Gastvrije en werkelijk aardige eigenaar die zelf de sushi voorbereid. Personeel slaapt letterlijk op de stoel tegen de muur en die wakker zijn lopen door de open keuken met hun mobiele telefoon te spelen. Het was meer een samenkomen en hangplek. Kwalitatief sushi oke en goed, niets overdreven speciaal. Wat aardig was, we kregen een schaaltje loempias van het huis. Tip: restaurant wat beter inrichten, zitgelegenheid creëren en alles wat professioneler aanpakken.

100% the best sushi spot in Nijmegen! I am not a fish lover and unfortunately I have always found other places with alternatives disappointing. On the advice of an acquaintance, I tried Sjoesie and I was immediately sold. Super creative and above all tasty menu, the chef and owner is also great, he was very friendly and helpful. Nice to really see that passion. The food was ready quickly and prepared with care. 10/10 recommend!

I really liked the chicken poke bowl, the sauce on top combined with the soy sauce was great and it wasn't dry at all, which I often find with poke bowls

Ordered sushi sandwich and loaded fries and it was delicious. Took it home and the fries were still warm and crispy. Staff were nice and the lady who took my order was very enthusiastic. I'll definitely come back someday.

Good sushi, bad service. We had indicated that we wanted the order delivered at 7:25 PM, but we called a little later to say that it was very busy and it would take 20 minutes. Fine, later we called for a second time to say that it was still a little later, but that we received drinks and a 50% discount on our next order. Well solved you would think? Didn't receive drinks and didn't receive the email with a possible discount, which is a shame :( Furthermore, the food was tasty.

Super tasty meal! My pokebowl was richly filled with lots of goodies. After 20 minutes of feasting I still couldn't find the bottom of my pokebowl, so running out is impossible. The avocado was also perfectly ripe, definitely a plus for me 🤭.

Picked up sushi from Sjoesie for the first time today, and it was so delicious! Nice and fresh tasting, and all the flavors were just right. And the fact that it is Halal makes it complete for me!! I'm not from Nijmegen myself, but when I get there, this will be my favorite place to get sushi from now on!
