Successful Sunday evening on the terrace. Too busy talking to read the menu so asked if the kitchen could surprise us with their own fantasy. And that certainly worked everything was very tasty and friendly service.

It was delicious as always and the service was great!

We were here with our daughter, her husband and their baby of eight month. Both the staff and the other guests were most friendly towards the toddler. The food was good and delicious and we had a wonderful time. We‘ll come back.

We wilden hier met familie eten, maar zijn direct weer vertrokken — en dat kwam volledig door de eigenaar zelf. Voordat we plaatsnamen, ging ik snel even naar het toilet. Bij terugkomst werd ik op onbeschofte wijze geconfronteerd door de eigenaar, die zonder enige uitleg of reden de deur blokkeerde en me dwong te betalen omdat ik “nog niets had geconsumeerd”. Ik stond letterlijk op het punt om aan tafel te gaan. Er was vooraf niets gezegd over beleid of voorwaarden — en blijkbaar wordt hier uitgegaan van het slechtste in mensen. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, werd er bij vertrek ook nog eens achter mijn rug geroepen dat ik hier “wat van geleerd had”. Ja, dat heb ik zeker: namelijk dat gastvrijheid hier ver te zoeken is, en dat zelfs de eigenaar geen enkel besef heeft van klantvriendelijkheid of fatsoen. Wij zouden hier geld uitgeven en een gezellige avond hebben — nu vertellen we iedereen om deze plek te vermijden. Als je zo met mensen omgaat, verdien je geen klanten

Mega surprised! Just getting used to the fact that you pay per dish here, instead of All-in like most other tapas places. Nevertheless, really delicious food, large portions and very tasty and fresh! By far the best tapas place we have been to so far!

In our opinion, price/quality is not in proportion. I normally never edit my reviews, but here is a response to the owner in response to his response to my review: 1. Reading comprehension is not for you. 2. If you can't stand an opinion, and ours wasn't too bad, then don't go into the catering industry. I read that you often respond to slightly less favorable reviews. Now in a bit more detail; We ordered: a "large" bowl of nachos with pulled chicken, 18 euros In our opinion, too small a portion for this price. It did contain chicken, unfortunately no pulled chicken. And the chili sauce poured over it made us a little sad. I expect a spring roll, but not an 18 euro nachos bowl. 1st round 5 bowls of tapas, all was ok. Steak tips could have been better. Then we waited almost half an hour for round 2, 4 bowls of tapas, 2x fries and 2x steak tips, now they were better. But having to wait half an hour for this with 3 people in the kitchen and 3 in the service with only 7 tables is very long. Had 6 soft drinks and a jug of sangria between rounds 1 and 2 because of the long wait. 114 eu for having to fork out. We didn't dare to have dessert anymore because of time. So we got that somewhere else. We were also not asked during the first round whether everything was satisfactory. For us, the price of these a la carte dishes is on the high side. Or offer more quality. And be happy with the 3 stars we still give.

We went to eat here with not too high expectations as this restaurant is not recommended on many sites. Upon arrival, a nice table had been reserved (this is really necessary otherwise you won't have a place). The food was really delicious. Not too big and not too small portions and it didn't take too long before the next round came. We sat outside so we could people watch. Very cozy atmosphere! The waitresses were also very nice and helpful. It's that I'm not from Groningen, but otherwise I would become a regular customer. Recommended to everyone!

It was ok but nothing more, everyone who gives 5 stars here has never been to a good tapas restaurant. The menu is quite Dutch oriented. The tasty dishes were small or not in stock and if you get full quickly, you get a lot of it. It all took quite a long time before it was on the table and after 2 rounds it was ready. Paper was removed from the table and we could no longer order. It didn't make me very happy

Yes, we went to the terrace and we were served by a very nice young man, very polite and it was quite fast to serve, we didn't have to wait long once, I haven't had that many beers in a long time and it was pleasantly busy and then you stay seated, we wanted steak food but it wasn't there they said it's a pity because we went to eat a few doors down and it wasn't that good we thought. jeedje that steak was so bad and the fries were also so tough incredibly bad but yes it's about you that was a perfect afternoon. Enjoyed it on your terrace. We will definitely come back to you and the very good and nice staff there. Continue to put only steak on the menu.

It has nothing to do with Catalonia, except maybe beer. Quesadilla is bread, in general any dish is a classic - bread and some kind of filling

Celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary here with the 2 of us, had a delicious meal. Then saw a film at Pathé.

Heerlijk gegeten! Prima eten. Heerlijk wat tapas besteld en gegeten. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De keuken wist de drukte prima bij te benen. Prijs was zeer acceptabel, zeker gezien de kwaliteit. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

They're actually not tapas like you know them from Catalonia. Italian bruscetta is not pan con tomato. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't traditional tapas. The wine was okay. All in all okay if you don't expect "real" tapas.

So friends, anyone who doesn't come here regularly is pretty stupid. We were in the Netherlands for King's Day and first went there for a small Snack and 1-2 beers and then moved on, but after three (!!!) other restaurants couldn't keep up with the Catalana, we went back. The service was absolutely fantastic and the 3 women did an absolutely amazing job! Spending hours on my feet at and constantly busy visiting Lokal and constantly super friendly, super attentive and such a great charisma! We were very happy! Then the food was absolutely amazing and we couldn't get enough of it! We had different snacks and it was so delicious, not normal anymore! AND THEN THE TOILETTES WERE STILL ABSOLUTELY CLEAN AT 10 PM IN THE EVENING! The towels were changed in between and it was still super clean after all those busy hours! We will remember the store and will definitely come back! Thank you for making our day so wonderful! Until next time! :-)

A big thanks goes to Desi. She is an asset to this restaurant. Incredibly friendly and accommodating. But the food is also really reasonably priced and, above all, super tasty. Because of our enthusiasm, we ate there for two days. Highly recommended also on Kingsday!

Ontzettend lang wachten!!! Andere restaurantjes serveren bij een glas wijn als appetizertje een broodje met kruidenboter oid. Hier duurde zelfs een besteld broodje met aïoli meer dan een half uur, en dan wordt het koud geserveerd. Nachos met guacamole kan ook binnen 5 minuten geserveerd als koud gerecht. Teleurstellend

Wij hebben hier heerlijk op het terras gezeten, goed Spaans bier van de tap, heerlijke nachos erbij gegeten. De bediening was erg vriendelijk. Gewoon een leuke relaxte plek.

Één van de lekkerste tapas restaurants van Groningen. Geen all you can eat vreetschuur concept maar een knus restaurantje met een wat kleinere kaart. Alle gerechtjes die we gehad hebben waren super lekker. De bediening was vriendelijk. We komen graag nog eens terug in de zomer om op jullie knusse terras te genieten van dezelfde lekkere tapas :)

Was a very nice evening here. The food was very delicious and a good variety of different dishes! The service was very great! Both waitresses were very very thoughtful and attentive and had a very personal attitude! Also got some very nice information about the rioja area and some wines out of the area! Personeel was wel zeer vriendelijk, maar het duurde wel erg lang voor ze het eten kwamen brengen. Na de laatste ronde werd snel de tafel opgeruimd zonder te vragen of we nog iets na wilden. Het eten was wel goed, maar niet heel uitzonderlijk.

Goed tapas restaurant wat gelukkig niet op het all you can eat 2uur formule leunt, het maakt de prijs echter wel iets hoger maar de kwaliteit vind ik dan wel beter dan 71% van de andere tapas restaurants in de regio Groningen.

Laat niks te wensen over. Goede service en prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Gezellig tapasrestaurant, alleen nog maar op terras gezeten. Fijne hapjes en een uiterst vriendelijk meisje in de bediening, wel Engels sprekend maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken.

Erg lekker gegeten met superleuke bediening. We kregen excuses dat het volgens de bediening te lang duurde voordat we het eten kregen, maar zelf hebben we er niets van gemerkt. Lekker getafeld van 19.00 tot 21.45 uur. Auto parkeren in Haren P+R en voor de deur in- en uitstappen.
