I asked Matthew and Geertje to provide a vegan lunch at an event with relations. The food was delicious and the guests were very enthusiastic. Super!

What a great addition to the 4th edition of our Spring Event: the Bollyfoods food truck! From the moment they arrived, they brought atmosphere and coziness. The colorful truck made the mini festival feeling on our courtyard complete. The food was fantastic: crispy spring rolls, tasty samosas and curries, fresh salads and as a perfect ending a delicious dessert. Our guests enjoyed it! The ladies of Bollyfoods also deserve a big compliment. They actively thought along, were flexible and even prepared to stay a bit longer so that everyone could enjoy themselves at their leisure. Professional, hospitable and above all incredibly tasty – Bollyfoods is highly recommended for any event!

We organized a mother-son day with our association where we had bollyfoods come by for the catering of +- 40 people. Very friendly people, super tasty food and a cozy food truck. Thanks again and I highly recommend you for other parties/occasions!

Not an extensive menu, but what was served on the table was delicious. More than friendly service that makes you enthusiastic about what you can eat. Absolutely recommended.

Had dinner at Billy Foods tonight. Very friendly service. Food was very spicy. I love Indian food, but this was just too good. Had to drink a lot of water. Tables are close together, so you can hear a lot about the conversations of the guests next to you. We had to wait more than 1/2 hour for the food. I won't eat there again.

Delicious food, there are 2 main choices on the menu but what a pleasure for the taste buds! Service super attentive and while serving the dishes they explain what it is! Definitely recommended to eat here!

Best Indian Restaurant I've been

A very cozy atmosphere as soon as you enter the restaurant! In addition, the food is very tasty and unique! Every time I'm in Nijmegen I come and eat here!

Catering ordered on location. Bollyfoods is clearly well organised. Everyone had a delicious meal.

The dishes are accompanied by different spices to add as desired, the spiral bread is very good and the whole thing very varied. Maybe not enough for big stomachs but you can ask for more portions. Warm and smiling welcome!

The ultimate India taste experience, I already knew Bollyfoods from their food truck. This is also an ultimate experience. However, we had dinner in the restaurant on Sunday, and when you park your car, the Indian smells waft towards you. You are really drawn in by the wonderful smells coming from the kitchen. Inside you imagine yourself in a little India, with very nice decoration. The food was great as always, with small beads of sweat on the head from the cured chilis. The friendliness of the service and owners makes it complete. Keep up the good work guys.

At Bollyfoods you will feel like you are in India! Staff: Very friendly and will help you with everything you need! Accessible, sweet and friendly. Food: very tasty. A good mix of north and south Indian. They are really authentic in this because in other places it is often only North. This is the only place in the Netherlands where you can eat a mix of south and north. Location: beautifully decorated. You will be amazed! Really authentic with stuff from India! I was a regular customer of the food truck and initially also of the takeaway in the restaurant, but since that stopped, I had not yet gotten around to dining on site. Now it did happen and it was a bit disappointing. The options are limited, so I cannot escape the impression that what is available must appeal to everyone and is therefore rather bland in taste. The promised flavor palette of the thali did not really materialize and the pieces of cheese in the palak paneer could be counted on the fingers of one hand. After consuming this, what remained was an Olvarit-like spinach sauce in which little of the spice use so characteristic of Indian cuisine was recognizable. In addition, it was quite expensive. Next time we will choose one of the other Indian options in Nijmegen.

Never before have I eaten in an Indian restaurant simply because I never thought about it. I am happy that I have now been introduced to Indian cuisine and it was so delicious! I really enjoyed it. The food is delicious and the service is super nice. The design of the restaurant has been thought through down to the smallest detail and is very attractive. They also have a terrace. I give it the full 5 stars and recommend anyone who likes Indian food or, like me, not familiar with it but curious about Indian cuisine, to pay a visit.

Being south-Indian myself: I highly recommend this place! Loved their thali with butter chicken and their Kerala-style dum biriyani (we shared, so we could taste both). So glad we found this gem with all of our familiar flavours and besides that: an amazing interior decoration! I've never seen a restaurant with a TATA truck as a bar, until now! We felt like we went home to Kerala for the evening, but then with the great service of a restaurant ;-) We will be back for many more evenings like this! Thank you team Bollyfoods, adipoli!

Sadly little food for 25 euros. A gravy bowl with 3 pieces of chicken and a gravy bowl with rice with some sauces and a pepper. Very scanty😒

We hired Mathew & Geertje to cater for our wedding. Due to circumstances, this could not take place in its original form. They have thought very carefully about the menu and location during this process and invested a lot of time in it. Of course we tasted the food first and we can only say that it was delicious and authentic Indian, not the standard dishes you get everywhere. Absolutely recommended for catering and in the restaurant.

I was never a fan of Indian food...until I ate at bollyfoods. That was so delicious... compliment to the chef. We will definitely eat here more often. Cosy, not too big, Indian music in the background. Delicious food and delicious dessert...the price was very reasonable. And also compliments for the service. The waitress walked everywhere at once. Had very good attention to the customers. She was there without imposing herself...and she was very friendly...in short, a very nice restaurant...highly recommended...CLASS CLASS

Tasty but relatively expensive for small portions. The restaurant experience is probably much better

I sincerely regret to report that the food (ordered online) was very disappointing. We expect something fragrant in accordance with the Indian concept. We received, in generous portions, butter chicken with tender chicken pieces in a tasteless chicken tonight-like sauce that tasted like cooking cream. There was absolutely no mention of "homemade herb paste". The presence of potato potatoes didn't help the taste either. The rice was overcooked. The expensive extra naan ordered turned out to be a small, knife-thin, rather dried out roll instead of a generously soft flat bread. And the "pickled vegetables, a kind of atjar" was not a sour side dish but a kind of stew with overcooked...ocra? Sorry, but we thought it was really dirty and threw it away. Maybe they were having a bad day or something, but we will never order from here again.

Delicious curries. Picked up curry here last Saturday. Price/quality ratio is excellent. This invites you to collect more often. Curry and rice come in biodegradable packaging that keeps it very warm, even if you have to drive 15 minutes back home. So no need to warm up extra. Also very friendly staff. In short, highly recommended!

Nice little place, lovely atmosphere, delicious food. Nice concept of shared dining, pp choose 2 main courses and a side dish for a fixed price. We couldn't choose from the desserts, so we took the easy way out and tasted a bit of everything in the grand dessert.

Grrat restaurant! The food and staff are delightful. Due to quanrantine we couldn't actually sit at the restaurant but while waiting for the food the person eho helped us was very nice. The food itsself is interesting, flavor packed and very tasty. We liked the meat currys better then the vegetarian option though the vegetarian curry was still very good. Definitely coming back when the restaurant it's self opens again.
