twice: First time with two people. Haven't eaten anything after an hour. Then we said something about it and then the food came. The second time, with a large group (including children). This was a children's party. After an hour and a half everyone had had two snacks. Everyone was/became grumpy and bored. We sat there from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. 3 hours and still not everyone was full. Had bad luck? I have no idea, but I don't know why I would go here again.

The later in the evening, the worse the service, when we ordered food we got it straight away with ice cream. I don't think that was the intention, the whipped cream and ice cream had melted. Dirty glasses and plates were not cleared from the table. We sat with dirty plates and glasses all evening. Ice cream scoops was not equal; one got a teaspoon, the other a tablespoon and another got an ice cream spoon. We had reported our complaint, the owner came and spoke to us in English, sorry! We live in the Netherlands and Dutch is spoken here, once but never again.

Enjoying a nice dinner out tonight as thoughts, but unfortunately this did not turn out to be the case. Of the 3 rounds we had, no dish was satisfying. Cold, from the freezer, tough, not tasteless but just really dirty. We quickly packed our things and left the restaurant, ending with a nice bill, after they said a 25% discount had been taken away. To top it all off, the staff who helps you with the checkout recommend the Italian restaurant next to Bodega y tapas to customers. (says enough) Now off to McDonald's for a nice dinner.

Wonderful evening out, we come back here with pleasure every time.

Food was fine, but the service was really terrible. We sat for 15/20 minutes before anyone came by, then they forgot our drinks and we had to ask for them ourselves. There was dirty sludge in my wine, next round we got hot coke, had to go to the bar for ice cream ourselves, got some pathetic pieces of ice that had already completely melted, then asked if they could get new ice and they really responded as if we had given them very bad difficult questions. I don't need lukewarm drinks, those few crumbs of ice only ensure that I have warm and watery drinks. The staff clearly didn't feel like it, almost didn't come to the table, had to go after things themselves, were way too busy with themselves. We all work in the catering industry and forgetting something or waiting longer can happen. But the restaurant was almost empty and this really didn't make sense. If you don't feel like working, just don't do it. We were called whiny people when we left, but next time we might make sure we don't have to whine.

Went to Bodega again today, always good food and friendly service.... but today a very bad experience.... sat for 3 hours but had a course 5 times...... the busier it became, the longer you had to wait. waiting.....and the food was served lukewarm.....The cooks had gone home sick, that was the reason.....tired of drinking but certainly not of the food.....but the full had to pay pounds...very disappointed. Submitted a complaint and was offered a free dinner....great.....we'll try again.

Terrible experience . The rounds took far too long; we had to wait 45-60 minutes per round for just two snacks. Almost every round the food was cold. If you asked where your food was, it arrived within a few minutes, but it was still not nice and warm. There were also missing rounds that were simply skipped. Part of our table was already having coffee, while another group was still waiting for a round. And then the drinks: small glasses and terribly expensive. (Minimum 3.50 per drink, but that quickly increases to 6-9 euros per drink) Definitely not recommended!

After having eaten at the Noorderplansoen a few times, we now visited Haren for the first time. We shouldn't have done that. Service was fine, nice girls. Had to wait an hour for the first course and the next courses also took a very long time. (Between 45 minutes and an hour). As a result, I spent almost 4 hours here with only a few rounds of food. We understood that there were many more complaints and that this occurred more often, especially during the weekend.

Had dinner there last night with 4 people. Of the 5 orders, 1 was correct. Either it contained the wrong tapas, or we received it from the wrong table. Waited 45 minutes once for the order. We definitely won't be going here again. When we said that we had to wait so long, the waitress told us that there was an illness. As compensation we received 1 drink for free.

Had dinner for the first and last time last night. What a letdown. Service drama, food not warm, not a single round was correct for the ordered dishes. Waiting 45 minutes for food, drinks are ready on the bar, but it takes 10 minutes before someone thinks I should bring them over. No visible pipes present. For every question you ask, I will ask. But won't come back. It is incomprehensible that it is so busy here. Toilets tatty and filthy. In short, very disappointing and the price is much too high for what you get. €6 for a glass of wine!!!

The dishes were not served too hot. And the spare ribs were even cold. After indicating a few times that it was not hot, the waitress went to the kitchen to ask why it was cold. The answer from the kitchen was that they were serving it hot and that I had left it too long. It's a shame that a waitress has to deliver the story. There was only 1 toilet with a lock on the door. The seat in the other toilet was loose and there were no towels to dry your hands. A disappointing birthday gift.

The food is fine, but many dishes are not (reasonably) fresh. Patties are very dry and are moderately filled, the vegetables (with the cheese fondue) looked/tasted as if they had been cut more than 2 days ago. However, there was a lot of choice (also in non-dry dishes) and they tasted great. A great restaurant for a night out at this price.

Yesterday we had a delicious meal at Bodega y Tapas in Haren for the second time. The last time was a few years ago (then it was "okay") and the reviews we read here made us a bit skeptical... But it was very good! The food was tasty, varied and well heated. The staff were friendly and the service fast and faultless. All in all better than last time and we had nothing to complain about. Of course you will find better culinary dishes elsewhere, but that is quite part of the tapas concept. We come back!

Relaxing and having a nice dinner with the daughters aged 8 and 11. Great fun to pick out tasty things and write down those numbers. Snacks were delicious, staff was sweet and attentive, atmosphere was nice. Recommended!

Ate here yesterday. We arrived at 7pm. We knew the concept of Groningen, so we filled out the card and waited. After 10 minutes we ordered drinks and after 20 minutes the first tapas arrived. They had forgotten the bread and it was brought upon request. Eat and drink quietly until 8:45 PM. It didn't all go very quickly and we had to wait 30 minutes each time or ask if we could get drinks. Ordered again at 8:45 PM, but nothing came. Ordered a drink and it was delivered incorrectly. At 9 p.m. the manager left for Assen and a number of young ladies remained to serve. At 9:30 pm someone came to our table to clear the table? I asked her where our order was. She would check this out. She came back and said our order was gone. We were able to order again. This order, because she did not come back, was handed over after 15 minutes. Got a coke on the house because it took so long. In the meantime you could notice that the manager had left at 9 p.m. The ladies were mostly chatting behind the bar and the guests were forgotten. There was 1 blonde lady who walked up and down, but the rest thought chatting was more important. So very bad. In terms of design, this store is not like the cozy atmosphere that is found on the Damsterdiep or New Ebbingestraat. The staff can also learn something from the other branches mentioned above. The tapas were very good. Staff needs to be woken up. I personally won't come here again.

Nice tapas restaurant in Haar! Well decorated and the location is beautiful. Staff is quite slow and look around unenthusiastically and trudge around. This also meant that after an hour we had more drinks (which you could order via a QR code) than the tapas themselves. Only half of the orders arrived. As a result, there was always something someone missed.

After being at Bodega y tapas Kropswolde recently, we decided to eat here. Although it was not bad, there are significant differences, firstly it is less cozy, cozy and well-organized here, which results in the fact that you are often overlooked here when you want to order or your table is full. The food was not bad, but it often arrived a bit cold or something was missing from your order. The layout is also somewhat illogical, which makes it easy to overlook. The concept of tapas is of course to eat slowly and enjoy, but one round per hour is a bit sparse. Now there were also many young girls working who seemed to lack the overview, but certainly did their best and were very friendly. It's certainly not bad, but there are points of attention!

Small and a bit messy tapas restaurant in the heart of Haren. The interior is a bit of a faded glory. The staff is also friendly and hospitable. You can order two dishes per person per round. In principle, the card has plenty of choice. The downside I found was that not all dishes were warm (some seemed as if they had been reheated). On the other hand, the price and unlimited time are low (but I would rather pay a little more). Furthermore, the price for an affligem blond, € 6.50 per tapped glass, is very high.

Come to Bodega Haren more often, also 3 weeks ago. Food was far below standard, cold meat, or dried out, fries were still raw. I completed 3 rounds and then didn't order anything anymore, there were 5 of us. Had dinner last night with a team outing. The service was bad. Tables that were not cleared. Drinks that took a long time to be delivered. Food that we had to wait 40 minutes for because they lost our ticket. Not coming to take a coffee order when you have requested it. The food was sometimes cold.

Persoonlijk vond ik het eten en de bediening/service voor de eerste keer erg slecht. Ik nam vrienden mee uiteten omdat ik zelf erg enthousiast was maar heb ze helaas niet echt kunnen overtuigen. Veel van de menukaart was er niet. Meerdere rondes werden er dingen gewoonweg niet gebracht.. Het duurt vaker lang omdat het druk was maar als personeel gewoon met elkaar staat te kletsen in plaats van te bedienen vraag ik me af of het aan de drukte lag. Moet er wel 2 keer over nadenken of ik de volgende keer wel voor bodega kies.

Goed restaurant, aardige bediening, alle gerechten kwamen snel en het smaakte allemaal heerlijk. Blijf er zeker heen gaan.

Wat een gezellige en lekkere avond weer!

Super lekker gegeten en ze hebben goed rekening gehouden met mijn allergieën (inclusief glutenvrij brood!). De zit ruimte is alleen wat krap. De sangria is zeker aan te bevelen.

Prima plek prima eten, en de baby vond het ook een goed menu!

Lekker, gezellig. We waren op tijd op de avond dus we hoefden niet lang te wachten op de gerechtjes. Later op de avond werd het drukker.

Tapas and cocktails. All you can eat without the time restriction of 2.5 hours. Basically if you want to eat at 5pm and leave at 10 pm you can! First let start about the cocktail. They have alot of them and they come all in big tall glasses. And they are good. The food was generic. It's not undercoocked by all means, but it was missing a little bit of outspoken flavours. It was standard. Which is a shame seeing the part of town they are situated at. I somehow expected more. Mainly the thing that the flavours were generic is the system they work with. You write your order down with pen, they put it in the system by hand and your order comes out at the same time (which mean that part of your order is kept warm before the complete order is brought to your table. So that system made an error and we were brought twice the same order of food. They could really benefit from and automate system - which they HAVE for ordering drinks! All in all it was a bit disappoint, but still we full of food and cocktails

Ik bezocht dit tapas restaurant in Haren, Groningen, tussen 5 en 8 uur 's avonds. Aanvankelijk genoot ik van het smakelijke eten, maar naarmate de avond vorderde, begon de kwaliteit van het eten af te nemen, wellicht door toenemende drukte. Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar niet erg snel. Helaas werden er veel fouten gemaakt, waardoor bestellingen werden vergeten of zelfs helemaal niet werden doorgegeven. Het viel op dat dit niet alleen bij ons gebeurde, maar ook bij andere gasten. Een belangrijk aspect dat bijdroeg aan deze problemen was de bestel methode: gasten schreven hun keuzes op bier viltjes, die vervolgens werden opgehaald, ingevoerd en teruggebracht voor bevestiging. Dit resulteerd in een opeenvolging van menselijke stappen, wat lastiger werd naarmate het drukker werd. Ik ben van mening dat het gebruik van tablets voor bestellingen en zones voor het personeel de efficiëntie en service aanzienlijk zouden verbeteren. Het restaurant had ook hygiënische tekortkomingen, zoals gebrek aan zeep en doekjes in de toiletfaciliteiten. Over het algemeen was schoonmaken niet hun sterkste punt, wat zichtbaar was in het hele restaurant omdat overal de vegen van de poetsdoeken nog goed te zien waren. Ondanks deze tekortkomingen wil ik graag de vriendelijkheid van het personeel benadrukken. Gedurende de hele avond voelde ik me welkom en zag ik bijna niets anders dan glimlachende gezichten. Ze waren bijzonder attent tegenover mijn 7-jarige zoon en zorgden zelfs voor een kleurplaat om hem bezig te houden. Of ik nog eens terugkom, hangt af van eventuele verbeteringen. Als het bestelsysteem onveranderd blijft, betwijfel ik dat ik terugkom. Maar als er positieve veranderingen plaatsvinden, sta ik daar zeker voor open. Het eten aan het begin van de avond was immers heerlijk. Ik hoop alleen dat de vriendelijkheid van het personeel behouden blijft.

Gezellige plek om een hapje te eten. Niet bijzonder, gewoon lekker.

Vaker gegeten en het blijft lekker! Bijzonder was dat ons gisteren(11-08-2023) een karaf kraanwater(met ijsblokjes) werd aangeboden vanwege het warme weer, zeer attent! Dame die ons hielp was zeer vriendelijk, heeft de karaf ook nog bij gevuld. Dit noem ik pas service, goed gedaan!

Bodega y Tapas Haren Zoals altijd alle dagen gezellig druk. Bij binnenkomst mag je zelf een tafel in dit geval voor twee personen uitzoeken. Tafel was wel gedekt maar lagen nog diverse kruimels op. Tevens duurde het lang voordat we drankjes konden bestellen. Wordt wel direct brood met Tapenade en aioli geserveerd. Dit was goed evenals het eten. Wel excuses door engelstalige bediening voor de verlate aandacht om drinken te bestellen. We kregen netjes wat we hadden besteld en alles wordt netjes opgediend. Al met al een gezellige leuke avond.
